Ce fut l'expérience la plus incroyable que j'ai vécue dans un hôtel jusqu'à présent, du moins en Roumanie, vous trouvez tout ce dont vous rêvez : de très bons services, toutes les installations dont vous avez besoin : un spa, un billard, les chambres sont incroyables, super savoureuses. , des plats variés et frais au petit-déjeuner... une expérience incroyable, les mots ne peuvent pas décrire le sentiment formidable que j'éprouve après cela... J'ai hâte de revenir, merci pour toute cette belle expérience en une seule journée 😊 🤩

we’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.

Hotel ideal para una estancia rápido y de paso en Brasov. El desayuno básico pero con todo lo imprescindible para un desayuno completo. Parking gratuito y cerca de lugares emblemáticos y del centro, por lo que que tenga parking es un aspecto a valorar.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont parfaitement adaptées, la chambre est confortable et le petit déjeuner est très riche. La principale chose est que le personnel est très aimable: M. de la réception ne s'ennuie pas d'aider avec désir à demander des informations sur le trafic extérieur, enthousiastement à aider à la réservation; le personnel du restaurant est également gentil et attentif. Très satisfait, fortement recommandé!

Very nice accommodation with great location, not far from the main attractions (Black Church is walking distance). Except the hot water was not working, reached out to the host but got nothing back. It’s a good stay but a bit disappointed with the service. They could at least try to fix it or try to respond honestly.

Very nice hotel beautifully situated amongst the trees and the sounds of nature. We were lucky to be there at a quiet time for a romantic break. The food was very good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. All in all an excellent stay and we will be going back

Good points: good location and clean environment Concern points : distance from downtown. (15~20 lei tax fee) Recommend to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy mountain view scenery. (I expected to see stars at night, but it wasn’t possible due to the many strong artificial lights).

Ex-Hôtel Ramada. C'est tout dit. Mais vous devez déjà investir. Rénovation partielle est nécessaire. Chauffage. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Personnel poli. Parking à la disposition. Kootzeva Brashova est à votre côté.

Pro: good location,big room,good food at restaurant Con: lack of heating during evening. Heating starts at 00:30 until 6 in the morning;disaster in sauna and shower in pool area...no shower gel,no recipient for water in sauna

Tout était presque parfait, le personnel est grand, les chambres sont grandes, le seul décevant est que le gym n'a pas fonctionné et ils ne m'ont pas dit avant.
