IInvitéAlthough there was a small problem with the system when checking in, the receptionist handled it extremely professionally, which made me appreciate it very much. The room is extremely clean, comfortable and has an extremely impressive view. The gym, swimming pool, food...all make everything more perfect. I will definitely introduce more friends and come back next time.

IInvitéC'était une expérience étonnante de la sortie. J'ai vraiment aimé mon séjour et je recommanderais certainement à d'autres de réserver ici. Les installations sont bonnes. La chambre a été étonnante comme si je ne étais pas même à Manchester. Je viendrai certainement rester là encore. Le service client était incontestablement étonnant.

Ttraveller2002Le personnel était chaud, bienvenu et ne pouvait pas faire assez pour nous. Chaque membre de l'équipe nous a fait sentir vraiment regardés, et le service dans son ensemble était innocent.
La chambre était sans doute propre, bien entretenue et incroyablement confortable. Le service de la chambre était rapide, professionnel et la nourriture était délicieuse – un vrai traitement après un long jour d'exploration de la ville.
Le spa était tout à fait divin. Clean, calme, et merveilleusement conçu, c'était l'évacuation parfaite. Le massage était l'un des meilleurs que j'aie jamais eu – incroyablement calme et personnalisé pour la perfection. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose de bien, c'est là que vous devriez être.
Le centre de Manchester, tout est à pied, mais l'hôtel se sent toujours comme un retour pacifique de la boue et de la boue.
Le Midland est un jeu de jeux.

The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel.
There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.

IInvitéI stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard.
Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none.
The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

IInvitéIt was a lovely stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and loved the big pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Only thing was we didn’t realised you had to book early to get a slot to go to the spa, and it can get crowded in the evening. If you’re as keen as my friend, you could go at 7am and have the place all to yourself.
Although we didn’t use it, we walked past the gym right next to the spa and it looked well equipped, smelled really nice and clean too!
We ate to our heart’s content at the buffet breakfast. They have the crispiest hashbrowns!

IInvitéAll the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.

IInvitéHad to move rooms 3 times, but staff were very accommodating. First room allocated, the shower was spitting out water rather than consistent. 2nd room, we were allocated right next to the leisure centre, to which what we believed to have been their air con machine, kept making loads of noise and woke us up at 6:40am. 3rd room, the shower basin dropped slightly which seemed to affect the water from draining properly, but we couldn’t be bothered to ask to move rooms a fourth time.
Room was clean and the staff are very polite and accommodating.

TTravelTime11Nice place to stay, though i think the jacuzzi needs to be warmer. The same block across the road (city suites II) has a much better jacuzzi and even a sauna included. Id pay a bit more and book the building across. Though the apsrtment is nice clean spaciousness and has all facilities you might need for your stay, and more!
