Amazing stay with very friendly staff, even thise who are helping with breakfast. Great location just in front of the train station. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a great bathtub, and amenities were not lacking. They have the breakfast lounge open from 12-8pm, where you can work or chat or just people watch in front of the station and have coffee, tea and soda available. You can also eat your food here though the microwave is on a different floor. I would definitely come back to this hotel, as I fell in love with Morioka.

Stunning location! Walked into the lobby and was floored by panoramic views of the cape. The hotel isn't modern or new, but it's well-maintained. Stayed in the tatami room and it's extremely spacious. Opt for the dinner buffet as there aren't lots of dining options unless you drive. Breakfast was full of Western and Japanese options. Oiishi!

Le meilleur hôtel Onsen au Japon jusqu'à présent! Nous avons aimé l'hôtel si longtemps en Oct 2025, donc nous avons réservé et est revenu de Déc 20-24, 2025. 1. Très confortable pour l'expérience de ski. Ski en et en ski. Sci loyer et ski coaches sont juste à côté de l'hôtel. Bonne expérience pour les loyers et les loyers d'entraîneurs. 2. Le petit déjeuner et les buffets sont super et si délicieux! La nourriture change chaque nuit pour vous donner une variation diversifiée à choisir. Très délicate préparations alimentaires par de grands chefs donc ne vous inquiétez pas vous ne serez jamais fatigués. 3. Onsen est aussi grand grand grand! Grand vue et les femmes et les hommes se remplacent la piscine chaude de printemps chaque jour. 4. La première place de relaxation est superbe! Vous disposez d'une bar de service à vous-même de jus / soda / café et de popsicles. Le Motoyo-San est très aimable et son anglais est très fluide ! Le 3e étage est rénové, donc les pls essayez cette belle chambre la prochaine fois! Recommandez-moi ! !

A nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is superb. The bath facilities are excellent. Clean and modern room. Comfortable bed. A bit disappointed with what parking information is provided on the listing here. It mentioned ”private parking”, but you basically have to use the adjacent public parking facilities at a cost of ¥1300 per night. You pay at the hotel, and they give you a receipt ticket to use along with your parking ticket when exiting the parking area. Only after looking at more reviews later did I see some guest mention this fee. This issue may be more about what Trip.com is able to display on a listing rather than anything specific with the hotel. Also, while at reception when checking in, the front desk agent was explaining some details in Japanese. I understood most of it, but when I mentioned that I didn't understand the last thing she said, the agent next to her appeared to snicker. He was staring at his screen, so it could have been something on his screen that he laughed about, but the timing seemed a bit to precise.

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très proche de la gare et est très pratique. Le personnel du service de l'hôtel est sympathique et courtois. La salle de bain est de conception relativement récente, ce qui est plus sûr pour les personnes âgées.

Convenientment situé à côté de la gare JR Morioka et de la ligne Iwate Galaxy Railway (IGR) avec le terminal de bus sur la route devant l'hôtel et hébergé dans le même bâtiment que le centre commercial FESAN. La chambre était spacieuse et le petit déjeuner (buffet) dans le restaurant chinois de l'hôtel était bon. Le bus de la ville est arrêté à 5 h, donc j'ai choisi de marcher au château/Parc de Morioka, qui a pris environ 20 minutes pour arriver.

진짜 최고의 료칸이었습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 음식, 온천 모두가 만족스러웠습니다. 다음 호텔의 송영버스 예약을 부탁드렸는데 일본어를 할 수 없는 저에게 최선을 다해 설명해주셨습니다. 마지막에 배웅 인사까지 나와서 해주셨는데 너무나도 융숭한 대접을 받는 느낌이었습니다.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, très bon. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas reçu d'informations super utiles sur les insinuations proches du personnel du bureau frontal (la barre linguistique peut-être!), donc recommandez de regarder tout ce que vous voulez faire de façon indépendante.

L'hôtel et les installations sont très bons, il y a au moins trois terrasses chaudes. Ce n'est pas assez pour les États-Unis que j'ai fait cinq heures d'avion, deux heures de voiture, je suis arrivé à la station d'accueil et traité mal par un serveur de réception qui a dit le manuel du communique. Je ne sais vraiment pas ce que je lui ai fait, tout le temps est comme un papier, vous disiez quand vous ne devriez pas être chaud, ne devriez pas, ne devriez pas, parler à un instant à 400 mots, c'est bien que vous envoyez rapidement, léger et très malhonnête, L'ouverture de la route a été complètement réglée.
