Although there was a small problem with the system when checking in, the receptionist handled it extremely professionally, which made me appreciate it very much. The room is extremely clean, comfortable and has an extremely impressive view. The gym, swimming pool, food...all make everything more perfect. I will definitely introduce more friends and come back next time.

It was a lovely stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and loved the big pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Only thing was we didn’t realised you had to book early to get a slot to go to the spa, and it can get crowded in the evening. If you’re as keen as my friend, you could go at 7am and have the place all to yourself. Although we didn’t use it, we walked past the gym right next to the spa and it looked well equipped, smelled really nice and clean too! We ate to our heart’s content at the buffet breakfast. They have the crispiest hashbrowns!

C'était une expérience étonnante de la sortie. J'ai vraiment aimé mon séjour et je recommanderais certainement à d'autres de réserver ici. Les installations sont bonnes. La chambre a été étonnante comme si je ne étais pas même à Manchester. Je viendrai certainement rester là encore. Le service client était incontestablement étonnant.

Had to move rooms 3 times, but staff were very accommodating. First room allocated, the shower was spitting out water rather than consistent. 2nd room, we were allocated right next to the leisure centre, to which what we believed to have been their air con machine, kept making loads of noise and  woke us up at 6:40am. 3rd room, the shower basin dropped slightly which seemed to affect the water from draining properly, but we couldn’t be bothered to ask to move rooms a fourth time.  Room was clean and the staff are very polite and accommodating.

Le personnel était chaud, bienvenu et ne pouvait pas faire assez pour nous. Chaque membre de l'équipe nous a fait sentir vraiment regardés, et le service dans son ensemble était innocent. La chambre était sans doute propre, bien entretenue et incroyablement confortable. Le service de la chambre était rapide, professionnel et la nourriture était délicieuse – un vrai traitement après un long jour d'exploration de la ville. Le spa était tout à fait divin. Clean, calme, et merveilleusement conçu, c'était l'évacuation parfaite. Le massage était l'un des meilleurs que j'aie jamais eu – incroyablement calme et personnalisé pour la perfection. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose de bien, c'est là que vous devriez être. Le centre de Manchester, tout est à pied, mais l'hôtel se sent toujours comme un retour pacifique de la boue et de la boue. Le Midland est un jeu de jeux.

Good quality hotel to stay overnight before a flight. Rooms were big with a huge king size bed. Mattress was a bit hard for my liking but had a good night’s sleep. Didn’t have breakfast but ate in bar the evening we arrived. Service was ok - they were busy - and food of nice.

No sleep, kids running about, slamming doors, shouting and generally causing havoc. Throwing rubbish out of the window Raised with staff who were unhelpful customer service levels poor.

Donc très basique. Le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas dans la pièce et ils l'ont remplacé par un tout petit. La chambre était très démodée. La télévision était très petite et le lit était placé très près d'une fenêtre. Un bip fort dans le couloir l'a empêchée de dormir le matin. Ma Nan était handicapée et a dû monter à l'arrière de l'hôtel jusqu'à sa chambre car toutes les autres chambres semblaient être réservées. Pas d'ascenseur et tout était vieux et démodé. C'est correct pour un court séjour mais pour un séjour basique, cela ne semblait pas très confortable. Cela aurait été une meilleure expérience avec une meilleure chambre, je pense !

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was very family-friendly. The pool was absolutely amazing. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were very nice, friendly, and always helpful. They made us feel welcome and were happy to assist whenever we needed anything.

All the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.
