L'hôtel est proche de la zone de la usine, mais il y a des restaurants et des magasins de confort aux pieds. L'aircond dans la chambre n'est pas cohérent et la nettoyage des toilettes peut être améliorée, surtout dans la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est bon.

Very good stay the buffet breakfast / lunch and dinner was also average , what was shocking was the fine dining Asian restaurant that so over priced and the food was so bad,that I had to call the chef to explain why a 900 IRS Dish was so salty , he explained that they use curry paste in there Chinese and Thai cuisine, mate I honestly suggest to avoid this joint

Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff aim to please. Was here with my mother for 4 days. We are both vegan and staff went out of their way to facilitate us. Menu can be accommodated. We had vegan pancakes, vegan pizza, vegan tortillas . You just need to give them a little advance warning. Special shout out to Karthikraja whose service stood out. We also used spa facilities - had a 90 minute massage which was amazing. We loved Mumbai and hope to be back or stay at another Taj hotel soon.

Good service at the hotel. As usual The waiters at the restaurant should make sure that the tables are not dancing on the floor while people are eating. Though I pointed it out last time too..still the same problem is there and they should simply while cleaning the tables make sure that they are not shaking by putting some paper underneath or whatever wood etc. The Italian food has sensibly improved from my last tragic experience with mushroom risotto. They ve changed the chef it seems

Le petit-déjeuner buffet est un must et je recommanderais d'y aller tôt et d'avoir une place dans la section en plein air.
Obtenir un Auto Rickshaw à l'extérieur de l'hôtel peut être frustrant car les chauffeurs facturent un forfait de 20 roupies par passager alors qu'il devrait être avec le compteur au taux de départ de 23 roupies avec Max 3 pour s'asseoir dans l'Auto Rickshaw. Sinon, obtenez une prime UBER qui pourrait vous coûter 200 roupies pour un trajet d'environ 20 minutes.
J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel. Je reviendrai.

Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. The dining options at Taj Santa Cruz are truly outstanding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable.

IInvitéThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

De plus, la vitesse d'Internet est extrêmement lente, celle gratuite n'est que de 512 Ko et la connexion échoue souvent de manière inexplicable. Après avoir entré le numéro de chambre et le nom de famille, il indique que la connexion a échoué et que le redémarrage de l'ordinateur ne fonctionne pas.

The room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, offering a good balance of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view from the room was quite nice, adding a relaxing touch to the stay.
The service was commendable, with the staff being attentive and responsive to any requests or needs. They were friendly and made sure to check in regularly to ensure everything was satisfactory.
The hotel’s facilities were also impressive, particularly the dining options. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, catering to different tastes.
However, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was a bit inconsistent, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the air conditioning could have been a bit more efficient, as it took some time to cool the room adequately.

IInvitéL'hôtel est un hôtel historique magnifique et iconique au sud de Mumbai, à l'encontre de la Porte de l'Inde. Le service était gentil, mais les demandes de la chambre étaient un peu lente à répondre et nous n'avons pas rencontré le « butler » qui était censé être disponible pour nous tout au long de notre séjour. Il y avait des travaux de construction sur le toit directement au-dessus de notre chambre pendant notre séjour qui était déshonorant lourd, il a pris 3 appels au bureau frontal pour obtenir une résolution qui était décevante. À ce niveau d'hôtel, j'aurais attendu au moins un avertissement avant le début du travail et un plan sur la manière d'atténuer ses effets sur nous sans nous plaindre. Le plafond de la maison de retraite est un plafond de la maison de retraite, mais il est un plafond de la maison de retraite.
