I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and relaxing environment after a long day of traveling. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Stunning location! Walked into the lobby and was floored by panoramic views of the cape. The hotel isn't modern or new, but it's well-maintained. Stayed in the tatami room and it's extremely spacious. Opt for the dinner buffet as there aren't lots of dining options unless you drive. Breakfast was full of Western and Japanese options. Oiishi!

The best ski in and ski out and Onsen hotel in Japan so far! We loved the hotel so much in Oct 2025 so we rebooked and came again from Dec 20-24, 2025. 1. Very convenient for ski experience. Ski in and ski out. Ski rental and ski coach school are just besides hotel. Good experience for rentals and coaches hiring. 2. Breakfast and dinner buffets are great and so yummy! The food does change every night to give you diversified variation to choose from. Very delicate food preparations by great chefs so don’t worry you will never get bored. 3. Onsen is also great great great! Great view and women and men get alternate the hot spring pool everyday. 4. First floor relaxing area is great great! You have self service bar of juice / soda / coffee and popsicles. 5. The hotel staffs are so nice and make you feel at home. Motoyo-San is extremely friendly and her English is so fluent!!! We were very lucky to have her help out during our stay. 6. 3rd floor is newly renovated so pls try this beautiful room next time! Highly recommend!!!! Great for family and couple trips!

Un hôtel confortable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est superbe. Les installations de bain sont excellentes. Chambre propre et moderne. Lit confortable. Un peu déçu de ce que vous trouverez dans la liste ici. Il a mentionné ”parking privé”, mais vous devez utiliser les parkings publics adjacents à un coût de ¥1300 par nuit. Ce problème peut être plus important sur ce que Trip.com peut afficher sur une liste plutôt que sur tout ce qui est spécifique à l'hôtel. En outre, au moment de la réception, l'agent de bureau frontal expliquait quelques détails en japonais. Il regardait sur son écran, il aurait pu être quelque chose sur son écran qu'il riait, mais le calendrier semblait un peu précis.

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

L'hôtel est très proche de la gare de Morioka et les transports environnants sont pratiques. Vous pouvez trouver des transports en commun adaptés partout où vous allez. La chambre double est la chambre la plus spacieuse dans laquelle j'ai jamais séjourné au Japon et la salle de bain est très propre. Le ménage est fait tous les jours🧹, les serviettes sont remplacées, les articles de toilette et les sachets de thé sont en libre-service, et vous pouvez les emporter dans le hall selon vos préférences et vos besoins. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel coûte 1 800 yens supplémentaires par personne. Il est varié, de style japonais et a bon goût. La plus grande caractéristique de l'hôtel est qu'il y a des micro-ondes et des machines à glace publiques à chaque étage, dont l'utilisation est gratuite et très pratique !

L'hôtel est à seulement 1 minute de marche de la gare Morioka. La chambre était un peu plus grande que les chambres typiques japonaises (la plupart des hôtels japonais sont petits), qui était agréable depuis que j'ai partagé la chambre avec 2 autres et nous avons eu 3 grandes bagages. Il y a un magasin (Fes'an) près de l'hôtel, il a beaucoup de restaurants à choisir et un magasin de produits alimentaires en bas. Je trouve la chambre un peu sombre (il a besoin de plus de lumière), mais l'hôtel est dans l'ensemble dans une grande position et la chambre est plus grande que la plupart des hôtels au Japon, il sera certainement à nouveau vérifier si je suis à Morioka.

진짜 최고의 료칸이었습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 음식, 온천 모두가 만족스러웠습니다. 다음 호텔의 송영버스 예약을 부탁드렸는데 일본어를 할 수 없는 저에게 최선을 다해 설명해주셨습니다. 마지막에 배웅 인사까지 나와서 해주셨는데 너무나도 융숭한 대접을 받는 느낌이었습니다.

Overall, the room is standard in the typical Japanese hotel style. They provide an ergonomic pillow, but I didn’t like it very much. There was still some dust found around the headboard area. The in-room safe was not working, and no water was provided. However, the location is good—not far from the station. Free sachet creams are available, and the price is reasonable. I would recommend staying here.

Très confortable hôtel chaud et chaud. Les chambres sont larges et propres. Les installations sont très bonnes. Le paysage proche est également très bon. Les installations chaudes de plusieurs hôtels sont excellentes. La qualité de l'eau de boisson est commune. En général, le papier chaud est plus parfait. Vous pouvez profiter de différents chauds de plusieurs hôtels ♨️ Je vois aussi une performance de la nuit. Excellent, le petit déjeuner est riche, les variétés sont nombreuses et le goût est bon.
