J'ai remarqué que de nombreux avis mentionnent que l'hôtel ne répond pas aux standards d'un cinq étoiles. Cependant, personne ne semble se plaindre du prix, qui ne correspond pas non plus à ce niveau de prestations. À mon avis, c'est un excellent hôtel pour le prix. L'établissement est spacieux, les chambres sont propres et nettoyées quotidiennement, et des équipements tels que des chaussons et des peignoirs sont fournis. Le personnel est accueillant et le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix. De 16h à 17h, un service de thé et de viennoiseries est offert, une attention très appréciable. La plage est magnifique, avec de nombreux transats équipés de coussins moelleux. C'est un endroit où je retournerais sans hésiter.

Beautiful setting, but poor value for money Nomad has a beautiful tropical environment, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself feels rather dated, while food, drinks, spa treatments and activities are all quite expensive. In my experience, especially the food quality did not really match the prices. The hotel app was also frustrating, as many activities and dining options were displayed but could not actually be booked through it. The beach is beautiful but public, with frequent approaches from beach boys, so it feels less private than I expected. My main disappointment was the front desk. Trip.com incorrectly showed a 12:00 PM check-out instead of the hotel’s 10:00 AM policy. Trip.com later admitted this was their system error, but I still found the way the front desk handled the situation rather unfriendly and dismissive. Overall, the environment is pleasant and most staff are nice, but at this price point I believe there are better options in Diani with newer facilities, better food and better overall value. For a similar price, I would choose another resort next time.

I recently stayed at Leopard Beach Resort and Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right on a beautiful beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. The resort has many outlets with a nice variety of food, and the staff throughout were very attentive and welcoming. However, the quality of the room could use improvement. There was some noticeable mold on the walls, and the bathroom is definitely in need of refreshing and renovation. I also encountered some issues with the restaurant department, which initially left a negative impression. Fortunately, after discussing the situation with the management team, some of the concerns were addressed. I appreciate their responsiveness and hope this feedback will support the resort’s ongoing development and improvements.

Je voudrais féliciter le Chale Island Resort et son équipe pour leur service impecable. Tout a été magnifique. J'ai tant aimé, tous les jours pendant les 6 derniers jours! Pick up l'offre de bagages dans un autre hôtel les jours avant mon séjour, pas de problème! Service parfait. Pick up et drop off à l'aéroport, parfait à temps! Service toujours avec un grand sourire, et toujours au service. La chambre était très propre tous les jours pendant mon séjour. Un grand choix de nourriture ou de restaurant. J'ai apprécié la grande variété au petit déjeuner. Très excellent endroit pour se reposer après un voyage safari intense ;-) Et comment les vues, le soleil, les soirées, vous l'appelez, respirant... Merci beaucoup à mon ami Evans pour une bonne matinée de plonger autour de l'île ... C'était le séjour parfait pour finir ma aventure au Kenya, un grand chale ASANTE ...

Swahili Beach Resort is a great all inclusive resort in Diani Beach in Kenya. It's perfect as a base for staying in the area, with everything you need included. The rooms are spacious, the staff are incredible (and I mean incredible - nothing is too much trouble for them, they are so polite and will really go to great lengths to help you). The only issue is that if the resort puts you in a room that is different to what you've booked (in our case, we booked a Standard room and we got given a Superior room), it can be difficult for them to find your reservation in their backend systems. So ensure you go in with printed proof of your reservation and payment, and eventually it will all get sorted. Otherwise, it's amazing, the Dawa drinks are top notch and the rooms are spacious and inviting.

Posto molto carino proprio di fronte a una bellissima spiaggia bianca. Il resort è popolato anche da simpatiche scimmiette. Le stanze sono pulite e non grandissime ma con i servizi essenziali e dotate di comodo balcone. Animazione di 1 ora la sera con spettacoli sempre diversi. Cortesia e gentilezza del personale

不知道為什麼完全沒人提到備品簡陋這件事，比如沒有一次性拖鞋，水也是保温壺裝着的沒有一次性的瓶裝飲用水，到了晚上如果超過12點洗澡水會變冷，要放水十幾分鍾才有熱水。不知道是不是整個蒙巴薩的酒店水過濾系統都一坨屎，水超級無敵鹹，跟海水直接飲用沒什麼區別，連服務員都説刷牙最好用純凈水。 因為一價全包，所以酒店基本都是歐美人多，我們住那兩天一箇中國人都沒看見，吃的也就那樣和別的酒店差不多，其實在蒙巴薩還是不建議這種包餐的，因為外面餐廳可以吃海鮮更好吃。唯一好處就是酒水免費，哪怕雞尾酒也是免費，所以很多歐美人喜歡在那喝酒。晚上也有表演節目。

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

L'hôtel Safari a été très bien réservé. Il y avait un peu de problème avec ma réservation, mais ils l'ont prise en charge de la meilleure façon possible. L'ensemble du personnel m'a traité comme un membre de la famille. Ils étaient super utiles pour tout ce que j'avais besoin. Merci spécial à Jackson qui m'a vraiment pris soin de faire en sorte que ça soit bien. Merci, les gars et j'espère vous revoir tous !

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not
