This hotel is an absolute hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. It feels like a Ritz-Carlton but with even warmer, more personal service. The corridors are lined with plush carpets, the materials and finishes are all rich and top-notch, and my child immediately described it as “posh” — I’d add that it’s also very zen, peaceful and quiet. The room is generously sized, quiet and very zen. The hotel is new, modern and “smart”: when you get out of bed in the morning, a soft foot light comes on automatically so you don’t have to scramble for switches. The kids loved pressing buttons to close the curtains, and I liked being able to choose between work lighting and cosy ambience at a single touch. Service here is outstanding. Everyone is fully dedicated, responsible, warm and kind — and very prompt. Nothing is ever too much trouble; everything is handled politely, respectfully and thoughtfully, so you really feel safe and well looked after. The team also has a lovely sense of humour, which adds to the comfort and makes the stay feel relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. On top of that, they even helped me plan safe and cost-effective travel options — such amazing, value-added service. Special thanks to Xiaoyu and Xiaoliu, who were excellent throughout. Xiaoyu especially made the extra effort to be promptly on hand via WeChat, helping with any queries even after hours — it honestly felt like having a friend there with us. The rest of the team were equally attentive and caring, and I noticed everyone would greet the guests, including the cleaners. It is a very well-run hotel: not just following instructions but offering real service from the heart. When we checked out, they even surprised us with bags of lovely snacks, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was wonderful. The spread has everything one could ever need: noodles and omelettes cooked on the spot with a rich meat stew, a choice of porridges (I especially liked the millet), plus Western and kid-friendly options, and many different drinks to choose from. Insider tip: don’t miss the croissant — it has egg custard inside as a filling! The toiletries, like the shampoo and soap, are specially made and feel high quality — another small touch that shows how much care has gone into the details. The location is incredibly convenient. Huge malls and a hypermart are literally at the doorstep, and the MRT/subway is linked directly to the hotel. The nearby malls and eateries are massive and have everything you could possibly want. There’s an outlet mall about 15 minutes away, so shopping is definitely covered. Practical bonuses: major banks are right downstairs, and if you need to change RMB, the exchange rate is very good and the fees are reasonable. There’s even a salon if you feel like getting a new haircut during your stay. Through the connected mall, you can find food of every kind, including Michelin-starred options — including a restaurant that serves crab cooked in liquor and delicious braised radish. Although the hotel is luxurious, modern and packed with smart features, what I treasure most is the dedication, warmth and sincerity of the staff. I’ve stayed at many other hotel chains, but this experience is way beyond anything I’ve had before. This stay has now set a very high bar for other hotels to match. Highly, highly recommended.

Great value for money in terms of what one gets vs what we've paid for -- trendy design hotel, nice, spacious room, there's even a fridge (usually for this price it's not provided), nice lobby, adequate size breakfast area with nice ambience, good service all round. Good design and layout in room with comfortable beds, adequate powerpoints and charging points. I like that the basin area has a huge top so I could put all my toiletries (I've got a lot) Thoughtful little stuff that I like : torchlight-like light by the beside and mugs with rubber base to insulate the heat. The toiletries in the bathroom smell really good too! Breakfast has good variety -- different types of porridge, some steam dumplings, sweet potatoes and corn, etc, rice, different dishes, there's a noodle station where you could customise your noodles to a certain extent, eggs, there's also bread and some sandwiches (ready-made and can DIY too), fruits, milk, juices, coffee, soya bean milk. I feel that the options available is not bad for a hotel of such a level. Actually my booking didn't include breakfast but was advised by the staff (when I check-in) to join the hotel's membership for RMB$99 so that I can get free breakfast. Hotel lobby also serves water and orange juice - another nice touch. Hotel staff's service was very good all round. Offered to help send my luggage up when they saw I had lots of luggage and was alone (some hotels at this level wouldn't volunteer to do so). Was able to answer most of my questions re nearby malls, where to get stuff like fruits, milk, nearby attraction. House-keeping staff was good too. A big thank you to the 2 reception staff that was on night shift on 6 Apr who had helped me out re a delivery mistake made by ******* platform. They even had to look at the CCTV of the hotel to find out what really happened and it took a long while. They were very nice and patient throughout the whole drama. They also helped me speak to the customer service of ******* to try to resolve the problem. When the problem still could not be resolved that night and I was without what I required urgently like the charging cable for my phone, they staff lent me the hotel's. They also gave me a small fruit pack and a pack of milk and bread (complimentary) as I needed it the following morning to bring outdoors for the day. In addition, they had briefed their colleagues on the next shift re my case so that they're aware and could help me should I require more help. Excellent service! Re location, it's a little far off though but it's really near to Beijing Garden Expo Park (北京园博园) and the accompanying Garden Museum (园博园博物馆) . It's a really nice park that's really huge -- that is made up of little models of different style of parks (from Jiangnan to Lingnan to Beijing) It has pavilions, water features and other Chinese architecture and landscaping that usually adorn such traditional parks. Great for photoshoot. Best of all, there're very few people there! There's a small little mall about 700-800m away from the hotel, that has mainly food there with many different types of value for money eateries, coffee, a supermarket and some other shops for daily necessities that local residents need. For a real mall, head to one call 长安天街, that's about 5km away - you can get there quite easily within 10-15mins by Didi (the online platform where you could get a cab I really enjoyed staying here cost it's almost like a resort - a little remote but so quiet and spacious and there's no crowd at all -- very relaxing! I would really want to come back here especially when i want to be in a place where I can feel really relaxed without breaking the bank.

Nouvel hôtel, idéalement situé juste à côté des Universal Studios, et proposant même une navette quotidienne pour le parc, ce qui est parfait pour les familles qui veulent profiter des attractions ! Le troisième étage de l'hôtel offre un accès direct à l'Outlet Wangfujing de Wanli, très populaire en ce moment, rendant les repas, le shopping et le transport très pratiques. Le design de l'hôtel est élégant, les équipements sont haut de gamme et le service est excellent. J'ai beaucoup apprécié qu'ils m'aident à récupérer mes livraisons de repas, qu'ils fournissent un seau à glace, des recharges illimitées d'eau potable et une machine à café à capsules. La cour de la réception au 8ème étage offre une vue imprenable sur le château de Harry Potter des Universal Studios, et il y a même une piscine étoilée au 9ème étage. Le seul petit regret est le prix élevé du petit-déjeuner buffet, 198 yuans par personne, ce qui m'a dissuadé. Une petite réduction rendrait l'offre encore meilleure 🔥

Mon séjour au CitiGO Hotel Beijing Sanyuanqiao a vraiment dépassé toutes mes attentes ! Je dois commencer par saluer son emplacement idéal : il est juste à côté de la ligne 10 du métro et du train express pour l'aéroport. La station de métro Sanyuanqiao (sortie D) n'est qu'à deux ou trois minutes à pied, ce qui rend l'accès à l'aéroport international de Pékin-Capitale ou aux principaux quartiers d'affaires comme Guomao et Sanlitun extrêmement pratique. Le design avant-gardiste de l'hôtel est un vrai coup de cœur. Le mur de vélos rouges et la sculpture de lapin bleu dans le hall dégagent une atmosphère artistique, parfaite pour prendre des photos. Bien que les chambres soient compactes, elles sont bien agencées. La vue panoramique est magnifique, et le matelas en latex thaïlandais ainsi que les équipements de douche Grohe ont effacé toute ma fatigue. Le contrôle intelligent de la température via smartphone ajoute une touche de technologie. Ce qui m'a le plus touché, ce sont les détails du service. La réception est chaleureuse et efficace, et les robots de livraison ont grandement simplifié les choses. Après 22h, il y a même un service de collation nocturne gratuit, avec des petits pains vapeurs fumants qui sont un véritable salut pour ceux qui travaillent tard ! L'hôtel est globalement très propre, et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. La prochaine fois que je viendrai à Pékin, je choisirai cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Nous avions réservé la suite familiale et la chambre était immense, spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Les toilettes étaient semi-automatiques et le sèche-cheveux était un Dyson. Le personnel de service était incroyablement chaleureux ; une dame a gentiment aidé mes parents lorsqu'ils sont allés utiliser la laverie au sous-sol. La climatisation était très puissante, il faisait même trop chaud. Le seul petit inconvénient est que nous aurions aimé ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer, mais elle était clouée, probablement pour des raisons de sécurité étant donné l'étage élevé. Dans l'ensemble, c'était excellent !

Mon séjour a été absolument fantastique ! La réceptionniste était très chaleureuse et attentionnée, et un jeune homme m'a même aidé avec mes bagages, ce qui m'a tout de suite mis de bonne humeur. L'hôtel est très moderne et neuf, avec des détails qui témoignent de sa qualité. Il est très proche de l'aéroport, et le plus appréciable est la navette gratuite 24h/24, toutes les 20 minutes. Le chauffeur était ponctuel et très sympathique, ce qui a rendu mes déplacements très faciles. Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience a été parfaite, et je choisirai cet hôtel à nouveau la prochaine fois !

Les chambres sont spacieuses et parfaitement adaptées aux familles. Les installations sont sûres et bien pensées, et les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés. Le service est personnalisé, les environs offrent toutes les commodités et l'emplacement est idéal pour les déplacements, ce qui en fait un choix idéal pour des vacances en famille.

L'établissement est très bien géré et le cadre est agréable ! Mon expérience de séjour a été formidable ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel de la réception m'a accueilli chaleureusement, et l'enregistrement s'est déroulé rapidement et de manière attentionnée. La chambre était impeccable et douillette, la literie douce et confortable, et j'ai dormi comme un bébé. Le petit-déjeuner proposait un large choix, avec des plats chinois et occidentaux, et des ingrédients frais. Les transports et les restaurants à proximité sont très pratiques. Pour mon prochain séjour, cet hôtel sera sans aucun doute mon premier choix !

L'hôtel est tellement vieux ! Les installations et les équipements sont déplorables. Je demande instamment une rénovation et une modernisation complètes ! J'étais contente d'avoir une chambre en étage élevé. Il y a eu quelques problèmes avec la première chambre, mais ils ont été rapidement résolus. La climatisation était très sèche et les couvertures peu épaisses, mais il faisait très chaud et j'étais très irritée, au point d'avoir presque un saignement de nez. J'espère vraiment une rénovation, tant intérieure qu'extérieure, et j'ai hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau. Au fait, demander un avis positif semble faire partie de leurs indicateurs de performance. J'ai contacté la réception deux fois et, à chaque fois, on m'a demandé d'écrire un bon commentaire. J'ai trouvé cela un peu artificiel. J'espère que la prochaine fois, ce sera un avis positif sincère et spontané.
