Hôtels 4 étoiles à Kien Giang, Vietnam

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam

Les points positifs : -L' accueil et le professionnalisme de l'ensemble du personnel -La piscine à débordement est parfaite, elle est grande et belle -Le bar ou les club sandwichS et les cocktails sont délicieux -Le petit déjeuner est extra ! Produits de qualité, frais et variés, il est copieux -Il est possible de louer des scooters en demandant à la réception -Les Chambres sont magnifiques et la literie très confortable (315/ pool view) -Le site du Lahana Resort est comme un jardin tropical zen, très vert et fleuri -Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent ! Les points négatifs : - . . . Le Lahana est bien situé, à seulement 5-10 minutes de la ville de Duong Dong et de son marcher de nuit (Qu'il faut voir), mais également de ses bars, restaurants et magasins. Je vous conseille le Lahana Resort Phu Quoc si vous passez quelques jours sur cette très jolie île Vietnamienne. Bon voyage ami(e)s voyageurs ! @GABIGABTRAVEL

(30,000 taxis, vous devez prendre un taxi parce que vous avez des bagages lourds) La location est ambiguë (60.000 au marché de la nuit) C'est joli de prendre des photos. La longue nuit brille et je recommande une nuit le jour avant de partir à l'aéroport ! L'avantage est qu'il est propre juste après la construction des installations. Le désavantage est que le temps est trop chaud et vous devez manger un petit-déjeuner pendant que vous suez dehors ... La piscine ne fonctionne que à 7 h ou 8 h. Si vous allez encore Réservé comme villa de piscine le lendemain et seulement une nuit le jour avant de partir à l'aéroport Je crois que je le ferai.

Удобный, комфортный отель. На цокольном этаже бесплатная парковка для байков. Пришли с моря, устали, не стали ждать, когда сделают кофе, так нам его достаточно оперативно доставили в номер. Бассейн на крыше с великолепным обзором на 360 градусов. Всё красиво и современно. Единственный минус - до моря идти по каким-то закоулкам и море в том месте не самое лучшее. До супермаркета Кинг Конг идти относительно недалеко, но все же выходит, что отель располагается в самой южной оконечности оживленных мест. Если бы чуть севернее... Питание - придираться не буду, претензий нет, но все же видал и лучше, поэтому за питание 4 из 5. По номеру опять же - без претензий, но видали и получше, поэтому снова 4, даже 4,5 из 5.

Tôi đã ở hạng Stufio cho 2 người có view cầu hôn pháo hoa. Phòng rất đẹp. Có cả bếp để nấu ăn và đầy đủ gia vị để nấu. Nhất định tôi sẽ quay lại. Chủ nhà đã giới thiệu tour đi bãi sao biển cho tôi. Họ rất thân thiện và bão sao có rất nhiều sao biển. Hoang sơ. Và tôi được tự mình lặn, tự nướng cá. Rất vui

Les services de l'hôtel étaient rapides et le personnel était professionnel. Je recommanderais cet hôtel aux voyageurs, en particulier si vous voyagez avec votre famille.

Absolutely amazing place! We stayed 5 nights and wish we could have stayed more before moving onto our next destination - it was amazing. Everything from the pool service, pool bar, drinks, the food and above all, the amazing service from each and every staff member. Every time we returned back to the resort, it felt like we were coming into our own home because of the big smiles, hellos and waves from each of the staff - absolutely amazing. We can’t forget to mention the wonderful pool bartenders who made our days and evenings with their warm smiles, laughs and caring ways - Lao and his evening bar female co-worker (whose name just escaped us). They’re amazing and MADE our trip ❤️ The location and amenities are amazing and very clean. The bed was VERY comfortable and the luxury pool villa was simple beautiful and so clean. We were never in need of anything! The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and fresh - a MUST place to eat during your stay! Big thank you to Phu Quoc’s Mercury villa family for making our trip in Phu Quoc! 100 percent recommend!

La zone de vacances n'est pas grande, à côté de l'hôtel Norfort. Il y a une plage à la porte et un spa à la plage. Les installations de l'hôtel sont généralement plus petites que les villes de Vinpearl, dans le nord. Il a été enterré pendant la baignoire. Il n'a pas dormi toute la nuit. La réception est en anglais. C'est très bien. Les Coréens sont très nombreux. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très bien situé, les repas ne sont généralement pas très riches.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de rester à l'hôtel Camia pendant la semaine dernière de décembre. Le personnel était si ami et si confortable et je voudrais surtout mentionner Nhi (Katty) à la réception qui est une vraie bijoux. Elle est sortie de son chemin pour nous faire sentir à la maison, donner des conseils et faire spéciale le anniversaire de mon mari en organisant un petit gâteau et pour que notre lit soit magnifiquement décoré. Ils nous ont tous fait ressembler à la famille et c'est pourquoi nous aimerions rester là encore si nous rentrions à Phu Quoc. Il est aussi romantique que la piscine infinie et nous aimerions la relaxer à côté de la piscine pendant une heure heureuse et regarder le ciel changer d'une profonde orange à de nombreuses ombres de rose. Les cocktails sont délicieux et le restaurant est très bien situé sur l'océan. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et je peux recommander ”On the Rocks”. Le petit déjeuner était bon et le personnel très aimable, quelques options occidentales seraient agréables. La décoration était magnifique et la nourriture délicieuse. Les jardins du resort sont si bien gardés avec des fleurs sauvages et beaucoup d'arbres et de plantes vertes. L'utilisation des kayaks est gratuite, vous devez seulement réserver à l'avance. Je n'ai pas pu essayer le spa mais il est situé convenablement près de la piscine. Le transport complimentaire de l'aéroport a également été très apprécié. Si vous doutez où rester, réservez juste ce petit paradis. Vous ne serez pas désolé !!!!

FO offre le transport aéroport à 6:15am seulement lorsque le vol est à 7:00. Ils font des clients nerveux.
