I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

Allez à New Haven pour un cours d'étude à l'Université Yale, l'école recommande l'hébergement de l'hôtel. En général, il devrait être très bon local. Bien sûr, il semblerait que l'hôtel était un peu plus ancien que dans le pays, mais je vais bien. Certaines photos du quartier de la porte de l'hôtel sont belles. Je suis aussi venue voir la mariée de la mariée avant l'église, prête à monter les voitures traditionnelles

Everything is as perfect as you would dream of! Thr room is very spacious, modern Nordic style design, from coffee to shampoo they are in top-notch quality. The gym has one of the most high tech equipments and the laundry room is certainly a bonus for long trip traveller. Staff are friendly and efficient as well, would highly recommend!

L'hôtel est très bon et propre. Il est magnifique. L'équipe de service de l'hôtel est très gentille et amicale. Vous pouvez également appeler leur service de transbordement gratuit si vous arrivez à la gare du train (il est opérationnel à 15 heures). La salle d'hôtel est large et très confortable. Nous regrettons d'être seulement une nuit au Nouveau Ciel. C'est vraiment un hôtel recommandé!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! La chambre est aussi magnifique. Vous pouvez profiter de la vue du port dans votre chambre confortable!!! Si je retourne à New Heaven, je choisirai certainement cet hôtel.

L'environnement est très bon à proximité de l'hôtel, il y a des églises, etc., il n'y a pas de distance à la gare ferroviaire et au supermarché, il y a aussi un restaurant à proximité, à New Haven et New York.

Un hôtel thématique de l'Université chic à l'emplacement de l'hôtel héritage de New Haven - Hotel Duncan. Situation brillante, juste à côté de Yale et près de New Haven Green. Les chambres étaient petites par rapport aux tarifs. Généralement un séjour agréable. Merci

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel plusieurs fois, c'est pour les examens des étudiants. L'hôtel est bien, l'attitude du personnel de la réception est bonne et les installations de la chambre sont également bonnes.

Le petit déjeuner est plus simple, l'eau de la boulangerie est petite, pas assez chaude, trop fatiguée, attendre longtemps sans eau chaude, je dors, j'ai tordu près de deux heures le matin suivant, l'eau peut être lavée. L'hôtel est très joli, il a envoyé un bon de petit déjeuner comme compensation insensée. C'est probablement pour la décoration, et la dernière fois que vous êtes dans la piscine, vous êtes en décoration.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and had great amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Perfect location—close to attractions and dining. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. 5/5 stars!”
