J'ai eu quelques mauvaises surprises lors de mon séjour à l'Aston Pasteur de Bandung : 1. À mon arrivée, la réception m'a simplement demandé mon nom sans vérifier les détails de ma réservation. Elle m'a immédiatement annoncé que ma réservation était annulée et que je devais recevoir une notification par e-mail. Or, je n'ai reçu aucune notification d'annulation, ce qui n'est pas très agréable après mon arrivée depuis Jakarta. Au bout d'un moment, le réceptionniste m'a annoncé que les chambres étaient disponibles. Pourquoi toutes ces actions au début ? Même si c'était une erreur, on aurait pu l'éviter en vérifiant bien avant de déclarer l'annulation ? 2. Ma chambre était au 6e étage, loin de l'ascenseur. Pourtant, le dimanche matin, j'entendais comme une répétition de chant dans une salle paroissiale, avec tous les tambours et les voix, puis plus tard, la messe. C'était très désagréable, car j'avais envie de me reposer et de dormir. 3. Il y a quatre ascenseurs mais ils sont très lents et bondés, je dois attendre plus de 10 minutes juste pour descendre pendant l'heure de départ, car l'ascenseur est ouvert avec plein de monde.

We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think. Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run. It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

I had a great stay at Swiss-Belresort Bandung. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the green hills, and the bed was super comfy. I really enjoyed the breakfast – there were lots of tasty options, both local and international. The pool area was also very nice and perfect for relaxing. The location is peaceful and away from the busy city, which made it a perfect place to rest. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans la chambre King Premium, la chambre était spacieuse, très propre avec lit de taille King avec 4 pièges, il y avait un long canapé attaché à la fenêtre pour que nous puissions refroidir le café tout en regardant par la vue de la ville à l'extérieur. Tous les membres du personnel étaient au-delà de la réponse amicale et rapide, surtout quand nous avons demandé des serviettes et des serviettes supplémentaires, pas plus de 10 minutes 👏🏻 L'hôtel était très stratégique, nous pouvions atteindre la rue riau dans les marches, il y avait de nombreux cafés, restaurants, restaurants et usines de fabrique. C'était un samedi brillant, donc nous avons décidé de marcher demain jusqu'à la rue Braga, c'était amusant, puisque le temps était bon, les oiseaux se déchiraient et beaucoup de gens ont couru demain et marché. Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.

SUPER RECOMMANDÉ !!! Cela fait longtemps que je n'ai pas séjourné à Puncak, peut-être plus de 15 ans, je suis revenu ici avec les enfants et j'ai décidé de rester au Royal Safari Garden, et c'était le bon choix. Emplacement : très stratégique, avec supérette SM, parc safari et snack. Installations : complètes !!! Pas seulement des chambres, mais aussi un mini zoo, un spectacle d'oiseaux, un parc aquatique, un petit-déjeuner avec des animaux, une aire de jeux, une salle de jeux et bien plus encore. Service : tout le monde était très sympathique, depuis la sécurité, la réception, le concierge, l'équipe du restaurant, jusqu'à la fréquentation de la piscine, tout le monde était très bien, sympathique et très serviable. Recommandation personnelle, si vous pouvez rester plus d'1 nuit car ce ne sera pas suffisant si vous passez la nuit, un hôtel très agréable pour des vacances en famille. Wow, so glad we decided to stay at the Margo. Great location, everything at your door step. TEhe staff were amazing, always ready to help, nothing was a bother. The room was first class, very clean and well looked after. The bed was super comfy, the TV reception was a bit in out, but understandable when you us wifi. Highly recommend that if your in Depok this is your first choice, yes a bit more, but way worth it. Breakfast was great, plenty of selections to be had both Indonesian and Western.

La chambre est très petite, ainsi que l'espace de garde-robe et le bureau. La douche est assez spacieuse. La location est très proche de la vieille rue Braga. Les personnes étaient très utiles et gentilles. Refreshing lemon tea as a welcome drink.

This hotel is everything that you will be looking for in Bandung. From service, location (if you plan to do activities on North Bandung), view, food, and esthetic OOTD spots. All are marvelous! Recommended and seru banget!
