I had a nice stay here overall. The location is excellent, being very close to the train station. A huge highlight was the wonderful service—the lady at the desk was incredibly nice and proactively shared helpful traffic updates regarding the event happening nearby. However, the facilities are quite dated. For instance, both the towel hanging bar and the toilet roll holder were loose and shaking. With a few maintenance updates, this would be a top-tier place to stay!

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms and very accessible. Very modern as well. I do wonder though how secure the mobile keys are. Everone with your first name and room number can enter your room’s door via the online site.

The room and the hotel itself were lovely - clean, modern, and good food. Only minor gripe was our shower gel was empty from when we arrived which feels like a shame that was overlooked. But otherwise the service was great and the staff were friendly. The main reason I've only given this 3* was the noise - the hotel is right next to a nightclub, and our room was on the nearest side. There was pumping music even at 1am, which we could hear with all the windows closed and wearing earplugs, so our sleep wasn't super restful. If there were no noise, or it stopped at a more reasonable hour, I would go back in a heartbeat, but this put us off returning unfortunately!

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, alone The room was quite small and very dark, even with the lights on There was a small fridge that was not working, speaking with one colleague that was in the same hotel it turned out that this was apparently a common problem Receptionist and staff were very polite Buffet breakfast was really good Could be slightly better for the price I paid

Le centre de Hanovre est très bon hôtel. Première fois pour visiter Hanovre avec un temps limité, l'emplacement de l'hôtel a fait très pratique de se promener rapidement autour de la ville pour une première impression (très positive première impression - belle ville). L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et très confortable. Je pense que cela pourrait s'appliquer à plus de voyageurs d'affaires.

Quatre personnes de haut niveau, trois lits, dont un petit tableau de lit était sous le grand lit, je suis surpris. Mais l'hôtel est en général OK, près de la gare, le transport est pratique, les aliments sont bons à acheter, il y a beaucoup de places pour manger et manger à la gare, et la faim de la famille voisine est vraiment jolie

NH Hannover liegt in der Schõne lage ,Bus und U-Bahn in der Nåhe ,Mann kann nur in 2 Mins erreichen . Es gibt verscheides Resturant in der Nähe Und natürlich schõne Chris .- Kirvche. Personal sind nett . Zimmer ist sauber

Good location because of having only some meters until the main station Hannover and city center. Hotel transformed some former apartments to hotel rooms. Cleaning in bathroom below average. Equipment and furniture as well. Good enough for a one night stay, even though. Breakfast and other facilities were not used.

Ruhige Lage , bequeme Betten ,nur das Badezimmer entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen.Die Badezimmertür war von unten so aufgequollen, das man sie nicht vernünftig schließen konnte.In der Deckenlampe im Badezimmer lagen viele tote Insekten und auf dem Boden , tummelten sich die Silberfische.

Conveniently located close to the airport. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, although I could tell the hotel itself was a been dated from the bathroom. The toilet felt like it was going to break each time I used it and some of the fixtures needed replacing. Overall, a good hotel to spend the night if you have an early flight. The free shuttle was very convenient to get to the terminal.
