Hôtels 5 étoiles à Maharashtra, Inde

It’s very close to the airport and they have a driver service who will pick you up from the airport for a slightly steep charge. I highly recommend this after long flights though, as getting an Uber or rick at the airport is turning into a chore. The room was nice but it smelled moldy and nothing would get or feel dry (towels etc.). I know it’s the tail end of monsoon but this is the Hilton! You’d think they would air out the rooms or at least have fans or de humidifiers but it’s only AC which doesn’t help as much. I also had a few small issues with room service and they won’t take international contactless card payments anywhere in the hotel which is inconvenient. Jio service is in a dead zone in the lobby so booking a car at peak times is sometimes impossible. There was some recurring construction in a room nearby but when I called about it they did seem to quiet down. The lobby is nice but they’re playing bad music and noise from various spaces there with it all overlapping, I asked them to turn it down. I got some macarons at the bakery and they were just ok, but coffee was nice and decently priced. Overall it’s still a very nice and lovely hotel and I would stay again if under $100 a night…but it has some of the same issues of lesser hotels in Mumbai which is surprising. At the very least I’d like a room which doesn’t feel damp and moldy.

Pros: -Hotel is located close to the airport -Service is impeccable, any requests was attended within 15mins - The breakfast buffet was the highlight, it was absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to the guy worked the tea corner & the manager in that space, they were very attentive & helpful - The water pressure in the shower was amazing, housekeeping staff were also very fast to respond -The bed & pillow was comfortable - The staff at the reception were very helpful & friendly - As a solo female traveller, I felt safe Cons - The rooms are dated, in need of a up-haul. There are visible wear and tear, stains on the carpet, sofa etc. It doesn't measure up to 5 star hotel standards internationally especially for the price paid. - Didn't have a great view from my room. In overall, it was a great stay regardless and I would definitely return during my next trip to India. Thank you!

The Italian restaurant very good the service also very good nothing can go wrong out here.

Our 5 day stay at the Taj Mahal Tower was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we were picked up in the Jaguar till we were dropped off at the airport, everything was just perfect. The staff were amazing. In particular I would like to mention Ms. Shifabano Masalawala - Guest Relations who did a fantastic job of taking care of the special occasion we were celebrating. The service at the Wellness Centre and the Salon was thoroughly enjoyed by my partner. The service and the special celebration in the Gazebo by the pool was absolutely beautiful and memorable. The breakfast and room service at odd times was also of the highest quality. If I was rate our stay at the Taj Mahal Tower, I would give it a 10/10. We will definitely return and stay for longer next time. A huge Thank You to the Staff for truly the best 5 days we have spent in our travels.

Great location. Fantastic service. Buffet breakfast was amazing with staff that provided a great service; Bryan did a good job. &Marine drive view is amazing!

I expected better cleaning at washroom . Room was better . View was gorgeous. My package had dinner and breakfast included which was a plus There was no special service provided . I requested for Achilles tendon massage offer as I suffered an injury a while ago. Anyways my stay was still very comfortable . Love the food quality and taste both very good

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel est très chaleureux et ami et prend soin de leur client. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et me rappelle 5 étoiles du retour dans les années 90. Un bon endroit pour accueillir les mariages, car ils ont beaucoup de place pour organiser toutes les fonctions, etc. Le label de l'hôtel est le seul et le plus grand désavantage. Je recommande vraiment aux propriétaires/gestion d'accueillir un autre ascenseur et une escalier car le design de l'hôtel est telle que les chambres sont assez loin de la principale ascenseur et devient un problème de voyager d'une fin à l'autre.

I had an exceptional stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. The hotel exudes luxury from the moment you step in, with its stunning lobby and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside getaway, yet it’s close enough to the heart of Mumbai for business or leisure trips. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and excellent service. Can’t wait to visit again!

Il était propre, élégant, confortable avec un excellent service où nous avons dîné. La nourriture était bonne et la valeur pour l'argent et le service était attentive et efficace. La chambre elle-même était bien équipée et confortable. J'étais très heureux de mon séjour. J'espère être de retour pour une visite plus longue à l'avenir.

Un beau endroit pour se détendre avec votre amour une fois. Clean n tidy. Service incompatible Vous pouvez attendre quelque chose d'extra, car c'est le TAJ.

L' électricité a échoué dans notre chambre et ils ont dû venir le réparer au début de la matinée. Ils nous ont déménagés dans une autre chambre, mais c'était annoyant.

Si vous cherchez un bon endroit pour rester à Pune, je recommande Westin! Le personnel était ami et a aimé mon séjour de 4 nuits grâce au petit déjeuner. ◡̈ Le prix était plus cher que la Corée, donc je suis resté sans charge.

Comme d'habitude Taj c'est, propriété fantastique

L'hôtel est bon à tous points de vue, l'emplacement est bon, il y a un grand centre commercial à côté, il y a une aire de restauration comme une grande époque au premier étage du centre commercial, il y a beaucoup d'options de restauration à choisir, et un supermarché. Facile à voyager.

De type commercial, l'hôtel a toujours organisé diverses réunions. Ce sera bruyant pendant la journée et il n'y a pas de grande surface verte, alors allons-y. Les chambres sont correctes et les équipements ne sont pas vieux. Je recommande un citronnier proche de celui-ci, qui est meilleur qu'ici.

Cet hôtel est propre et confortable, très proche de l'aéroport, idéal pour les personnes qui transitent par la ville.

Près de l'hôtel se trouve la gare, il n'y a pas moyen de se promener la nuit bien sûr ! Les installations de l'hôtel sont neuves et le petit déjeuner est copieux !

Great choice if you need to stay in this side of the city. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

L'hôtel est proche de la zone de la usine, mais il y a des restaurants et des magasins de confort aux pieds. L'aircond dans la chambre n'est pas cohérent et la nettoyage des toilettes peut être améliorée, surtout dans la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est bon.

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

Il est à environ 50 minutes de l'aéroport, mais le service de la chambre est bon et il y a beaucoup.

L'emplacement est au sud de Navi Mumbai. L'emplacement est relativement biaisé. Il y a des ministères autour. Les chambres sont grandes et les installations et services sont également bons.

It's good experiences to stay. staff are friendly and facility are well maintained 

I really feel there should be some decrease in the room rate as it's too high even on weekdays. The overall stay was really good but I was really unhappy with the no entry of Auto Rickshaw inside the property. My mom is a senior citizen with 2 hip replacements. I was being told Rick is not allowed inside so I had to make her walk inside completely. Kindly relook and rethink about it before somebody is being stopped in future. Even at reception i was being informed Visitors are not allowed which was very shocking I had booked 2 Deluxe twins after checking details. I did book as I am a Platinum member and food package was available to book. After entering the room I didn't see a bathtub in the bath room which was very strange which was clearly mentioned in facilities. Later I did check for a room upgrade for atleast 1 room as I mentioned I am a Platinum member but the staff clearly denied it which was again upsetting for me. Iron bed was missing in both rooms. Please give atleast room slippers For Lunch i did order Dal Khichdi, Biryani and Poori Bhaji all was super yummy and instructions were very well followed by the staff, even the quantity was also good as per the prices but the issue i had was when the food came i was being ask to pay first which was very really weird. I did check with the guy can't I pay at the time of check out while settling the bills. He is like NO. I was really unhappy with this kind of rule which i haven't heard My stay included the Lunch or Dinner plan so I decided to go for Dinner with my family. The restaurant was very good with an amazing and welcoming staff specially Biswajit was very kind and helpful till the end and dinner food was just yummmm. Thank you Chef Vikram was such good taste and dishes we ordered Keeping in mind the outstanding dinner, the morning breakfast wasn't that great in taste and wasn't a lavish spread. Idli weren't soft at all and Sabudana Khichdi was oily. The only items I liked were crispy Dosa and Thin parathas. Breakfast would have included Upma, Medu vada, Seviyan upma and Poha for sure The overall stay in Seven Eleven was good but the authorities really need to look into above pointers for sure to make it more better
