Our stay was actually nice. The only frustrating part is we had to come a day early for our stay due to bad weather coming Saturday night where we live & we had to be sure we could get home by Sunday. I spoke with the Trip.com gentleman and with me on the line he called the Delta hotel because I wanted to switch Saturday night to Thursday night due to bad weather coming. We were there to meet our new born granddaughter. After he spoke with Crystal, a customer service representative at Delta, he said everything will be fine, but I will need to make Thursday’s reservation directly with Delta reservations so he transferred me. Before he transferred me, I asked him if Saturday will be canceled and we will not have to pay. He said Delta Customerservice will take care of that so as I spoke to Crystal about it, she said you need to talk to Trip.com to get that taken care of because Trip.com does not refund, I told her I did talk to Trip.com and they told me that Delta will take care of it. And she said she would look into it so she transferred me to the reservation line and I made the reservation for Thursday, March 12. As we checked in, I brought this situation up and the gentleman at the front desk said to ask about it Friday morning because I had to check out then check back in. So Friday morning I went to the desk to discuss the situation and to check in again because this booking was through Trip.com. The manager was there and she explained to me that they don’t give a refund, but I explained to her that I talked to Trip.com and Crystal, from Delta and she said she would take care of it. To me taking care of it was canceling, and we would not have to pay for that extra day so the manager stated she would look into it. Saturday morning, as I checked out, Crystal was at the front desk and I went through the hole discussion again, and she did have something written down that she looked at, and she said we need to cancel through Trip.com the third-party reservation and that Delta will not refund us for Saturday night. I do understand the rules, but also as customer service from both Trip.com and Delta I would think because we’ve stayed Thursday night that we should not have to pay for Saturday night being that it was the same amount of nights. In the end we paid for a night that we did not stay therefore I feel either Delta or Trip.com got paid twice for that night cause I’m sure that room was taken by another customer, my hope is that we can be refunded for the Saturday night we were charged for and did not stay on top of this. We ended up paying more which I was fine to do being that we had to book through Delta for Thursday night, which I will always book directly with a hotel, and no longer a third-party since they do not consider blizzard weather a reason to get home. Please consider a refund for Saturday night. Thank you, Mindy Kottke.

My husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

Great location downtown across from the Baird Center. The bed was comfy which I've come to expect from Marriott and they even had feather pillows - another plus. Nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was good with multiple choices. That's where the pluses end! We had a conference to attend at 3 so we wanted to check in at 2; one hour before 'check in' technically begins. We were told our room was ready and she took our cc information, etc. but then we were told we would be charged $15 for early check in - seriously?! Don't tell me my room is ready and then charge me to use it! They offered to store our luggage but was afraid what that charge would be so we left it in our car. She did not like that we self parked right across the street either- in the same parking facility the valet uses. When we returned from our conference at 7:00 pm, our reserved king suite was no longer available and we would have to settle for 2 queen beds. In addition, the information the front desk person had taken earlier was no where to be found. Now the gentleman had trouble completing the reservation and had to start over several times. He finally gave us a queen suite which was the weirdest configuration I've ever seen. And there was no alarm clock, no lotion, and the TV resolution was terrible. I was told Marriott was tired of people leaving alarms set for the next people occupying the room so they no longer put them in rooms. (Really! The first thing I do in a hotel is check the alarm clock to make sure it isn't set!) Lotion is available but you have to ask for it at the front desk - but they don't tell you that until you check out! We will not be staying at this Springhill Suites again when in Milwaukee.

J'ai un service de service qui est un ASE, que j'avais informé l'hôtel de quand j'ai fait la réservation. J'avais été là le week-end précédent et quand j'ai vérifié, il n'y avait pas de problèmes  avec tout le personnel avec mon existence d'une ESA qui y était. L'hôte et le serveur n'avaient pas de problèmes avec le chien qui était là et ils ont commenté qu'elle était plus comportementale que beaucoup de petits enfants qui venaient à manger, la TVA était étonnante. J'ai eu deux fois le chien près de moi aussi dans la piscine tethered pendant que je nageais et pendant que je suis dans le tube chaud et il n'y avait pas de problème avec le personnel alors. La prochaine fois que j'étais là, ils ne me laisseraient pas faire le chien avec moi dans la zone de la piscine. Elle ne peut pas être dans la chambre par elle-même, elle pleure et crie qui perturberait nos voisins. En raison de mon chien ESA-a Pomski de 14 livres, j'ai été expulsé de l'hôtel à 10 h 30 à la nuit, escorté par 3 policiers le samedi, sans aucun endroit pour rester. J'ai dû dormir sur le canapé de mes amis pendant quelques heures, et trouver un autre endroit pour rester le lendemain qui a exclu mon chien ESA sans aucun problème.

Nom de l'hôtel: Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI Situation: 25 minutes à pied du centre-ville, à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants et de la Costco. Petit-déjeuner : Un petit-déjeuner buffet de base est servi chaque matin, avec une sélection limitée d'articles. Les chambres sont propres et simples, avec des meubles de base. Globalement : Le Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI est une bonne option pour les voyageurs qui cherchent un endroit propre et confortable pour séjourner, à seulement 25 minutes à pied du centre de Madison. La chambre est très confortable, la chambre est confortable et les chambres sont propres. Voici quelques détails supplémentaires que je voudrais partager avec les clients potentiels : L'hôtel est situé juste à côté d'une grande autoroute avec un accès facile à la zone du centre-ville, à l'aéroport et à l'interstate vers d'autres grandes villes. Les chambres sont grandes, mais elles sont fonctionnelles et ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un court ou long séjour. Le personnel est amical et utile. L'hôtel dispose d'un centre de fitness et d'une piscine intérieure. En général, je recommande The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI à des voyageurs à budget qui cherchent un endroit propre et confortable pour rester. J'espère que cela aidera!

I wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our  wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards.  Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues.  I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!       Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service  by these two men!

The staff was very friendly when I arrived, and checkout was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. I also requested a 6am wake-up call, and they followed through right on time, which was very helpful. My room was clean, the heater worked well, and overall I was happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the space. A couple of downsides: there’s no elevator, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to my room. Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options to choose from. The only other issue was the atmosphere in the common areas. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, there were a a few guests who made things feel a bit uncomfortable. One person was loudly arguing and swearing in the hallway and at the front desk, and another guest appeared to be staying long-term, scolding her kids and a baby running around the breakfast area in just a diaper. It gave the public spaces a slightly uneasy vibe, even though the staff handled things as best they could and were consistently kind and professional. Overall, I had a clean and comfortable stay, and I’d consider staying again if I needed a place in a pinch — I’d just keep expectations modest regarding amenities and the general lobby/hallway environment.

L'emplacement, le rapport qualité-prix et les installations étaient excellents, mais malheureusement, les choses se sont un peu détériorées après l'enregistrement. Le processus d'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans heurts et la chambre était propre et accueillante. Cependant, le lendemain, lorsque j'étais de retour dans l'après-midi, la femme de ménage ouvrait les chambres avec le pêne dormant bloquant la fermeture des portes. Elle maintiendrait les portes ouvertes même si elle était à l'autre bout du couloir. Cela fait que la porte de la pièce à côté de la mienne se balance et claque bruyamment. Constamment, ce qui était difficile car j'étais sur un appel zoom le matin et j'essayais de me reposer par la suite à cause de mon événement du soir. Puis, le matin du départ, je suis allé à ma voiture pour ranger mes bagages avant de partir et le chauffeur de la navette m'a presque frappé alors que je marchais vers le hall car il allait très vite et essayait de se balancer dans un parking place devant les portes du hall. Il m'a crié dessus d'où il était assis et faisait des gestes sauvages avec ses mains, je n'étais pas sûr mais j'ai pensé qu'il m'avait fait un doigt d'honneur. Enfin, la femme au moment du départ était très laconique et impolie alors que j'essayais de poser des questions car j'avais des frais supplémentaires sur mon compte - ce qui, selon elle, était la retenue pour les jours restés, mais j'ai été facturé 3 fois pour 2 jours rester. Ce n'est que lorsque j'ai appelé plus tard dans la soirée (car elle ne semblait pas avoir la patience de répondre à mes questions) que j'ai découvert qu'ils avaient débité par erreur ma carte pour une autre chambre (la facture dit même ”mauvaise carte”). Tout était parfait jusqu'au deuxième jour. Je reviendrais probablement pour la commodité et le rapport qualité-prix, mais essayez de limiter au minimum mes interactions avec le personnel.

Il est très confortable et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était horrible, 2 jours de course il n'y avait pas de lait ou de pain dans un état qui a 1.26 millions de vaches! L'hôtel dispose de grandes installations, comme un lavabo et des machines à glace sur chaque étage. Il y avait un fort odeur de liquide hydraulique sur le haut et dans les ascenseurs. Le personnel semblait vraiment qu'ils ne voulaient pas être là, sauf une belle dame appelée Lee sur le bureau frontal qui était très sympathique et amicale. La chambre est très bien placée pour les enfants. Nous avons dû descendre au bureau de front pour demander du papier toilette, car il n'y avait personne dans la chambre. En voyageant à l'aéroport après avoir vérifié, j'ai reçu une notification qu'ils avaient facturé un supplément de 150 $ sans raison. On nous a dit que leur imprimante avait été brisé et qu'ils n'étaient pas en mesure de nous fournir une facture. Je ne resterais jamais à un autre hôtel Wyndham.
