Hôtels avec piscine à Grand Manchester, Royaume-Uni

Although there was a small problem with the system when checking in, the receptionist handled it extremely professionally, which made me appreciate it very much. The room is extremely clean, comfortable and has an extremely impressive view. The gym, swimming pool, food...all make everything more perfect. I will definitely introduce more friends and come back next time.

L'hôtel est bien situé pour le centre-ville, il n'y avait pas de bouteilles d'eau dans notre chambre, mais nous avons vu d'autres chambres avoir de l'eau quand je l'ai demandé, j'ai été dit que l'eau de tap était assez bonne pour boire, mais il n'y avait pas de signe dans la chambre qui l'a dit. J'ai dû demander des bains et des pantalons. La salle de bains a montré des signes de fatigue avec une moule dans les zones Globalement le personnel était très aimable et utile

Ils vous offrent un bon de rabais dans les parcs publics de voiture. Les chambres sont propres mais la décoration est un travail de patch-up tout au long. Le bruit du tram est horrible et la nuit comme les fenêtres ne sont pas sonores. Dans notre chambre, le chauffage était hors d'ordre et des radiateurs remplis d'huile étaient placés au lieu. Les chaînes de télévision ont soit l'option de téléviser, soit de se connecter à votre téléphone: le mauvais air a empêché la plupart des chaînes et la télévision ne se connectant qu'aux androïdes du personnel et non à nos iPhones. Il n'y a pas d'options pour les applications telles que youtube ou netflix et les enfants doivent se divertir sur leur tablette. La piscine est la taille d'un privé dans un foyer résidentiel. Le personnel est courtois et le petit déjeuner est loin et loin satisfaisant. La salle majestueuse de leurs photos n'était pas à voir.

Good thing is the car parking at weekend is free. The breakfast very usual level. Dont have expectation on it. There is on site starbuck. If u want to have better breakfast you may consider having at starbuck (but it open at 8am ) rather than at hotel. There are only 1 big bar + restaurant nearby. The food is usual bar level quality but the price is lower than average. Around 13 to 15 for a main course.

I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard. Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none. The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

It’s not 5 star… Probably a hard review to write, if it had a title it would be “imbalanced” Food and drink were excellent and service staff in both areas were on point  Front of desk were a mixed bag but again majority were on point, had 2 rooms(1 an upgrade) both had tired woodwork and fittings that fell apart and a mini bar (empty) with the fascia falling off You pay 5 star prices and don’t get 5 star package, arrived early so was ok not getting my room but to sit and watch in excess of 50 people get checked in after me and still not get my assigned room after 3pm is poor at best  Upgraded to a suite when we complained about the overall room and experience after being told our original room is an held as an upgrade for others but I had already paid for this level of room may months ago… Breakfast, food and in restaurant was superb but was challenged at the front as they had no record of my having already prepaid for breakfast which I then had to show them proof from my booking details  We felt judge on arrival which made us feel uncomfortable and felt like as we hadn’t booked direct then we were held back in room allocation  We won’t be back as stayed in much better hotels in the area at a much cheaper price, as said “imbalanced”

Stayed here before our morning flight and it was great. Couldn't get a better location, since it's inside the terminal complex. We stayed in a runway view room and it was cool to see the planes landing and taking off, and it wasn't much extra for the runway room compared to a normal. Staff were lovely at check in and the room was comfy and completely silent.

Excellent stay and much improved with the refurb. Staff were excellent too, definitely up to the standard we've come.to expect from Marriot Hotels. Room was nice and comfortable, great pool , sauna, gym and the location is quiet. Great coffee too, worth a mention. Will definitely stay again

Un grand endroit pour rester au-dessus! Beauté propre et bien pris en charge de.. gentleman à la nuit était ami lors de l'enregistrement et utile avec accès aux spas.

Toutes les installations sont brillantes et sont très belles , très bien situées et très bien équipées , mais un service à la clientèle horrible . Le premier jour, vous avez un bon check-in , désolé d'oublier le nom, un beau sourire avec un chaleureux bienvenu et vous me rappelez quand je reviens la semaine prochaine. Le fait est que j'ai payé le parking chaque jour quand je rentre du travail mais pour une raison il n'a pas montré que j'ai payé sur un jour et le payé sur mon carte que j'ai payé le dépôt. Email le service client pour le réclamer , envoyez toutes les transactions de ma banque pour prouver mais ne peut pas remarquer l'erreur dans les deux premiers e-mails et juste dire que c'est ce qu'il est. Après quelques jours de retour avec quelques mots, l'argent retourne à mon compte dans quelques jours. Pas de excuses ou d'explications pour l'incident, faites-moi sentir que je suis le mauvais côté et que je veux juste tromper. Horrible service client.
