Hôtels avec piscine à Grand Manchester, Royaume-Uni

Had to move rooms 3 times, but staff were very accommodating. First room allocated, the shower was spitting out water rather than consistent. 2nd room, we were allocated right next to the leisure centre, to which what we believed to have been their air con machine, kept making loads of noise and  woke us up at 6:40am. 3rd room, the shower basin dropped slightly which seemed to affect the water from draining properly, but we couldn’t be bothered to ask to move rooms a fourth time.  Room was clean and the staff are very polite and accommodating.

Le petit déjeuner était étonnant, très heureux avec le plus propre de l'hôtel, la piscine et le jacuzzi était agréable, le lit était confortable, nous avons eu notre dîner au restaurant était étonnant aussi.

Very helpful staff great food selection in restaurants arrived midnight fab customer service as a disabled customer having a late flight we stayed the week before on our outward journey they helped me contact assisted boarding would definitely stay again n recommend friends n family nothing was a bother my companion is plant based n they provided oat milk n tea bags on request rooms bright n airy beds so comfortable after long flight great shampoo conditioner n body lotions of good quality can't thank staff enough for there help

Deuxième séjour, mais cette fois à Citysuites 2. Absolutement amoureux de la piscine chauffée et de la salle de vapeur. Elle a également essayé la salle de sport entièrement équipée et bien espaceée. Réception toujours amicale et utile. Chambre frais et propre. Lieutenant choix à brekkie. Recommandez à la Commission de l'Eggs Royale de rester là la prochaine fois que nous revenons.

Un grand endroit pour rester au-dessus! Beauté propre et bien pris en charge de.. gentleman à la nuit était ami lors de l'enregistrement et utile avec accès aux spas.

No sleep, kids running about, slamming doors, shouting and generally causing havoc. Throwing rubbish out of the window Raised with staff who were unhelpful customer service levels poor.

Staff were really helpful, and the reception, bar area looks so pretty with the lights everywhere. The bedroom doors were very tired looking and didn't live up to the rest of the hotel. Our AC didn't work, and you couldn't open the window, we did call down to reception and the lady said she could control it but it didn't change and was very hot.

Hotel is exactly what it says on the tin. Small room but cozy enough. Bathroom quite comfortable. Though it’s more of a wet room. So bring shower slippers. Bar downstairs decent. Close to a fun retail park. Staff were friendly. I was able to access check in early. That was a relief!

L'hôtel est situé près de l'aéroport de Manchester et offre un havre de paix, à l'abri du bruit des avions. Un excellent restaurant se trouve à proximité ; la cuisine y est délicieuse et l'établissement jouit d'une excellente réputation.

Good thing is the car parking at weekend is free. The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel. There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.
