La chambre intérieure était plus grande que je pensais.
Les installations sont un peu vieilles, alors quand elles sont converties dans une douche, l'eau a éclaté et elle n'a pas fonctionné bien.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux, l'hôtel est bien situé, le lit est très confortable, le parking est gratuit et la réception est très accueillante. Le petit déjeuner est un bon repas que j'ai aux États-Unis, avec des œufs, des frites, de la viande grillée, principalement de l'eau chaude.

L'hôtel de goût de la vieille bière, avec un énorme linge de couleurs, l'architecture du quartier est nouvellement et vieux, a un sens historique et ancien, la chambre est propre et propre, la réception a essayé de boire de la bière lors de l'enregistrement. Bonne expérience.

This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

Stayed here on NYE and went to the Bucks game at Fiserv. Location was perfect and we even got to see fireworks next door. Facilities were updated and modern, we really enjoyed our stay!

TTaylorMy husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.

LLuvmarleyJ'ai un service de service qui est un ASE, que j'avais informé l'hôtel de quand j'ai fait la réservation. J'avais été là le week-end précédent et quand j'ai vérifié, il n'y avait pas de problèmes  avec tout le personnel avec mon existence d'une ESA qui y était. L'hôte et le serveur n'avaient pas de problèmes avec le chien qui était là et ils ont commenté qu'elle était plus comportementale que beaucoup de petits enfants qui venaient à manger, la TVA était étonnante. J'ai eu deux fois le chien près de moi aussi dans la piscine tethered pendant que je nageais et pendant que je suis dans le tube chaud et il n'y avait pas de problème avec le personnel alors. La prochaine fois que j'étais là, ils ne me laisseraient pas faire le chien avec moi dans la zone de la piscine. Elle ne peut pas être dans la chambre par elle-même, elle pleure et crie qui perturberait nos voisins. En raison de mon chien ESA-a Pomski de 14 livres, j'ai été expulsé de l'hôtel à 10 h 30 à la nuit, escorté par 3 policiers le samedi, sans aucun endroit pour rester. J'ai dû dormir sur le canapé de mes amis pendant quelques heures, et trouver un autre endroit pour rester le lendemain qui a exclu mon chien ESA sans aucun problème.

Petit-déjeuner : Un petit-déjeuner buffet de base est servi chaque matin, avec une sélection limitée d'articles.
Les chambres sont propres et simples, avec des meubles de base.
Globalement : Le Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI est une bonne option pour les voyageurs qui cherchent un endroit propre et confortable pour séjourner, à seulement 25 minutes à pied du centre de Madison. La chambre est très confortable, la chambre est confortable et les chambres sont propres.

Le personnel est amical et utile.

En général, je recommande The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI à des voyageurs à budget qui cherchent un endroit propre et confortable pour rester.

IInvitéI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards. Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues. I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!
Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service by these two men!

IInvitéNe regardez pas sans économiser de l'argent. J'ai prévu deux personnes avec un lit double, la chambre n'est pas grande. J'ai pensé que c'était très douce au bord de la route, très calme après la fenêtre. Très aimable, la sortie n'a pas été contrôlée, le séjour n'a pas été déposé.

IInvitéNo frills hotel, meets the basic needs.
First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

IInvitéThe service was really good. My grandkids enjoyed waking up and learned how to cook waffles. They ate them everyday. I enjoyed the bagels had a different flavor each day. The place was nice and quiet everyday and it was nice to just relax. The exterior was clean no garbage anywhere. We will gladly stay here again.

IInvitéMy adult son and I had to travel up to Rhinelander on the weekend for a funeral. There was also a sports convention going on , so all the hotels were pretty pricey including Cobblestone. Once I got over the price shock, we enjoyed the hotel very much. It was new, so clean, and beds were very comfortable. We had a room that had 2 queen beds, plus another area with a sectional sofa and another tv. I think any group with small children would have loved that room and the tv channels catered to kids! We didn't understand how the tv remote worked, so when I called the front desk a very pleasant young woman came up and showed us how it worked. Although that was wonderful, I think printed instructions by the tv would have worked and saved them some time! The breakfast was good....powdered scrambled eggs, but lots of other voices to go with it. There was a family restaurant right next door, but was only open for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely stay there again!
