First I'm so grateful to Sheraton for being inclusive. They have accepted me and my partner. Also, the service is amazing. The amenities are classic and clean. The location is near Shatea mall and restaurants. I've really enjoyed my stay. If I'll go Dammam sure I'll book again. Thanks a lot!

Je descends souvent dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est plutôt agréable ; les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, mais elles sont très propres. Il est également très pratique, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité et un centre commercial juste en face. Il y a une piscine sur le toit avec vue sur la mer. En résumé, je le recommande.

Grand hôtel et une chambre étonnante. Il était spécial et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La cuisine a tout l'équipement à utiliser. Et il y a aussi une machine à laver.

Aloft is a great hotel for travelers who’s wants to get a budget accommodation along with excellent service. The red Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Whenever I call reception or room service, I get the answer and the required service fast and I give them 5 stars when I compare them with their competitors. Whenever I visit Khobar in the future, Aloft will be my first choice. Their location is walking distance to fast food chains, coffee shops and a hospital. The room size is very decent compared to the paid price.

Elle m'a permis de me rendre plus tôt, ce qui a fait de mon séjour encore plus confortable. Globalement, mon séjour était vraiment étonnant, grâce au service remarquable et à la dévouement du personnel.

L' hôtel a été le meilleur choix pour rester pendant notre visite et même si j' avais quelques commentaires M. Abbas et un récepteur étaient très confortables et positifs et promis que j' aurais un meilleur séjour la prochaine fois . Ils servent du café saudita, des dates , du jus et de l'eau dans le lobby et le personnel est ami.. Je suis resté à commander la livraison et ils ont toujours apporté les commandes à notre chambre .. merci c'était un bon séjour et je serai de retour

Friendly, clean hotel with wonderful services and staff especially Mr Ahmed and Malik, and all the restaurant staffs. Mr Ahmed always remember to service my coffee daily, thank you and great appreciate for creating an unforgettable experience. Counter staffs were friendly and check in progress is easy and quick. Will return to the Courtyard again only next business trip.

I arrived at 3pm which is the check-in time but the room was not ready and i had to wait for almost 2 hours to check-in. The hotel upgraded my room which is totally unnecessary.. they also do not have a bath tub.. and there are not a lot of selections and options in TV channels.. The hotels in saudi are somewhat missing of the welcoming vibes and service standard is low..

Warm and welcoming stay. Staff were really pleasant and friendly. Furthermore, upon check in we received complementary breakfast for the duration of our stay from the hotel. Breakfast buffet was really good. Only issue was I had a problem with the hot water in my room which wasn't getting hot. Overall, a beautiful stay.
