J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Hilton Manchester Deansgate, situé dans l'emblématique tour Beetham, et mon expérience a été mémorable à bien des égards. Dès que l'on franchit les portes tournantes de ce gratte-ciel de verre impressionnant, on est saisi par une impression de grandeur moderne qui donne le ton à tout le séjour. Emplacement et premières impressions L'emplacement est absolument exceptionnel : en plein cœur de Deansgate, à quelques pas des meilleurs atouts de Manchester, notamment le centre commercial Arndale, le quartier d'affaires de Spinningfields et la vie nocturne animée du Northern Quarter. Les transports en commun sont excellents, la station Deansgate étant à deux pas. Dès mon arrivée, la réception m'a fait forte impression. Hauts plafonds, lignes épurées et décoration raffinée lui confèrent une ambiance contemporaine et élégante. L'enregistrement s'est fait rapidement et efficacement, avec un grand professionnalisme. Le personnel était aimable et attentionné, et m'a immédiatement mis à l'aise, malgré l'affluence dans le hall. Chambres et confort Ma chambre, située à un étage élevé, offrait une vue imprenable sur la skyline de Manchester grâce à ses baies vitrées – un atout indéniable de cet hôtel. Le lit était exceptionnellement confortable, avec des draps impeccables et des oreillers moelleux qui rendaient le réveil difficile. La chambre était équipée de tout le confort attendu d'un hôtel Hilton quatre étoiles : une grande télévision, un fer et une planche à repasser, un mini-réfrigérateur, un coffre-fort et un espace de travail convenable avec un bon éclairage, idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires. La salle de bain était propre, moderne et bien pourvue en produits de toilette de qualité, même si la pression de l'eau de la douche aurait pu être légèrement plus forte. Dans l'ensemble, la propreté était irréprochable tout au long de mon séjour. Installations et services Les installations sont le point fort du Hilton Manchester Deansgate. Le centre de remise en forme et le spa sont un véritable atout, avec une piscine de bonne taille et une salle de sport bien équipée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le sauna et le hammam après une longue journée de découverte de la ville. During my recent stay at this hotel, I found the overall experience to be enjoyable with top-quality fittings and furnishings. However, there were areas that required improvement. The hotel itself is pleasant, but enhancing the service and room cleaning would significantly improve the guest experience. A standard room was paid for but a disability-accessible room was provided. We requested to change it to a standard which was done immediately without any questions. No water bottles were provided in the room initially; they were only given on request and only two small bottles were provided. Additionally, the room cleaning service was unsatisfactory. Despite requesting it twice over 4 nights, the cleaner only changed the sheets once and neglected to take out the bins vacuum, replace towels or clean the bathroom. This was particularly disappointing given the length of my nearly week-long stay. The breakfast was beautifully presented with various options but unfortunately remained the same every day lacking any variation. Some areas were particularly poor. For instance, the scrambled eggs had a distinct smell and were overly watery. Adding tomatoes or simply varying the options every few days would have improved the experience. One concern we had was the cleaning team. Twice the cleaner used his universal card to enter our room without ensuring no one was present. My partner was in the shower and our young baby was asleep. We heard a knock but were unable to reach the door in time. Upon reaching it we realised he was already entering. This occurred twice and on the following day we decided to chain the door for privacy reasons. In other hotels we have stayed in, privacy is of the utmost concern for staff and they would never even risk opening someone’s locked door without making sure. A better system needs to be in place here.

Ils vous offrent un bon de rabais dans les parcs publics de voiture. Les chambres sont propres mais la décoration est un travail de patch-up tout au long. Le bruit du tram est horrible et la nuit comme les fenêtres ne sont pas sonores. Dans notre chambre, le chauffage était hors d'ordre et des radiateurs remplis d'huile étaient placés au lieu. Les chaînes de télévision ont soit l'option de téléviser, soit de se connecter à votre téléphone: le mauvais air a empêché la plupart des chaînes et la télévision ne se connectant qu'aux androïdes du personnel et non à nos iPhones. Il n'y a pas d'options pour les applications telles que youtube ou netflix et les enfants doivent se divertir sur leur tablette. La piscine est la taille d'un privé dans un foyer résidentiel. Le personnel est courtois et le petit déjeuner est loin et loin satisfaisant. La salle majestueuse de leurs photos n'était pas à voir.

Good thing is the car parking at weekend is free. The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel. There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.

I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard. Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none. The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

It was a lovely stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and loved the big pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Only thing was we didn’t realised you had to book early to get a slot to go to the spa, and it can get crowded in the evening. If you’re as keen as my friend, you could go at 7am and have the place all to yourself. Although we didn’t use it, we walked past the gym right next to the spa and it looked well equipped, smelled really nice and clean too! We ate to our heart’s content at the buffet breakfast. They have the crispiest hashbrowns!

Good quality hotel to stay overnight before a flight. Rooms were big with a huge king size bed. Mattress was a bit hard for my liking but had a good night’s sleep. Didn’t have breakfast but ate in bar the evening we arrived. Service was ok - they were busy - and food of nice.

Un grand endroit pour rester au-dessus! Beauté propre et bien pris en charge de.. gentleman à la nuit était ami lors de l'enregistrement et utile avec accès aux spas.

Second time staying but this time at Citysuites 2. Absolutely in love with the heated pool and steam room. Also tried out the fully-equipped and well-spaced gym. Reception always friendly and helpful. Room fresh and clean. Lovely selection at brekkie. Highly recommend the Eggs Royale. Will defo stay there again next time we’re back.

La chambre était très confortable, le personnel était très aimable, mais la nourriture n'était pas bonne. Le poisson était sur cuit et les chips étaient pleins de graisse et je ne pouvais pas les manger. Le petit déjeuner était une bonne option mais vous devez payer pour un café décent.
