The hotel is very near to elante mall and They have given me the elante mall facing room also they help me for morning buffet breakfast as I am allergic to many things . The chef prepared special food for me which is very delicious… If I get another chance I will definitely stay there

I had such an memorable stay. The staff was so cooperative. From the checkin till my checkout they staff managed so well. The front office staff was polite. I requested for a late checkout and very politely they acknowledged my request for the same. Anyway i requested for higher floor but wasn't blocked for the same. But overall, the experience was so good. Thanks staff!wishing you growth for your upcoming future.

Enjoyed a lot ,but food can be better. Radisson red giving a tough conpetetion last time we stayed there… they were better sorry to say

Le service de JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh était exceptionnel. Il n'y avait absolument aucun problème qui n'avait pas été traité en temps utile et avec des résultats satisfaisants, en particulier en me regroupant dans une catégorie plus élevée et en répondant à mes besoins. La qualité du service et l'attitude globalement positive à l'égard de mon séjour me satisfont de revenir et de rester à l'Hôtel JW Marriott Chandigarh chaque fois que je suis à Chandigarh. Je propose généralement des suggestions pour des améliorations, mais il n'y a absolument rien qui pourrait être amélioré – vous avez fixé la barre très haut ». C'était un bon séjour.

(1) for single and occupancy both the hotel provides only 1 sealed drinking water bottle which is unfair with respect to human consumption. Anyways the hotel charges extra for double occupancy. (2) bathroom tap fittings are broken (3) wash basin drain pipe is short and fixed with a stop gap arrangement due to which wash basin drainage water floods the entire bathroom making it dirty (4) hotel staff started overhead water storage tank cleaning without our notice or prior intimation leading to non-availability of water in bathroom for nearly 5 hours

I recently stayed at Mount View with my family and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed — from fresh towels to a comfy bed. What stood out was the view from the balcony, the room service and housekeeping was really quick. Location-wise, it was super convenient — close to Sector 17. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Chandigarh and looking for a stay full of leisure and I’d definitely stay here again without a second thought.
