Excelente hotel , gran ubicación , hay supermercados , restaurantes etc cerca . El hotel es limpio , las habitaciones amplias, cómodas , tengo unas vistas excelentes. Además de la piscina que es fenomenal. No puedo olvidar que el personal desde la recepción, vigilancia y limpieza son muy amables y cordiales . Perfecto la verdad , lo recomiendo.

Tanto Sebastián como Jennifer, son dos profesionales excelentes. Les falta un lugar común para hacer los desayunos, pero en los apartamentos se está cómodo. L habitación amplia, jacuzzi precioso, apartamento limpio con buena wifi, cocina, frigorífico grande.... Un lujo de relación calidad precio en pleno centro de Medellín. Muy bien comunicado con las lineas más importantes de la ciudad.

The view from the hotel was amazing and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. There is no phone in the room, so every time we needed assistance we had to go up and down three flights of stairs to reception. When we went down to get the Wi-Fi code, the handwritten note was so unclear that we couldn’t connect and eventually gave up trying. The toilet seat was completely loose, which was very uncomfortable and not ideal at all. We also had no hot water for our shower. Breakfast was extremely limited, with virtually no options available. We travel around the world and have stayed in many different places, and in our opinion this hotel is very overpriced for what it offers. The staff did try to make it up to us the next day, but since we were only staying one night, it didn’t really help. For the price we paid, we were expecting a true 5-star experience.

The service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.

I hate this hotel. Battleship Grey bare concrete walls it's NOT HIP ITS CHEAP. TINY ROOMS NO CLOSED STORAGE DO ITS LIKE YOUR CAMPING. NO CHAIR IN THE ROOM AS ITS SO SMALL. STUPID SINK IN ENTRANCE TO ROOM NOWHERE TO PUT TOILETRIES LAST TIME I STAYED FARANDA NOT MUCH PRICE DIFFERENCE ROOMS 3 TIMES THE SIZE LUXURY BATHROOM HUGE COUNTER space HUGE SHOWER AVOID this hotel it's basic

I recently stayed in this hotel and overall had a good experience, but there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the city. However, I did run into some problems during my stay. The hot water was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable at times. In addition, housekeeping was not up to standard, as the room was not properly cleaned or tidied during my stay. Overall, it was an okay experience with some positives, but the issues with hot water and room cleanliness definitely affected the comfort level. With a bit more attention to maintenance and housekeeping, this hotel could be much better.

Excellent choix, frais et tendance. Vue imprenable depuis notre chambre, l'espace petit-déjeuner/bar sur le toit (matin et soir), ainsi que depuis le jacuzzi et le spa. - Eau offerte - Boissons non alcoolisées de bienvenue - Massage de 15 minutes offert pour une personne au spa (ajouté à un massage de 45 minutes, ce qui était également très agréable) - Centre commercial Santafe à 8 minutes à pied (avec une épicerie en sous-sol) - Réfrigérateur et bar bien remplis pour les articles payants - Petit-déjeuner buffet avec fruits frais variés, soupes chaudes et un large choix - Personnel attentionné au petit-déjeuner et au bar le soir Un grand merci à Tatiana et Andres, ainsi qu'au chef et au personnel de cuisine qui nous ont demandé si nous avions besoin d'autre chose pendant que je regardais autour de nous.

Un beau nouveau hôtel à El Poblado. Un taxi à courte distance de la folie qui est Provenza. Le 3ème étage est fantastique avec la piscine hydrothérapie et la sauna infrarouge. Il y a aussi une salle d'écoute et de yoga. Le personnel était si attentif et vraiment chaud. Un café merveilleux. Ils ont été insensés avec l'option de petit déjeuner. J'ai apprécié le shakshuka et le benny. J'avais aussi fait mon lavage et ils ont dit qu'il était prêt pour le lendemain, mais il a été fait le même jour. Restez ici ! !

J'ai été très satisfait de l'hôtel. Les petits déjeuners étaient moyens, je pensais qu'ils seraient meilleurs, et le personnel était très poli et toujours serviable. J'ai appelé Uber, mais la voiture ne nous a pas trouvés. Le portier a demandé un numéro de téléphone et a tout expliqué au chauffeur de taxi lui-même. À notre arrivée, il nous a même grondés pour l'avoir attendu si longtemps.

【良い点】 このホテルにはジム、サウナ、屋外プールがあります。いずれも宿泊者が自由に利用可能で、利用時には清掃が行き届いており、設備は動作していました。   チェックイン時や質問をした際に、フロントスタッフは英語で丁寧に対応してくれました。 【悪い点】 客室には歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシ、カミソリなどのアメニティが備え付けられていませんでした。用意されていたのは石鹸、シャンプー、シャワージェルのみでした。   部屋のWi-Fiは接続が不安定になることがあり、動画の視聴が途切れる場面がありました。フロント付近では問題なく利用できました。
