The direct access to Bandung Indah Plaza Mall is an added convenience, making shopping and dining effortlessly accessible.We were also incredibly impressed by the diligent housekeeping team. A particular thank you to the cleaning/housekeeping guy with glasses; his meticulous attention to detail in making up our room ensured a consistently clean and inviting environment throughout our extended stay. The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

Cela fait longtemps que je n'ai pas séjourné à Puncak, peut-être plus de 15 ans, je suis revenu ici avec les enfants et j'ai décidé de rester au Royal Safari Garden, et c'était le bon choix. Emplacement : très stratégique, avec supérette SM, parc safari et snack. Installations : complètes !!! Pas seulement des chambres, mais aussi un mini zoo, un spectacle d'oiseaux, un parc aquatique, un petit-déjeuner avec des animaux, une aire de jeux, une salle de jeux et bien plus encore. Service : tout le monde était très sympathique, depuis la sécurité, la réception, le concierge, l'équipe du restaurant, jusqu'à la fréquentation de la piscine, tout le monde était très bien, sympathique et très serviable. Recommandation personnelle, si vous pouvez rester plus d'1 nuit car ce ne sera pas suffisant si vous passez la nuit, un hôtel très agréable pour des vacances en famille. We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage with our family. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views and fresh mountain air. The room and all hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The amenities are great, especially for families with children. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back🤍

La deuxième fois que je reste à cet hôtel, et je m'en réjouis encore. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. J'ai appelé le récepteur et je me suis demandé si il était possible de passer à une chambre plus proche de l'ascenseur, et merci d'avoir aidé tout de suite. L'hôtel est également très proche du Mall Botani, à quelques pas seulement 1-minute, ce qui le rend très confortable. La piscine est magnifiquement petite mais belle vue même vous pouvez voir les montagnes de Salak. Le petit déjeuner était aussi bon que jamais, mais malheureusement je n'ai pas eu la boisson traditionnelle, Jamu. Globalement, nous reviendrons certainement et espérons que la prochaine fois que nous pourrons profiter du Jamu aussi.

Tout est bon dans cet hôtel. Le plaisir est vraiment grand et recommande vivement à tout le monde de lui donner un séjour. Bien que nous rencontrerons la cuisinière de la poudre ne soit pas propre mais elle a été rapidement modifiée. Nous avons séjourné à Four Points par Sheraton Bandung pendant 5 jours et 4 nuits en explorant Bandung. Nous voudrions féliciter spécifiquement le gestionnaire du restaurant, M. Niwan, pour son service exceptionnel. Son amitié, son attentiveté et son véritable effort pour répondre à nos demandes ou recommander des petits déjeuners spéciaux sur le menu fait notre expérience de manger vraiment un mémorable et inoubliable. Après avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels de cinq étoiles à travers l'Indonésie, nous pouvons dire avec confiance que M. Niwan est sorti, nous a fait sentir sincèrement accueillis et nous a fourni un service excellent et excellent tout au long de nos expériences de petit déjeuner. Son professionnalisme et son hospitalité chaleureuse reflètent les normes élevées de quatre points par Sheraton. Toutes les personnes du personnel étaient agréables et utiles, mais M. The location is near Gedung Sate and local park. Reasonable choice for a quick trip staying place. Staffs were good, had no issue.

Good service and peacefull, the breakfast is good and many types of menus. Air con is cool and quit.
