Beautiful old manor house with adjoining buildings for bedrooms. Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Friendly , helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to walk around and very good gym and pool. Excellent value for the quality on offer

4 stay here and it’s always a lovely place to stay but the prices are a bit too much.

Je l'ai réservé pour mes enfants et j'ai séjourné une nuit à l'aéroport de Gatwick avant de rentrer chez moi. Comme ils ont moins de 18 ans, il n'y a pas d'autre choix. C'est le seul hôtel près de l'aéroport de Gatwick qui permet aux enfants de moins de 18 ans de rester seuls. (15 ans suffisent) Check-in), j'ai reçu un e-mail de l'hôtel avec des instructions deux jours avant l'enregistrement, cela m'a coûté 10 livres pour venir me chercher à l'hôtel le jour du départ, moi aussi. J'ai dépensé 10 livres pour les envoyer à l'aéroport. L'hôtel est très petit, il s'agit en fait de deux maisons et les enfants ont été transférés dans le bâtiment non principal. Elle a dit que la chambre était comme un dortoir amélioré, petite mais propre. Le prix est bon marché, moins de 800, sans compter bien sûr les frais de prise en charge et de dépose.

Wonderful place! We really loved our time here, even though it was only for a day! If we didn't have a flight to catch, we would have extended our stay. The house is in an excellent location, beautiful area, easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and cafes. Very close to the airport, which made taking our flight the next day an easy and stress free process. The Lawn has an interesting history, and they provide a lovely folder in the room which explains it all, while also including any information your might need for your stay. The room itself is cosy, clean, and full of charming touches. Breakfast the next day was also a treat. Quasim and his wife are so friendly and made sure our stay was as nice as possible.

Le 2e jour, nous avons été amoureux de la place, tous les personnels de toutes les sections étaient brillants. La piscine intérieure, la piscine extérieure, 2 saunas, la piscine de plongée de glace, les courts de tennis, l'orchard et la zone de jeu pour enfants. Le restaurant principal dispose d'un buffet avec environ 30 options, vous pourriez essayer un peu de tout. Enfin, je vais juste mentionner que mon partenaire a eu quelques traitements dans le spa et a dit qu'elle avait une excellente expérience.

Disappointing experience. I booked a room expecting a double bed and bathtub but it turned out the only rooms with bathtubs had single beds. After having a room changed, the room I was given hadn’t been cleaned so I had to change for a third time. The amenities are limited. When asking for a razor, they didn’t have but also couldn’t tell me where to buy one nearby (There’s a terminal next to it with a boots and WH Smith, surely that’s not hard to say). Not sure about things such as toothbrushes and toothpaste but maybe that’s because I live in Asia? The French restaurant was just as disappointing, they failed to provide me the full dinner that was offered on the menu. On the plus side, the third room I had was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff in the French restaurant were also excellent.

Booked due to close proximity to the friends place that we were visiting. Beautiful place with great surroundings, very atmospheric during Christmas season. Room was quite basic.

Cet hôtel est super sympa et exquis. Cependant, la salle adaptée aux chinois est soigneusement pénétrée. Parce que c'est une chambre pour handicapés. Pas étonnant que les Chinois puissent décider. Tout le reste est parfait. Le service est hyper chaleureux. Soupir.

L'hôtel est joli et petit, mais les hôtels européens le font. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner coûte 12 livres et se trouve à 15 minutes en taxi du centre du Royaume-Uni. Il suffit de demander de l'aide à la réception. Vous ne pouvez pas prendre un bus ou marcher car la porte de l'hôtel est une voie sans piétons, ce qui est très dangereux. Pour en revenir à la cérémonie de remise des diplômes, l'hôtel de la ville est soit complet, soit trop cher, alors je l'ai mis un peu plus loin. Non loin se trouve le nouveau coin des terres, le paysage est super bon, vous pouvez y conduire en 5 minutes
