La location est stratégique à Jalan Padjajaran Indah V qui dispose de nombreux restaurants, cafés et salons tout le long de la route. Vous n'aurez jamais à voyager loin pour obtenir votre café (Café Point, Starbucks et Tanmu), le célèbre Ibu Rahayu Soto, la nourriture japonaise (Sushi Matsu et Yujo) et des boissons de soir dans les salons proches (Barcelone, Bulan Madu Brew, etc.).
L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et d'une salle de sport.
Le petit déjeuner était bon avec tous les repas locaux et occidentaux.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.

I recently stayed at El Royal Hotel Bandung for a business trip, and overall it was a pleasant and convenient experience.
The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages—strategically situated in the heart of Bandung, making it easy to access business districts, shopping areas, and dining options. This was especially helpful for a tight work schedule.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with essential amenities such as a work desk, stable Wi-Fi, and sufficient lighting, which made it suitable for working after hours. The bed was also comfortable enough to ensure a good rest before meetings.
Service was generally good; the staff were polite and responsive, assisting promptly with requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth, which is always appreciated during business travel.

The hotel location is quite strategic, near Yogya Junction and Grage Mall and it has free shuttle to and from train station! The service is great and the food quite tasty while the vegetables and fruits are always fresh everyday.

Very spacious classic but renovated hotel. Was staying for only one night for a business trip during Ramadan. Everything is spacious here, food was ok - could’ve been better but maybe it was because during Ramadan so they had a more limited options for suhoor meal. But overall experience was great

The staff were very friendly. Straight gave an early checked-in while we walked at about 1 pm since there was an available room. Appreciate that since we were too tired then. The lady at the front desk greeted us with smile and offered us with the Hi-Tea at 3pm, believe it was on Christmas day. The staffs at the entrance greeted with smile and help us on the our luggages. Will definitely come back again. Staying for one night hence not be able to use the facilities. To all the staffs keep it up.

IInvitéTravelers w/children are not advised to stay here, especially those w/ allergies. Our room was extremely dusty, my family and I caught a cold.
The 2nd day, I asked to move rooms. They helped us! My suggestion is to vacuum every room after each guest checks out. This is because of the use of carpets.
For breakfast, everything was delicious and varied. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.

Breakfast variety is there, however nothing special as just a 4-star hotel. The taste is just okay. In other 4-star hitel I can get fresh juice in the drinks buffet.t

For anyone who simply focus on sleep, you can try this hotel. But if you look for a good breakfast, you must be disappointed.
