Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

L'hôtel est bon, adapté à la visite commerciale, il offre un petit déjeuner en bas, et les points de repas sont relativement riches. L'environnement est très bon à proximité, il y a également quelques attractions à proximité.

Kids from the room next door were in our room when we got there because the connector door wasn’t locked. Then I noticed the shower was not clean and neither were the glasses by the sink. And the bathroom doors being closed still had a crack so you could see through. The mattress was clearly very old and 2 of the pillows were hard and lumpy. The view of the lake was great though. We ate at the Two 45 grille and absolutely don’t recommend. $45 for 2 improperly made Flat Whites (90% milk) and 2 dry, flavorless breakfast sandwiches that came with a few bad potatoes. My fiancé LOVES potatoes and even he didn’t like them. We sat there for a long time waiting for our food and service. Once our food was dropped off we didn’t see our server again. She never asked how it was. Heck we didn’t even see her walking around helping anyone else either. Lastly, the pool. The pictures on the website make the pool look so nice with a great view of the lake. FALSE. You have to be standing up outside of the pool to see the view and the pool is SMALL. Like anymore than 4 people from separate groups and it’s awkward. Also it was only 3’4”. The gym was great, but that’s not enough reason for us to ever spend our money at a Sheraton again.

Wonderful location, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are also decent, pretty good price for what you get.

Le service était excellent, la chambre était propre. Le seul problème était le parking. Ils ne pouvaient pas héberger le mini-van pour leur parking valet en raison de sa taille. Il était difficile de trouver un parking dans les rues pendant une nuit de semaine. Tout autre que cela était parfait. (Famille de quatre enfants, un enfant handicapé)

L'excellent hôtel de première classe, vous avez été très bien placé pour vous aider à vous rendre à l'hôtel. Nous recommanderions certainement de rejoindre Mount Airy et nous attendons avec impatience de revenir ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est très utile et très confortable.

Pour le prix, c'était correct. Le service voiturier était simple et très rapide. Le couloir menant à notre chambre était vieillot et sentait le renfermé ou la cigarette. Même mes enfants l'ont remarqué. La chambre était propre, mais aurait besoin d'être rénovée. Le sol était neuf, mais c'est tout. La chambre était extrêmement bruyante. Nous étions au 6e étage avec balcon et nous avons entendu des motos, ou plutôt ces cyclomoteurs bruyants qui font la course toute la nuit, malgré la présence d'une machine à bruit blanc ! Je conseillerais plutôt une chambre côté cour, et non côté rue. Mais encore une fois, vu le prix et la rapidité de notre arrivée, c'était acceptable. La prochaine fois, je dépenserais un peu plus pour un hôtel et une chambre plus agréables.

La chambre était propre et l'hôtel bien situé. On pouvait facilement se rendre à pied aux sites touristiques et la gare de banlieue était à proximité. Cependant, le petit-déjeuner était trop cher et médiocre. Je recommande plutôt de visiter les cafés locaux.

This hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.

Le service est bon et la propreté est excellente, mais la piscine était fermée pour le week-end. Les chambres ne disposent ni de minibar ni de télévision connectée.
