I had a wonderful stay at The Canvas Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping and dining options. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klang. I will definitely come back again! 🌟🏨💕

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour y passer la nuit avant un vol car ils proposent une navette gratuite. La chambre était très basique (pas de réfrigérateur, etc.) mais propre, le personnel était sympa. Le seul problème pour moi était que les autres clients faisaient du bruit (malgré le fait que je leur criais de se taire), ce qui m'a fait dormir moins de 3 heures. Si vous restez ici, soyez prévenant, les gens ne sont là que pour prendre l'avion.

C'était si cool et bon, mais je ne suis pas entièrement satisfait de la vue. La télévision était poussière et le lit n'était pas très propre. Mais la réception et le lieu de travail étaient vraiment bons.

The staff were friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — definitely a plus point. The overall cleanliness was average, but acceptable for a budget hotel. However, room security could be improved; the latch key wasn’t functioning, which might raise some safety concerns. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially liked the soft pillows and cozy comforter. They provided two pillows for a single bed and four for a double bed, which was a very nice touch and made the stay much more comfortable. The surrounding area felt a bit lonely since it’s located near an industrial zone with not many cars or people around. Parking is available right in front of the building, but it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The reception isn’t available 24 hours, so it’s something to keep in mind for late check-ins or assistance. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly hotel offering decent comfort and basic amenities.

Stayed at Batu Caves Hotel recently and had a generally pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Batu Caves, making it extremely convenient for visitors who want to explore the area, especially early in the morning before it gets crowded. The service is simple but sufficient for a comfortable stay. The room was modest in size and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the internet connection was stable, which was useful for planning daily activities. Cleanliness was acceptable overall. The room was tidy, though some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance. This did not significantly affect the stay but may be noticeable for guests who are particular about cleanliness. Despite being located near a tourist area, the hotel was relatively quiet at night, allowing for a good night's rest. Overall, Batu Caves Hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for budget travelers, short-stay guests, and anyone who prioritizes location and affordability over luxury. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a practical and conveniently located place to stay.

Le personnel m'a permis de passer un check-in précoce sans expliquer clairement que mon accès à la chambre finirait à 7h. La nuit dernière, ma chambre était fermée, ce qui a causé beaucoup d'inconvénients et de confusion. La chambre était très basique et se sentait vieille. Il y avait des bruits de rats/rats la nuit, les serviettes et les lits semblaient portés, la télévision n'avait que quelques canaux. Le personnel était généralement OK, mais l'expérience n'était pas professionnelle. Apparable seulement si vous avez besoin d'un endroit bon marché pour rester une nuit et ne attendez pas beaucoup.

hi. so far i stayed here, the service was good, the room was clean, the staff is friendly, near with the shopping malls and easy to get food. i’ll recommend everyone to book this hotel 👍🏻

L'emplacement est idéal pour cette petite ville, en plein centre. On trouve de nombreux restaurants, boutiques et un centre commercial à proximité. La gare de banlieue est à moins de 10 minutes en taxi. Le lit est grand et confortable, et l'hôtel est calme, mais une horloge murale bruyante fait tic-tac dans la chambre. Le principal inconvénient est la salle de bain. La douche n'est pas séparée et la bonde est haute. Résultat : je me douche le soir et le matin, il reste une flaque d'eau qu'il faut éponger avec des chiffons. Une taxe environnementale de 2 MYR par jour est facturée à l'arrivée. Vu son nom, on pourrait penser qu'elle serait remboursée si tout se passait bien, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

I had a pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of eateries around the area. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

I stayed 2 times in Mixx Hotel. There are 2 type of room, the new part of the hotel which has more amenities, netflix & youtube tv selection, water kettle, bigger bathroom and bigger room. Where there’s also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there’s a small fridge inside. However the older type of room has some mold parts on the ceiling which is kinda humid, and not as clean as the new type of room. The photo that I uploaded is the newer type of room.
