Hôtels 4 étoiles à Connecticut, États-Unis

I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

酒店比較舊，設施比較齊全，適合家庭週末休閑旅遊入住，有廚房和客廳，空間很大。沒有熱水器，喝咖啡泡茶很不方便。

強烈推薦這個酒店。原因: 1. 新。2019年開業的 2.房間大、洗手間大。 3. 還有簡單的廚具可以選擇做點兒吃的、燒熱水（這對中國人太友好啦，可以喝茶了 4.頂樓的酒吧，很好看。 5.大堂寬敞舒適，美國鄉村風。 6.酒店對面就是很大的停車場🅿️ 唯一的遺憾是位置距離市中心距離稍微有點兒遠，在耶魯大學的最南端。不過，城市很小，所以，遠也就是兩三個街區的距離，5分鐘的路程而已。 15分鐘左右可以走到New Haven火車站🚉。

This hotel is really nice and clean. Its design is wonderful. The hotel service team is really nice and friendly. Also, if you arrive at the Train station, you could call their free shuttle service (it is operated by 15:00). The hotel lounge is wide and very cozy. We regret staying only one night at the New Heaven. It is really a recommendable hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room is also awesome. You can enjoy the harbor view in your cozy room!!! If I return to travel New Heaven, I will definitely choose this hotel.

L'environnement est très bon à proximité de l'hôtel, il y a des églises, etc., il n'y a pas de distance à la gare ferroviaire et au supermarché, il y a aussi un restaurant à proximité, à New Haven et New York.

L'hôtel a un sentiment d'histoire, pas de style universel, a ses propres caractéristiques, le hall du 1er étage est nostalgique, l'environnement est bon, la chambre est très nouvelle, le lit est confortable et très propre

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel plusieurs fois, c'est pour les examens des étudiants. L'hôtel est bien, l'attitude du personnel de la réception est bonne et les installations de la chambre sont également bonnes.

Le petit déjeuner est plus simple, l'eau de la boulangerie est petite, pas assez chaude, trop fatiguée, attendre longtemps sans eau chaude, je dors, j'ai tordu près de deux heures le matin suivant, l'eau peut être lavée. L'hôtel est très joli, il a envoyé un bon de petit déjeuner comme compensation insensée. C'est probablement pour la décoration, et la dernière fois que vous êtes dans la piscine, vous êtes en décoration.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and had great amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Perfect location—close to attractions and dining. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. 5/5 stars!”
