若いスタッフはみんな笑顔で楽しそうに仕事してる。それって大事な事だと思いますね。 気持ち良い接客に癒されます。 広い敷地には葡萄畑に囲まれたロッジが立つ。 サウナにプールにジャグジーもあって言う事なし。 食事も大変おいしかったです。オススメ❣️

Before arrival I had first contact with trip email to the hotel possibility, and later also with Whatsapp. The contact was good and reactions were fast. A previous Trip review stated, that he had to pay again after paying on Trip. In my case he kindly asked if I had paid already, so there is improvement. The room was, as expected. I liked the poasibilty of opening a window and the nice balcony. I had a very good sleep. I could only see 2 minor possibilties of imlrovement. There was no toilet paper in the room. I had to go out in the night to find the guy. He somehow knew that I was coming, so it was solved quickly (contrary to my expectation in the description there was not a clear reception, which actually could be expected as it is a very small hotel. The second opportunity for improvement could be the door. It gave some issues with closing. I might therefore have prodhced some noise in the night, my excuses to the neighbour. When I arrived I told that I wanted to go to Tblisi, he said that the bus was the best way to do this and that he would bring me. In the morning he woke me up and brought me to the bus station, I arrived at a good time in Tblisi. I did take some pictures from the kitchen There was free coffee, creamer and tea.

Great place if you have a late or night arrival! They picked us up for free from the airport in the middle of the night, which was super convenient. The hotel is located halfway between the airport and the city center, so it’s easy to get around. The staff were really kind and helped us find a taxi when we needed it. Everything was smooth and well organized — definitely recommend it!

Agréablement surpris. Grande chambre, propre, certains équipements ont besoin de petites réparations. Balcon avec grande vue (toutes les chambres au neuvième étage) Bon petit déjeuner. Bon personnel. Location un peu de la zone touristique principale mais bien marche en ville et mini mars etc dans la zone immédiate. Grande valeur pour l'argent.

庫塔伊西住這兒太省心！Best Western體驗感超預期 這次去庫塔伊西玩，選了這家市中心的Best Western，住下來整體很滿意，忍不住來分享下～ 最驚喜的是位置！就在老城區中心，出門走幾步就是白橋，傍晚沿着河邊散步特別舒服。想買點水或者零食，周邊便利店也多，不用繞遠路。我們去坐纜車、看Galaktioni雕像，步行或者打個車都超方便，完全不用花時間在通勤上。 前台小哥特別熱情，我們剛到的時候問了好多關於景點路線的問題，他都耐心講清楚，還幫我們推薦了當地好吃的餐廳，感覺特別貼心。房間也挺乾淨的，床單被罩沒異味，WiFi連得很穩，晚上開空調也沒噪音，睡個好覺沒問題。最意外的是屋頂有個小酒吧，晚上上去吹吹風、聊聊天，氛圍特別好。 當然也有小缺點：早餐種類不算多，連着吃兩天會有點膩；我們定的標準間空間不算大，打開28寸的行李箱後，走路得稍微注意點。但自駕的朋友可以放心，酒店有免費停車位，就是晚上8點到10點可能要等一會兒，總體不影響。 如果是去庫塔伊西觀光，這家真的很推薦，位置和服務都在線，性價比挺高的，下次來大概率還會選這兒～

位置絕佳，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，前台服務熱情，性價比很高，下次入住還選這家。 衞生到位，隔音不錯，熱水穩定，出行便利，整體超出預期，推薦入住。 辦理入住高效，客房安靜舒適，設施齊全，性價比在線，旅途休息很安心。

Завлекли нас в этот отель фото с бассейном, но при заселении сказали, что бассейн не работает. 🙁 Сказали, что бассейн будет работать с июня по сентябрь, но уточните при бронировании, если это вам важно. Персонал вежливый. Отель новый, но много мелких недоделок (например: крючки для полотенчиков еле-еле держаться, раковина шатается и т.д.).

Hôtel excellent pour le prix, récent, bien situé, avec de nombreuses places de parking en ville et de bons petits-déjeuners (omelettes, saucisses, œufs, légumes, sandwichs, yaourts, céréales, thé, jus de fruits, café instantané, sarrasin). La chambre est propre et lumineuse, climatisée, et le personnel de la réception parle bien anglais.

La position de l'hôtel est pratique. La chambre est très grande et très particulière, les installations sont personnalisées et l'hygiène est bonne. Le service est attentif, le programme de télévision n'a pas été pris en charge, et une carte de chambre a été réglée rapidement par le serveur. Bien que la balconce soit petite, très confortable et est en train de se diriger vers la police, pleine de sens de sécurité. Revenez à Kutayshi et restez dans ce magasin.

Amusez-vous bien dans cet hôtel deux jours. Vivre dans le bâtiment central, les chambres sont propres, confortables lits, il ya un canapé, un table, un réfrigérateur, un pot de thé, un verre, une eau bouteilleuse pour chaque invité. Tous les pipements fonctionnent bien. Le petit déjeuner se fait dans un restaurant 1-story, tout le monde peut trouver quelque chose de délicieux. Très belle zone d'hôtel, il ya des zones de loisirs avec hamacs et swings, une sortie de rivière. Jouer la zone pour les enfants. Plusieurs piscines, sauna et hammam. La piscine est aussi ”extérieure”, donc les gens sont beaucoup jusqu'à la soirée. Ce dîner à l'hôtel, dans le restaurant sous forme de coucher, cuisine rapide, délicieuse. En général, ils restaient satisfaits de la place à 100%.
