Hôtels 4 étoiles à Sardaigne, Italie

It is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari. If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. L'hôtel est correct… Comme toujours, les photos sont plus belles que la réalité, mais le rapport qualité-prix est acceptable. Il est juste à côté de la gare, donc si vous n'aimez pas dormir avec la climatisation (comme moi), il vaut mieux prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles… L'avantage, c'est qu'il est à 10 minutes à pied de la rue principale. Par contre, je ne sais pas si se garer sera facile en été, car il semble que le parking soit partagé avec les clients de la salle de sport de l'hôtel.

This camping is located in beautiful settings in Porte del Porticciolo area, that is a part of a beautiful nature park. There is a almost private bay with a beach, with beautiful views over the old historical tower and evenings you can see a beautiful sunset front of you. Camping has a friedly helpful staff. Little cottage where we stayed is cute but very poorly sound Insulated, you can help absolutely everything from the room attached with my room even the talking was with normal tone. This camping would have a lot more potential, but its kind of feels dated and let down. Coffee place staff were helpful but food selection very poor. Sunday morning there was exactly 1 croissant, one cream Danish and something else available, nothing else. Also selection of ready packed toast. Sad offering to be honest. Camping has a super market that closes everyday between 13-17, that makes no sense in the camping area. Restaurant staff was very charming but pizza can only be eaten evenings, no for lunch, and house wine in caraf is only available evenings. Pizza selection was very limited and not the best flavour. Again, very bizarre. Swimming pool closes 7pm, still when its beautiful evening sun, that goes down 9pm. Evenings had live music that was actually quite enjoyable but otherwise this camping amenities are poor and give you a feeling that its rundown and only to made to make money and nothing else. If you want an air-conditioning in your cottage or room, be prepared to pay 40€ per day for this luxuries. So basically saying, I didn't totally disliked my stay but I wouldn't come back either. Thank you for a lovely staff members in the pool, restaurant, shop, coffee shop and beach bar, and check in person was also very nice

As camas não são muito confortáveis e o pequeno almoço tem muito pouca variedade para um hotel de 4*. Foi mencionado que se tratava de uma Lua de Mel e depois de termos passado por vários hotéis em Sardenha que demonstraram uma atenção e carinho maravilhosa, no Hotel Dei Pini nada se fez notar.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area. Everything is clean and pleasant, and the beach and the sea are absolutely wonderful. The natural surroundings are definitely one of the strongest points of this hotel. The rooms are clean, but the standard rooms are extremely small. There is hardly enough space even to put your suitcases somewhere. As far as we know, the hotel will soon close for renovation, which is probably a good idea. Overall, I would say that the hotel deserves its four-star rating. The service is good, as are breakfast and dinner, although sometimes the food presentation feels a little overcomplicated. What really disappointed us, however, were all the additional charges. For example, if you want bacon with your eggs at breakfast, you have to pay an extra €3. If you want three eggs instead of two, you have to pay another €1 for the additional egg. For a hotel in this price category, this feels unnecessary and is quite surprising. The same applies to the beach. Even though the hotel has its own beach, guests still have to pay for the sunbeds. We were told that two sunbeds cost around €50 per day. Considering that we paid more than €400 per night for the room, we found it very disappointing to be charged extra for so many basic things. At this price level, breakfast extras and sunbeds should simply be included. The location is fantastic, the beach is beautiful, the water is wonderful, and the hotel itself is clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, the constant additional charges significantly affected our overall experience.

The location is fantastic. We stayed here as a couple, and the biggest highlight was definitely the view — the sea is literally about 20 metres away, with a beautiful direct view from the terrace/balcony. The hotel also has its own small private beach, which is very cozy and pleasant. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent: Porto Cervo and the marina are only about 10 minutes away by car. The main downside is that the hotel itself feels quite dated. You can imagine that 30 years ago it was a luxurious property, but today the rooms clearly need renovation. Our room was quite small, around 15 m², with old wooden doors and even traditional mechanical keys. There is a certain old-fashioned Italian charm to it, but for this hotel category and price, the rooms could definitely be more modern and comfortable. The food was average. The indoor dining area where we had a meal had a very strong food smell, so we preferred sitting outside. Breakfast was served in another area and was perfectly fine overall. In short: an amazing seaside location, beautiful views, a lovely private beach and very friendly staff, but the rooms and some parts of the hotel are noticeably outdated and would benefit from renovation.

Beautiful, new hotel in a secluded location on the north western part of Sardinia. We loved the modern interiors, pool area and super comfy bed. Hotel lobby staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a wonderful stay however we felt there are a few things the hotel could do to improve the guest experience especially for a 5 star hotel: 1. We noticed mould in the corners of the shower and on the shower head. Perhaps cleaning staff do not do a thorough clean or think to treat the mould problem which is disappointing for a new hotel; 2. Pool and room service menu is pricey and very limited with only a few options. We don’t mind paying hotel prices however felt the menu wasn’t as appetising and ended up eating outside the hotel the whole time except for breakfast. Given the location away from the town, the hotel could offer simple item like pizza to keep guests in the hotel. Breakfast was great with many sweet pastry options however had limited hot food like eggs, sausages and bacon only; 3. The room we were in felt like an earthquake and startled us each time the guests below us entered and exited their room.

Les recettes de l'hôtel sont très polies, très patientes, un peu comme les directeurs de l'intéresseur, très bien. Les installations sont bonnes, lavage, eau chaude, lavage, petit réfrigérateur a toutes sortes de boissons à frais. Lits, blancs et propres, l'hôtel est très conscient de la protection de l'environnement et encourage l'utilisation continue. Vous pouvez voir la mer à partir du petit balcon. La position de l'hôtel est superbe et le stationnement est très pratique. Des dizaines de mètres à l'avant sont des yachts privés qui sont stationnés et peuvent être réservés pour des excursions maritimes. Il y a un centre touristique près, il y a des billets pour rentrer au Parc national des îles Ramadalina pour jouer. L'hôtel est proche d'un supermarché, les légumes, les fruits et le pain sont très frais.

Nous avons passé une nuit avec ma femme, mon fils et sa petite amie, et l'expérience a été des plus positives. L'hôtel est moderne, élégant, sans être froid : le professionnalisme et le sens du service sont palpables dès l'entrée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, d'une propreté impeccable et très calmes, idéales pour se détendre pleinement. Les lits sont confortables (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas) et la salle de bain est irréprochable. Le personnel était courtois, serviable et toujours souriant, aussi bien à notre arrivée que pendant tout notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et de grande qualité, avec un large choix de mets sucrés et salés, pour satisfaire tous les goûts. L'emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer en ville, avec un parking disponible, un véritable atout à Cagliari. En bref : un hôtel soigné, sérieux et bien géré. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, avec le confort d'un véritable 4 étoiles. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter et le recommandons vivement.

Modern hotel, but tricky accessibility for families The hotel is located within a gated community and features new, modern facilities. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, and the pool area is lovely. Parking is easy and free right next to the hotel, though having a car is essential to get around. However, the hotel is not very family- or stroller-friendly due to accessibility layout issues: Elevator access: While there is an elevator, it doesn't reach every room—you still have to go up or down stairs to get to certain areas. Dining area: Accessing the dining room is inconvenient, as it can only be reached via a service lift / freight elevator. Microwave access: There is no self-service microwave available. The staff in the kitchen can heat things up for you, but only during kitchen operating hours. Overall, it is a great spot with excellent amenities if you have a car, but it can be challenging if you are traveling with young children or have mobility needs.
