Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

Kids from the room next door were in our room when we got there because the connector door wasn’t locked. Then I noticed the shower was not clean and neither were the glasses by the sink. And the bathroom doors being closed still had a crack so you could see through. The mattress was clearly very old and 2 of the pillows were hard and lumpy. The view of the lake was great though. We ate at the Two 45 grille and absolutely don’t recommend. $45 for 2 improperly made Flat Whites (90% milk) and 2 dry, flavorless breakfast sandwiches that came with a few bad potatoes. My fiancé LOVES potatoes and even he didn’t like them. We sat there for a long time waiting for our food and service. Once our food was dropped off we didn’t see our server again. She never asked how it was. Heck we didn’t even see her walking around helping anyone else either. Lastly, the pool. The pictures on the website make the pool look so nice with a great view of the lake. FALSE. You have to be standing up outside of the pool to see the view and the pool is SMALL. Like anymore than 4 people from separate groups and it’s awkward. Also it was only 3’4”. The gym was great, but that’s not enough reason for us to ever spend our money at a Sheraton again.

The hotel is excellently located for exploring downtown Philly—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-priced, with all the essentials I needed for a short stay. While the space—especially the bathroom—was on the smaller side, it was functional. The only major downside was an unexpected fire alarm at 4am, which was quite disruptive. Overall, a solid option if location and value are your top priorities.

The main advantage of 4211 Suites is its location. It is a practical option if you need to stay close to the University of Pennsylvania campus or nearby academic activities. For a short one-night stay, especially if you are in a rush, it can work. That said, it feels more like a basic student accommodation than a proper hotel. The staff at the counter were generally polite, though communication was sometimes limited, so service may feel a bit uneven. The room was spacious enough, but it had a noticeable humid smell, which affected the overall comfort. The breakfast area is very limited, and I would not recommend paying extra for it. The food options were basic and not good value for the price. I also found the use of plastic plates and cutlery frustrating, especially with hot food, as it felt low quality and uncomfortable. Overall, I am not making a major complaint, but I do think the property should invest more in the quality of the rooms, breakfast, and basic items provided. Given the price charged, the experience could be much better. It may be acceptable for students or longer basic stays, but for adult travelers expecting hotel-level comfort and service, I would only recommend it for a short stay.

L'excellent hôtel de première classe, vous avez été très bien placé pour vous aider à vous rendre à l'hôtel. Nous recommanderions certainement de rejoindre Mount Airy et nous attendons avec impatience de revenir ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est très utile et très confortable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Windsor Suites. Idéalement situé, l'hôtel se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel de ville et à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants. On trouve également des restaurants dans le hall. La chambre était très spacieuse et disposait d'un dressing avec fer et table à repasser. Elle était également équipée d'un coin cuisine avec réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière et ustensiles. La chambre était propre et très bien entretenue. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. En résumé, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui séjournent à Philadelphie.

Situé au croisement de la 37e Rue et de la 8e Avenue, à Midtown Manhattan, l'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de la gare routière, de Penn Station et de Times Square, ce qui le rend pratique pour voyager et visiter la ville. La chambre n'est pas très grande, mais elle est équipée d'un grand réfrigérateur, d'un micro-ondes, d'une plaque à induction et de vaisselle, ce qui permet de se préparer facilement un petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux. Le ménage est fait tous les deux jours. Trois personnes ont séjourné trois nuits. Le grand lit était très confortable, mais le canapé-lit était un peu vieillot. Il y a encore beaucoup de sans-abri, mais ils ne sont pas agressifs lorsqu'ils passent. Globalement, je suis plutôt satisfait de mon séjour.

This hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.

La décoration et l'environnement de l'hôtel sont agréables. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit est propre. De plus, la cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse. L'expérience globale du séjour est agréable. Je recommande. 🌹
