Staff were so helpful and friendly! What a plus. Rooms were exactly what we expected, no surprises. Thanks for a good night rest with good breakfast to start our day off. Will definitely come back and recommend this stay.

L'hôtel est très bien situé près de l'aéroport, c'est un plus point. Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits, ce qui nous a permis de visiter le centre-ville très facilement par bus et de louer la voiture à l'aéroport. Il est près du supermarché de woolworth ainsi que des plats, donc c'est un plus plus point.

A beautiful hotel with tropical / botanical gardens. Has everything you need, nice big park next to it. City center is not far; You can walk (20min) to it or 6-7 min by car. Enough parking places as well. Customer service can be improved overall.

Supposed to stay here for 2 nights but due to flight cancellation, only managed to stay for 1 night. Super wasted as I think this accomodation is really good. There are Induction for cooking, washing machine and dryer with laundry liquid available. The bed is super big too. Quite comfortable. The space is also very big! Location is near to many food places.

We booked a family room and it was split into two floors where the top level had the big bed and the lower level had the twin beds, which worked well for elderly travelers. The interior was stylish and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and a range hood. Wish they could've provided ice. The only big downside was the parking situation where despite having a big carpark, they charge NZ$20+ extra for overnight parking.

The overall service at the hotel is good. But the space at the toilet-bowl area is very tiny (you may easily hit your head). The worth situation is the air-conditioner that was very noisy it definitely affected your sleeping enjoyment. (even can't sleep due to the noise)

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel is fairly centrally located (about a 15 minute walk), but at the same time in a quiet area. The room was huge, for lack of a better term - it's basically a lounge, a twin room and a double room. Not sure if that's actually the room I booked or an upgrade. At any rate, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The outer design is also very nice. There's also afternoon tea for free from 15:30 till 16:30. The price is not particularly low, but all things considered it's value for money (only 25-30% more expensive than a private room in a hostel), especially if more than one person is staying. All in all, a great option, if your budget allows it.

IInvitéThe front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. The breakfast staff were also pleasant and efficient. The hotel was clean and beautifully appointed. My room was 1415 and this gave me an amazing outlook over the city ( new stadium, band rotunda and to the mountains covered in snow). Well done. Also most convenient to attend an evening performance at the Isaac Theatre. Thank you

NNomadikThis is my 3rd stay in a few months . Each time, consistent check in process . Cordial and efficient on late night flight arrival into CHC. The team overall is super friendly. This time I was allocated a newer business room on 4th floor. These are amazing ! Large, modern sis opus bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, balcony, full size desk. I wished I stayed longer to enjoy for longer. The property is busy yet very quiet. So easy to sleep and get truly good rest. My favourite hotel near the airport. I tried two others which are also good but so noisy outside the room, which does not work well for me when arriving late in the night.

Nous n'attends pas que nous nous ayons bien arrêtés, les bagages sont déplacés dans la chambre. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking spécial, il a besoin d'un poste de client et le coût de parking est de 30 nouveaux dollars par jour. La chambre est très large et très large, bien que les installations soient un peu vieilles, mais il est pratique d'utiliser. La position de l'hôtel est également très bonne et il est pratique de marcher 2 minutes de la gare de départ du tramway, qu'il s'agisse de la rue de la mer ou des attractions principales.
