Hôtels 4 étoiles à Province de Trabzon, Turquie

L'hôtel m'a fait une belle idée de la situation, mais il m'a fait une belle idée de la situation. Malheureusement, j'ai trouvé l'hôtel dans une situation très désagréable mais un grand plus pour son personnel et leur efficacité, surtout les gars de la réception. Laissez-nous indiquer les points positifs, vérifier et sortir était rapide et efficace. la situation est bonne. Les employés sont très attentifs et efficaces. Le petit déjeuner est grand. La nettoyage est effectuée quotidiennement. Il y a un spa et une piscine, mais cette fois je n'ai pas utilisé ça, je ne peux pas dire beaucoup. La vue sur le balcon est fabuleuse. La position de l'hôtel est excellente. Nous parlons de la chambre. Tout est vieux et ne se maintient pas bien. Les lits, les couvercles, les couvercles et les casques de couvercles sont tous vieux et tous ont des points sur eux. À mon arrivée, mes lits, les couvercles et les couvercles avaient des points différents sur eux . J'ai immédiatement appelé le récepteur et tout a changé. Ac ne fonctionne pas bien. Le flush de toilette est cassé et ne fonctionne pas bien. Les tapis sont vieux. Je ne peux rien dire sur les serviettes parce que je n'utilise jamais les serviettes de l'hôtel. J'aime cet hôtel, mais j'étais très déçu de la situation que j'ai vu quand j'étais 4 jours cette fois. Globalement, son OK & passable.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

I had a fantastic stay at the newly built Garden House Hotel. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you could need, including a little fridge. It was also wonderfully warm, which is perfect if you’re staying during the colder months. Mahmut was amazing — very helpful and friendly, a lovely person. The only issue I encountered was the lack of signage indicating it’s the Garden House. Arriving on a rainy day made it harder since the internet wasn’t working and I had to knock on a few houses and ask for help to find the place. The streets are tiny and all houses are next to each other, making it tricky to locate. I’d recommend providing precise location details on the listing or advising guests to contact the host for exact directions, especially if they arrive at night or in bad weather. Aside from that, it was a really nice stay and I’d definitely come back!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar  Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great place to stay, it was the best stay l had in turkey. The staff were friendly, helpful and can speak English. The view is mesmerizing, the location with its surroundings makes you forget that you are near the city. Once you enter the place you feel like you are in a secluded paradise with its beautiful landscape, architecture, views, hiking trails and much more. Also the idea that the restaurant is down stairs directly on the sea is amazing. Breakfast was great, one of the most enjoyable meals I had in a while. Last but not least ,I booked a duplex room and they upgrade us to a private cottage. Thank you for everything, we will be back for sure.

Останавливались в отеле North Star Hotel в Трабзоне на одну ночь, так как нужен был хороший и качественный отель рядом с аэропортом. В целом остались очень довольны. Брали номер с двуспальной кроватью — кровать оказалась очень большой и просторной, спать было комфортно. Номер без посторонних запахов. Вся мебель в номере новая, большой телевизор со Smart TV. Санузел и сантехника в отличном состоянии. Был кондиционер с режимом обогрева, что оказалось особенно удобно. В номере также имелись чайный набор, кофе и вода. Чистые полотенца и свежее постельное бельё. Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление — с удовольствием вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям.

Very nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

La chambre est très propre. Les gardiens sont utiles et courtoises. Cependant, le bureau de front refuse de coopérer avec nous quand nous leur avons attiré l'attention que nous avons réservé une chambre plus grande. Nous avons même démontré cela en leur montrant les détails de la réservation en ligne, mais ils nous ont continué à nous éclaircir et à nous faire croire que nous étions dans une pièce de 22m2 quand il s'agissait clairement d'une pièce de 15m2. Ne soyez pas dans le secteur de l'hospitalité si vous n'aimez pas aider vos invités.
