Nice hotel, friendly staff, well thought breakfast...whether arriving by ferry, plane or train easy to reach, awesome roof terrace, gorgeous room, close to attractions - except the amazing beaches are a little trip to reach 😀

Bien situé , près de la marine de Orosei , la ville n'a pas beaucoup à faire, juste des promenades de bateaux dans le golfe d'Orosei, qui est par signe magnifique.
L'hôtel a un restaurant, une piscine, il est ancien mais bien conservé. Bon coût x bénéfice.
Bon petit-déjeuner.

J'ai passé un séjour formidable à l'hôtel Catalunya.
Les chambres étaient impeccables et confortables. Le restaurant servait des plats typiques, avec des ingrédients frais et un service impeccable.
Dans l'ensemble, l'hospitalité et l'attention portée aux détails ont rendu mon séjour confortable.

The receptionist man was extremely helpful in directing us where to park and moved our 2 heavy luggages up the staircase to 2nd floor.
The buffet breakfast was extremely well served, even with Prosecco. The restaurant was facing the garden which was so comfortable under the beautiful weather. The room was very cleaned and professionally equipped with all amenities.
The building was a heritage building with lots of art pieces to admire. It was a very pleasant experience to stay here.

Très simple et un peu obsolète. Le centre de la position, ils offrent également un parking souterrain gratuit, très pratique. La chambre est très petite, le moment est un bébé en plastique, il est plus difficile de se tourner. Essayez de définir une chambre de vue maritime, elle est beaucoup plus lumineuse que la chambre ordinaire, beaucoup plus épaisse. Le petit-déjeuner est placé dans le sous-sol, L'environnement de la salle de bains, tout depuis Jane, vous ne voulez pas passer du temps ici et profiter lentement. Le café est un goût italien.
C'est un endroit confortable pour dormir.

Muy bien todo, aunque a nuestra llegada tenían un problema con la electricidad por lo que no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación puesto que sin el ordenador no supieron decirnos que habitación teníamos.
Si tenéis un SUV el parking del hotel es bastante estrecho asi que decidimos dejar el coche aparcado en la calle.

A parte de estos dos detalles, el resto perfecto, la recepcionista muy amable, las habitaciones bien, desayuno también, repetiría estancia en este hotel sin problemas

Il est digne d'être un hôtel dans toute la ville. L'hôtel est essentiellement au centre de la ville. Il y a une plate-forme au dernier étage pour une vue à 360 degrés et un bain de soleil. Le séjour s'est très bien passé. J'ai vu l'arc-en-ciel sur le quai et c'est un hôtel recommandé.

I had an amazing stay at Jazz Hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with stunning views. The spa and fitness center seems to be excellent we haven’t the time to test it 😅 but looks good. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable.

EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

IInvitéThe hotel is really nice, the beach is quiet, white sand, clear waters. The staff is really friendly and helpful, in special the bar staff, the entertainment staff and the concierge for being very accommodating.
The bad things about the hotel is that everything is extra. You have to pay extra for the beach chairs, towels and I think for a beach resort that is non-sense. I understand giving a deposit for the towel (as many people tend to steal or damage it) but not to pay for a new one every day. The beach chairs, 15 euros per person - not per umbrella+2 chairs as it is generally done. It's very expensive.
Another thing is that the breakfast is very poor. I was expecting nice natural squeezed juice but got the boxed ones, the italian bread - that is always very good - were dry and tasteless. A lack of fruits too (except pear and oranges). The coffee is from a machine. Needless to say that the breakfast was a big disappointment.
ANother thing is that we are not allowed to use any restaurant so you are designated to one, which is fine but they need to make it more clear in the reception.
If you're ready to pay more extras and maybe keep getting a taxi to go around for dinner, this is a great place to stay.

IInvitéWe stayed for 2 nights because we had a catamaran tour day booked from the marina: We loved the orange and blue interior of the Junior suite which was spotless and well appointed. As ports go, it is nice port to have a view of from the balcony (over the car park). It was October and we had no problem parking directly in front of the hotel in the public parking for €12 a day and it was therefore also a quiet sleep. Reception were very courteous and efficient checking us in and recommending restaurants after we found out that La Gritta had closed for the season already. The location could not be more convenient for bars restaurants and shops too which suited us very well as we were in a road trip and it’s sometimes nice to ditch the car on arrival. The breakfast buffet was extensive especially the variety of pastries but there was also scrambled eggs and bacon which we had not seen in other hotels. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not as nice as when it is made by a barista during the breakfast service elsewhere.

FFlyTorpedoThe hotel is very clean and the staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful! Breakfast is average. Parking is 15 euros per day but you can find free parking on the street nearby.
The hotel is about 1.3km away from the port and there is a shuttle bus taking you there every hour from 9:30am to 7pm. It is walkable, but you have to climb up the hill when you walk back.
Our room is facing the main road and some motorbikes were very noisy.
It’s also interesting that they charge (around 2 euros) for refilling your water bottle, claiming this is to help the environment while you can buy a bottle of water less than 1 euro in a shop. We stayed in a different hotel and they have similar policies. I feel this is making money in the name of environmental protection. If it’s really for environment protection, I would suggest to offer free refilling.

HHayley PheifferWe had a fabulous one night stay here before our early morning flight the next day. We were greeted by the friendliest of hosts who made us settle in quickly. Really good communication throughout.
We managed to find parking a few mins walk away that only cost a few euros (free after 8pm) The room was very clean, simple decor and a fridge with some complimentary cold waters and a coke which was a lovely generous touch.
Bathroom was perfect for our needs. Clean with fresh towels.
Complimentary WiFi
TV with netflix which pleased our teenage son.
Apartment had amazing views from the balcony!
When asked, the lovely hosts recommended the most amazing pizzeria for dinner.
Location - easy to walk around and close to many bars and restaurants. Cagliari is such a beautiful city.
Would highly recommend staying here.

LLCA23J'ai passé un agréable séjour. L'emplacement est pratique et l'hôtel est propre, ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié.
Cela dit, j'aurais aimé une ambiance un peu plus chaleureuse. Si le personnel était poli et professionnel, je l'ai trouvé un peu réservé par moments. Un peu plus de chaleur, de sourires et d'énergie auraient grandement contribué à rendre l'expérience plus accueillante.
Malheureusement, je n'ai pas eu accès au Wi-Fi pendant mon séjour, ce qui était gênant. De plus, l'insonorisation de l'hôtel pourrait être améliorée : j'entendais clairement le bruit des autres clients, notamment ceux qui parlaient fort dans les couloirs.

We truly loved everything about this place – from the atmosphere to the people to the amenities. It’s without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Hotel und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Service war durchgehend herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam – das gesamte Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.
Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: große Auswahl, frische Zutaten, köstlicher Cappuccino und dazu der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer – einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag.
Ein besonderes Plus ist der private Strandbereich, der sehr gepflegt ist und genug Platz für alle Gäste bietet. Das Wasser ist kristallklar, und es gibt immer genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme – kein Stress, kein Gedränge.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht von Baja Sardinia, mit Restaurants, kleinen Läden und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen.
Alles in allem: ein Ort, an den wir definitiv zurückkehren möchten! Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit! 💙

Le personnel a été amical et a fait un grand effort.
Le petit déjeuner était riche et a très bon goût.
Bien que l'hôtel soit encore assez nouveau, les fusées dans la salle de bains avaient déjà des pistes de mousse et le porte-papier toilette était douce.
La chambre était belle mais minimaliste. Un garde-robe serait super. Le lit était très confortable.
