J'ai remarqué que de nombreux avis mentionnent que l'hôtel ne répond pas aux standards d'un cinq étoiles. Cependant, personne ne semble se plaindre du prix, qui ne correspond pas non plus à ce niveau de prestations. À mon avis, c'est un excellent hôtel pour le prix. L'établissement est spacieux, les chambres sont propres et nettoyées quotidiennement, et des équipements tels que des chaussons et des peignoirs sont fournis. Le personnel est accueillant et le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix. De 16h à 17h, un service de thé et de viennoiseries est offert, une attention très appréciable. La plage est magnifique, avec de nombreux transats équipés de coussins moelleux. C'est un endroit où je retournerais sans hésiter.

Paradise on the Kenyan coast - clean modern rooms with coastal vibe - unusual pool - abundant breakfast - many options to dine (including beach set up, fine dining, tepanyaki) - safe and clean beach access + beds on the premises facing the beach which protects from annoying beach boys and is safe - availability to arrange boat trips, snorkelling and other activities- very helpful and efficient - loved other activities offered (kayaking, surf etc) - finally just a perfect beach spot in diani worth the money you pay - you feel extra every moment, highly recommend

Nous étions en vacances en famille début mai. Ce n'était pas notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. La seule chose qui nous a vraiment irrités, ce sont les locaux qui nous harcèlent sans cesse et essaient de nous vendre des choses à prix cassés. Nous avons décidé de marcher jusqu'à l'île récemment émergée et avons réalisé que nous étions partis sans pantoufles. Il y avait beaucoup de hérissons. Les vendeurs de chaussures de randonnée locaux nous ont aidés à trouver leurs pantoufles, mais le prix pour trois personnes était de 9 000 kees, ce qui est comparable au prix d'un bateau à moteur pour découvrir une multitude de poissons, d'étoiles de mer et d'autres créatures marines.

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

C'est notre quatrième séjour au Papillon. Le personnel est exceptionnel. L'équipe d'animation est incroyablement dynamique et les cours d'aquagym sont uniques. Tout le monde est toujours à l'œuvre, des jardiniers aux femmes de ménage en passant par les maîtres-nageurs. Joseph et Raphael, au bar, étaient excellents comme toujours. Abdullah, le maître-nageur, est toujours disponible avec des serviettes et veille à la propreté de la piscine. Les chambres sont impeccables, avec du linge de lit frais et de l'eau en bouteille tous les jours. Elles sont désormais équipées d'un réfrigérateur et d'une bouilloire (mais pensez à apporter votre propre thé, etc.). La nourriture et les boissons sont excellentes, avec un large choix. La plage est magnifique, avec son sable blanc immaculé. Nous adorons cet hôtel et le recommandons vivement.

不知道為什麼完全沒人提到備品簡陋這件事，比如沒有一次性拖鞋，水也是保温壺裝着的沒有一次性的瓶裝飲用水，到了晚上如果超過12點洗澡水會變冷，要放水十幾分鍾才有熱水。不知道是不是整個蒙巴薩的酒店水過濾系統都一坨屎，水超級無敵鹹，跟海水直接飲用沒什麼區別，連服務員都説刷牙最好用純凈水。 因為一價全包，所以酒店基本都是歐美人多，我們住那兩天一箇中國人都沒看見，吃的也就那樣和別的酒店差不多，其實在蒙巴薩還是不建議這種包餐的，因為外面餐廳可以吃海鮮更好吃。唯一好處就是酒水免費，哪怕雞尾酒也是免費，所以很多歐美人喜歡在那喝酒。晚上也有表演節目。

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

L'hôtel Safari a été très bien réservé. Il y avait un peu de problème avec ma réservation, mais ils l'ont prise en charge de la meilleure façon possible. L'ensemble du personnel m'a traité comme un membre de la famille. Ils étaient super utiles pour tout ce que j'avais besoin. Merci spécial à Jackson qui m'a vraiment pris soin de faire en sorte que ça soit bien. Merci, les gars et j'espère vous revoir tous !

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

Location was not perfect and not much activities going on there but they’ve more than make up for it with their services, and the food was to die for, my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the food if nothing else.
