Upon arrival, check-in at reception was smooth. We were provided with our room key and directed to our accommodation, which required us to drive to the other side of the estate. However, when we reached the room, the key did not work. We walked back to reception, where we were informed that a network issue had prevented the key from being properly programmed. The receptionist, who was very helpful, offered to accompany us to the room and opened it using a master key. She assured us that a functioning key would be delivered as soon as the network was restored. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned. The window sill was sticky with what appeared to be beverage spills, the floor was dirty, the bathroom mats were not fresh, and most concerning, there were rat droppings on the window sill, on the floor behind the curtains, and behind the door. I contacted reception to request housekeeping and asked to speak with a manager, as the condition of the room was unacceptable. A housekeeping staff member arrived, but I requested that cleaning not proceed until the housekeeping manager assessed the situation. The manager quickly confirmed that the room had indeed not been cleaned and that there were clear signs of rodent activity. She apologised sincerely, asked us to wait while the room was cleaned, and said she would escalate the matter to the rooms division. While waiting on the terrace outside, we noticed a mouse in the bushes, which explained the droppings found inside. After the room was cleaned, the manager returned, apologised again, and informed us that a complimentary bottle of wine had been arranged for us. We told her about the mouse we had seen and expressed that we did not feel comfortable staying in that room. She went back to speak with the rooms division, and we waited in the bar. An hour later, she returned with keys to a new room and directed us there. The replacement room was clean, though the entire experience made for a rocky start to our stay. The following day, after breakfast, we returned to our room to find that the terrace doors had been removed and two maintenance staff were working. This came as an unexpected surprise, as no one had informed us that repairs would be taking place. We decided to return to the bar to allow the work to be completed. As we were celebrating a birthday that day, the housekeeping manager kindly arranged for our room to be decorated with a birthday message. From that point onward, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the exceptional customer service at the restaurants, bars, and spa. In particular, we would like to recognise Moses, Regal, and Tebogo at Kingsley Restaurant; Sibongile at Granatas; and Mandy at the spa for their outstanding hospitality. They truly made our stay memorable. Overall, despite the challenges we experienced upon arrival, we had a lovely stay. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making my mother’s birthday special.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is perfect for a short layover in Johannesburg or a night before an early morning flight. Shuttle bus to and from the airport are frequent and convenient (running at 30-minute intervals and generally on time). There are other airport hotels which may be closer to the airport and all shuttle buses run from the same bus terminal. This bus takes around 7-8 minutes to reach the hotel from the bus terminal. Room amenities are abundant, and the water kettle is kept reasonably clean. Hotel gym is well-maintained and a good place to work out before long flights. Staff are professional and friendly.

Excellent emplacement et service de navette pratique J'ai récemment séjourné au Southern Sun O.R. Tambo International Airport Hotel et j'ai trouvé cet hôtel très pratique. L'emplacement est idéal, car il est si proche de l'aéroport, ce qui m'a permis de prendre mon vol sans stress. Ils proposent un service de navette gratuit toutes les 15 minutes depuis le terminal de bus de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel, ce qui était incroyablement pratique. La chambre elle-même était acceptable, le lit était particulièrement confortable, ce qui m'a permis de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une bonne option pour les voyageurs à la recherche de confort et de facilité à proximité de l'aéroport.

J'ai séjourné au Premier Hotel pour une nuit alors que j'étais en transfert de Johannesburg à Durban. L'aéroport se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international OR Tambo. Les chambres sont belles, propres et spacieuses. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable. J'ai apprécié utiliser leur service de navette aéroport gratuit. L'hôtel dispose de la climatisation et du WiFi, ainsi que d'un restaurant proposant une excellente cuisine.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful, spacious and perfect for a relaxing stay I had such a lovely stay at Weston Guest House Krugersdorp. The property is in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp, and the whole place has such a peaceful, private atmosphere. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially loved the bedroom and the big comfortable bed, but the highlight for me was definitely the spa bath/Jacuzzi. 😍 It made the stay feel like a proper little getaway rather than just somewhere to sleep. I also loved how much space I had. There was a separate living area with a large TV and comfortable seating, a dining/work area, and a proper kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster and plenty of cupboard space. If you’re staying for a few days and don’t want to eat out all the time, having a full kitchen makes such a difference. The room gets beautiful natural light, and I loved sitting by the large windows in the morning. The property itself is in a quiet area and is known for its views, which adds to that peaceful, away-from-everything feeling. Everything felt comfortable and homely while still giving that romantic getaway feeling. There’s also free Wi-Fi and private parking, and the guest house has a pool and other facilities on the property. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Weston Guest House and would definitely stay here again. I’d especially recommend it for couples, a relaxing weekend away, or even a solo stay when you just want somewhere peaceful, spacious and comfortable. ⭐️ 5/5 — and that Jacuzzi was definitely my favourite part! 🛁😍

Mon partenaire et moi avons passé un séjour formidable au Catalyst. Le personnel était agréable, en particulier notre Busisiwe préféré. Le petit-déjeuner et les autres repas étaient délicieux. L'emplacement était très central et il y avait des navettes pour le centre commercial de Sandton et retour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Johannesburg.

I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .

Grande localisation, personnel amiable et bon petit-déjeuner buffet 👍 triste d'avoir manqué sur le complimentaire massage de pied car il n'était pas bien annoncé, sauf qu'il était un grand séjour

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport et une navette gratuite est disponible, mais il faut passer derrière l'InterContinental pour la prendre. C'est le pire hôtel Holiday Inn où j'ai séjourné. Les principaux problèmes sont les chambres très anciennes et malodorantes, les douches qui s'évacuent mal et la salle de bain qui est inondée après chaque douche. Il n'y avait même pas d'eau en bouteille dans la chambre. Il est absolument déconseillé de sortir de l'hôtel après 17h. J'ai été volé à une cinquantaine de mètres de l'hôtel vers 18h, mais heureusement, un chauffeur de navette revenant de l'aéroport m'a secouru. J'ai besoin de l'adresse e-mail de l'hôtel pour écrire un mot de remerciement au chauffeur et lui envoyer de l'argent en signe de gratitude. J'ai oublié de le faire le lendemain, car j'ai quitté l'hôtel en panique. J'espère donc que Ctrip pourra me la fournir.

Une expérience phénoménale au Hyatt House de Sandton ! Situé en banlieue de Johannesburg, cet hôtel offre un environnement sûr et paisible. Les chambres étaient très confortables et aménagées comme des appartements avec cuisinière, micro-ondes et mini-réfrigérateur. De plus, le personnel est absolument INCROYABLE. Je ne les remercierai jamais assez. Ils sont d'une gentillesse incroyable et veilleront à ce que vous passiez un excellent séjour à Johannesburg. De la réception au personnel du petit-déjeuner, tout le monde était formidable et j'ai hâte de retourner à Johannesburg un jour.
