Le lit était confortable et a été facile à reposer après une journée pleine d'exploration de Bandung. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. I had a very pleasant stay at Oakwood Merdeka Bandung. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to get around, find food, and explore Bandung’s attractions. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially liked the city view and the overall cleanliness of the room. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, Oakwood Merdeka offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere in the middle of the city. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bandung.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

Cela fait longtemps que je n'ai pas séjourné à Puncak, peut-être plus de 15 ans, je suis revenu ici avec les enfants et j'ai décidé de rester au Royal Safari Garden, et c'était le bon choix. Emplacement : très stratégique, avec supérette SM, parc safari et snack. Installations : complètes !!! Pas seulement des chambres, mais aussi un mini zoo, un spectacle d'oiseaux, un parc aquatique, un petit-déjeuner avec des animaux, une aire de jeux, une salle de jeux et bien plus encore. Service : tout le monde était très sympathique, depuis la sécurité, la réception, le concierge, l'équipe du restaurant, jusqu'à la fréquentation de la piscine, tout le monde était très bien, sympathique et très serviable. Recommandation personnelle, si vous pouvez rester plus d'1 nuit car ce ne sera pas suffisant si vous passez la nuit, un hôtel très agréable pour des vacances en famille. It was our first visit to Bandung, and choosing to stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was one of the best decisions we made. We were delighted to receive two connecting rooms on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the golf course and the Bandung city skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially the two ladies (I believe their names were Isiah and Cia), who kindly arranged a takeaway bento breakfast for us at 3:00 a.m. before our Ciwidey trip. Their thoughtful gesture and excellent service made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The access road to the hotel was quite surprising, as the location feels very remote and far from main areas. At first, it raised some doubts, but upon arrival, the concept of the hotel as a hidden getaway became clear. The property and parking area are spacious, and the cool, windy atmosphere is definitely a positive aspect. That said, the room experience did not fully align with the price point or the expectations of a four-star hotel. The deluxe room felt rather small, with very limited space for praying. Several basic details were also missing or poorly maintained: a broken bedside table that was only available on one side, no toothbrush cup or hand soap in the bathroom, and an overall interior that felt dated, with peeling paint visible in several areas, including the room door. The door lock also did not feel particularly secure, which affected comfort. When I raised these issues and requested a room change, the front desk staff responded promptly and moved me to a better room. This quick response is appreciated. However, the explanation given suggested a lack of internal coordination, particularly between housekeeping and the sales team, which ideally should be better managed. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Dinner at the restaurant was acceptable—nothing outstanding, but satisfactory. There are limited activities available for adults, and due to the hotel’s secluded location, guests should plan their own transportation. Ride-hailing services and taxis are available, but waiting times can be longer because of how hidden the hotel is. Overall, the hotel offers a calm environment, a large property, and pleasant weather. However, in terms of room size, basic amenities, and interior condition, the experience feels closer to a 3.5-star hotel rather than a full four-star standard. With better room maintenance and attention to small but important details, this hotel could significantly improve the guest experience.

Great location.. good view from pool & room, some space of the building need more maintenance, some spot need more extra cleanliness, the breakfast was good there’s is many variant.. some menu need more spices but overall we enjoy the breakfast and our stay in Luminor, sure we’ll recommended this hotel.

Tout est bon dans cet hôtel. Le plaisir est vraiment grand et recommande vivement à tout le monde de lui donner un séjour. Bien que nous rencontrerons la cuisinière de la poudre ne soit pas propre mais elle a été rapidement modifiée. Nous avons séjourné à Four Points par Sheraton Bandung pendant 5 jours et 4 nuits en explorant Bandung. Nous voudrions féliciter spécifiquement le gestionnaire du restaurant, M. Niwan, pour son service exceptionnel. Son amitié, son attentiveté et son véritable effort pour répondre à nos demandes ou recommander des petits déjeuners spéciaux sur le menu fait notre expérience de manger vraiment un mémorable et inoubliable. Après avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels de cinq étoiles à travers l'Indonésie, nous pouvons dire avec confiance que M. Niwan est sorti, nous a fait sentir sincèrement accueillis et nous a fourni un service excellent et excellent tout au long de nos expériences de petit déjeuner. Son professionnalisme et son hospitalité chaleureuse reflètent les normes élevées de quatre points par Sheraton. Toutes les personnes du personnel étaient agréables et utiles, mais M. Bedsheets were stained and hairdryer didn’t work for my room. Other than that, breakfast spread was delicious, service and amenities were great
