Great hotel! The breakfast was mind blowing; I loved everything. Fresh orange juice (one of the best) French toast and pancakes, the chef really knows how to make the perfect batter. The bed was so comfortable that immediately passed out. Front desk stuff were also really friendly and welcoming. They provided us extra check out time.

Il semblait que notre chambre n'était pas ce que nous réservions, mais nous n'avons pas soulevé avec le personnel, car il était difficile de communiquer en anglais. Good hotel at a reasonable price. The location is outside the city limits, but traffic is not heavy. Room service and restaurant prices are very high.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day. This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.

Hotels location service and buffet(Indian) were top notch the dampened was the shower was just a little more than a trickle

The property is located in the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Swimming pool was also well maintained. Buffet breakfast was awesome and most importantly hospitality was amazing. Overall great expereince.

Frustrating Stay! Uncoordinated Payment: The hotel staff pressured me to pay for the restaurant bill immediately, even though it wasn't included in the room rate. They could not wait for me to go up, freshen and come down to pay; very impatient! Limited Amenities: The hotel room only offered handwash, not shower gel! Unreasonable Charges: Bottled water was overpriced at 150 rupees.. Unhelpful Staff: Staff seemed impatient and inflexible regarding payment options. Overall was disappointing due to the staff's impatience with payment options, lack of essential toiletries, and overpriced bottled water. I would not recommend this hotel.

Si vous vous sentez seul, il est très petit et très bon. La chambre est très propre et, si nécessaire, le système peut fournir des installations confortables, c'est très bon. En outre, je pense que les personnes qui ne sont pas bonnes ou qui veulent passer le temps en paix sont attrayantes pour commander tout ce qui est nécessaire par le biais d'un système de chat à smartphones. Pour être honnête, il pourrait y avoir des divergences sur la position. Recommandé à ceux qui veulent un parc ou un palais, mais l'impression est qu'il ne peut pas être adapté à ceux qui veulent faire des courses ou vivre la nuit. Je me sens très pratique, car le café que je cherche est près de cet hôtel.
