La location est le cœur parfait de la ville. Juste à pied à l'Université de Yale. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. La salle de bain est très claire et complète avec toutes les installations nécessaires. Le bureau frontal est toujours très amicale et poli. C'est ma deuxième fois que je vis à l'Omni Hotel New Haven et je choisirai de nouveau pour mon prochain voyage. Pour ceux qui aiment la vie nocturne, il faut vivre ici parce qu'il est juste à travers la route ont les meilleurs bars et clubs de la vie nocturne. Perfect Hotel I Recommander 100%

L'hôtel est une élite ... expérience incroyable partout. Je ne peux pas attendre de retour. Artisan est une bijoux.

J'ai voyagé le matin, car cet hôtel est proche de l'entreprise, j'ai donc choisi de rester. Cet hôtel a vraiment besoin de cracher. La sortie de climatisation dans la chambre est à l'étage. Lorsque la climatisation est allumée, le bruit, Emma, a à l'origine besoin du décalage horaire, mais ce bruit ne peut pas dormir du tout, à moins qu'il ne le supporte pas! Parlons aussi du petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel, quelques petites choses tous les jours, plus de choix ! Après avoir mangé pendant une journée, je suis allé au Diner, à 3 km de l'hôtel, le lendemain ! Pas recommandé mais pas du tout, la prochaine fois que j'habite dans le comté, juste de l'autre côté de la route!

This hotel is really nice and clean. Its design is wonderful. The hotel service team is really nice and friendly. Also, if you arrive at the Train station, you could call their free shuttle service (it is operated by 15:00). The hotel lounge is wide and very cozy. We regret staying only one night at the New Heaven. It is really a recommendable hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room is also awesome. You can enjoy the harbor view in your cozy room!!! If I return to travel New Heaven, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Mauvaise critique, il n'y a pas d'hôtel humain, 20 heures de voyage en avion, crachats et diarrhée dans l'avion, et finalement insisté pour rester à l'hôtel, mais m'a dit que je devais attendre 15h pour m'enregistrer, mais ce ne sera que 7h30 du matin, comment puis-je ? Il faudra peut-être attendre près de 8 heures, et il y a un enfant qui m'accompagne. Le décalage horaire et la maladie m'ont fait passer beaucoup de temps. En voyant tous les invités partir, j'ai couru à la réception pour demander s'il y avait une chambre. , Ne vous enregistrez pas pour moi, mon corps devient de plus en plus faible et je suis endurci jusqu'à près de 11 heures. Je ne peux pas tenir. Avec mon insistance, j'ai dit que vous pouvez traiter un patient comme ça, et je demande à vous voir tout de suite. Votre manager, la réception a donné la chambre, l'ensemble du processus n'est pas une température, une expérience froide

L'hôtel a un sentiment d'histoire, pas de style universel, a ses propres caractéristiques, le hall du 1er étage est nostalgique, l'environnement est bon, la chambre est très nouvelle, le lit est confortable et très propre

Emplacement pratique, en face du délicieux The Capital Grill (steak principal), à côté du Connecticut Science Center, un bon endroit pour que les enfants se déchargent, Bushnell Park est un espace vert et de mignons petits écureuils

Location was easy to find. The hotel and the room were very clean. My issue was the room had no microwave or refrigerator, so we had to use the one in the lobby. The bathroom had no vent which is weird. Overall, I had a good experience, and I would stay there again.

I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

Everything is as perfect as you would dream of! Thr room is very spacious, modern Nordic style design, from coffee to shampoo they are in top-notch quality. The gym has one of the most high tech equipments and the laundry room is certainly a bonus for long trip traveller. Staff are friendly and efficient as well, would highly recommend!
