Hôtels 4 étoiles à Yucatán, Mexique

We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing. At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos, so there shouldn’t have been any exchange difference. The next morning at breakfast, the waitress informed us that breakfast was not included in our stay, even though it was clearly included in our booking. I had to return to reception to sort it out. The same situation happened again with the two pizzas and soft drinks that were included in our package. When we called to order them, we were told they were not included. Once again, I had to go back to reception to clarify and prove what we had paid for. It felt like I had to repeatedly go to reception to justify and confirm services that were already included in our reservation. That’s not the kind of experience you expect when booking a hotel stay. Clear communication between reception and restaurant staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

Me gustó todo la verdad. Es un hotel muy completo y con un precio muy competitivo. El desayuno me gustó mucho por la variedad para el precio que tenía. Muy recomendable!

The location is extremely convenient, right across from Parque Santa Lucía. Everything in downtown is within easy walking distance, so we never needed transportation. The hotel is beautifully and cozily decorated, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which has a very good breakfast menu with plenty of tasty options. The only downside was the rather slow Wi-Fi. We would definitely book here again!

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y llegar a lugares de interés es muy sencillo caminando. Cuenta con todos los servicios como hotel de 3 y 4 estrellas. Solo sirven desayuno básico, pero a pocos metros hay muchos lugares para comer. Definitivamente sí nos hospedaríamos otra vez ahí.

The room was lovely and big. Mirasol and Elizabeth were very kind and professional. Mirasol helped me with my bags and arranged a switch of my room when the hot water was not working. I was told it was working again in that room the next day. Great location. Make sure you request a room towards the back as I understand the rooms at the front can be noisy at night. Would recommend

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character, with spacious rooms that make for a comfortable stay. The historic charm and atmosphere are definitely highlights, and overall the property has a lot of potential. However, one issue that should really be addressed is the large number of dengue mosquitoes, especially around the pool area.

L'hôtel est normal, en moyenne. Malheureusement, le petit-déjeuner était fatal, les fruits étaient presque broyés, les chilaquiles désossés de tortillas enrochées, les œufs ”en sauce” brûlés et les papayes insidés. L'une des crèmes que nous avons pris pour le café était perdue et nous l'avons peu bu. Le personnel est très gentil. L'eau de la baignoire a une limite par laquelle il n'y a pas de taaan chaud, à simple vue, on pourrait sembler s'endormir avec de l'eau froide. On perçoit un peu plus tête quand on s'endorme.

Bel hôtel avec charme, un peu vieillot. Grandes chambres, bons restaurants et bon service en chambre. Parking sous-terrain sans ascenseur et avec mauvaise odeur des égouts.

It’s an OK hotel in a good location (Paseo 60), with lots of restaurants around, right below as well.Feels a bit dated overal.
