La chambre était confortable et propre. La seule question était l'éclairage de la salle de bains, il était un peu trop sombre, donc la zone miroir n'était pas très claire. Tout le reste était bon.

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un merveilleux hôtel près de l'aéroport en Malaisie, et je peux dire en toute confiance que ce fut une excellente expérience. Si vous recherchez un refuge paisible qui offre également un confort, c'est le choix parfait. Tout d'abord, l'emplacement est idéal pour les voyageurs, en particulier ceux qui ont des horaires serrés ou des vols tard le soir. L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes en voiture de l'aéroport, ce qui a rendu mon arrivée et mon départ incroyablement fluides et sans stress. Malgré sa proximité avec l'aéroport, l'ambiance de l'hôtel est sereine et calme, ce qui permet un séjour vraiment reposant sans l'agitation habituelle que l'on pourrait attendre d'un hôtel d'aéroport. J'ai été vraiment surpris par le calme qui y régnait ; j'ai à peine entendu le bruit des avions pendant mon séjour. Le domaine de l'hôtel est magnifiquement entretenu et dégage un sentiment de tranquillité. Dès que vous franchissez les portes, vous êtes accueilli par une végétation luxuriante et des espaces extérieurs bien conçus qui invitent à la détente. L'aménagement paysager autour de l'hôtel contribue à l'atmosphère paisible, ce qui permet d'oublier facilement que vous êtes si proche de l'aéroport. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est tout aussi impressionnant. Le hall est spacieux et décoré avec goût dans un style moderne mais chaleureux. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à répondre à toutes les demandes ou questions. L'enregistrement a été rapide et sans accroc, ce qui a été très appréciable après un long vol. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était propre, spacieuse et bien aménagée avec toutes les commodités dont on peut avoir besoin pour un séjour confortable. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, avec des draps impeccables qui rendaient difficile de se lever le matin. Ma chambre avait une grande fenêtre qui laissait entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle, et j'ai profité d'une belle vue sur le jardin. Malgré sa proximité avec l'aéroport, la chambre était exceptionnellement bien insonorisée, ce qui m'a permis de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil. L'une des caractéristiques remarquables de cet hôtel est son offre de restauration. Le restaurant sur place sert une gamme de plats locaux et internationaux, et chaque repas que j'ai pris était délicieux. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, en particulier, était fantastique, offrant une grande variété d'options, des plats malaisiens traditionnels aux choix plus occidentaux. La nourriture était fraîche et savoureuse, et le personnel du restaurant était attentionné sans être envahissant. Un autre avantage est le service de navette gratuit de l'hôtel depuis et vers l'aéroport, qui fonctionne fréquemment et ponctuellement. Ce service m'a vraiment sauvé la vie, surtout pour mon vol tôt le matin. En plus d'être proche de l'aéroport, l'hôtel est également à proximité de certaines attractions intéressantes, notamment des centres commerciaux et des marchés locaux, ce qui permet d'explorer facilement la région pendant les temps morts. En conclusion, cet hôtel près de l'aéroport en Malaisie offre le mélange parfait de paix, de confort et de commodité. Overall is a good budget friendly hotel for a short stay with good location and service provided. The only things that was not much satisfied was that Wifi not working well enough.

The staff were friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — definitely a plus point. The overall cleanliness was average, but acceptable for a budget hotel. However, room security could be improved; the latch key wasn’t functioning, which might raise some safety concerns. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially liked the soft pillows and cozy comforter. They provided two pillows for a single bed and four for a double bed, which was a very nice touch and made the stay much more comfortable. The surrounding area felt a bit lonely since it’s located near an industrial zone with not many cars or people around. Parking is available right in front of the building, but it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The reception isn’t available 24 hours, so it’s something to keep in mind for late check-ins or assistance. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly hotel offering decent comfort and basic amenities.

Stayed at Batu Caves Hotel recently and had a generally pleasant experience. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Batu Caves, making it extremely convenient for visitors who want to explore the area, especially early in the morning before it gets crowded. There are also restaurants, convenience stores, and public transport options within walking distance. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful. The service is simple but sufficient for a comfortable stay. The room was modest in size and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the internet connection was stable, which was useful for planning daily activities. Cleanliness was acceptable overall. The room was tidy, though some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance. This did not significantly affect the stay but may be noticeable for guests who are particular about cleanliness. Despite being located near a tourist area, the hotel was relatively quiet at night, allowing for a good night's rest. Overall, Batu Caves Hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for budget travelers, short-stay guests, and anyone who prioritizes location and affordability over luxury. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a practical and conveniently located place to stay.

hi. so far i stayed here, the service was good, the room was clean, the staff is friendly, near with the shopping malls and easy to get food. i’ll recommend everyone to book this hotel 👍🏻

Good for one night short stay. No ground floor rooms as it belong to another hotel. Hotel Ec In is on the second floor. Staff help to carry luggage up the stair upon request. The hotel provides water (hot and cold), coffee and tea outside the room. There are two bottled water supplied. The washroom has a hair drying and soap dispenser. Hot shower is from instant water heater. There is wash spray by the toilet bowl. The room is as per the picture in the post. Aircon is working fine. No window. Very small and will be very tight space if you bring big luggage. Should be able to manage the space with small luggage. There is security card to enter the premise so it is only for guests. The hotel communicate via WhatsApp to ask my arrival time. If you arrive at late night or wee hours of the morning, best to notify the hotel about your arrival time as the counter service is not available 24/7. The location is very near to shopping and food eateries. Lots for parking for those who drive. You can walk around to choose many different varieties of food according to your preference and budget. Airport transfer by Grab is RM 30 We were upset that the hotel did not specify that the massage chair is complimentary for guest who stayed more than one night only while the sign indicate free use for in-house guest (which should include those for one night stay). When we enquire, we we told several times it is free for us but when we wanted to use it later, we we told it was only for those who stay multiple nights. Staff has poor knowledge about the house policy on the massage chair. We need to pay RM 10. Also, late check is charged RM 10 per hour. We are not coming back to this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of eateries around the area. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

I stayed 2 times in Mixx Hotel. There are 2 type of room, the new part of the hotel which has more amenities, netflix & youtube tv selection, water kettle, bigger bathroom and bigger room. Where there’s also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there’s a small fridge inside. However the older type of room has some mold parts on the ceiling which is kinda humid, and not as clean as the new type of room. The photo that I uploaded is the newer type of room.
