|À 20.49km du centre-villeFirst off, the booking was done for alleppey ride but they sent us kumarakkom location for boarding where there is not a lot of sites to visit. Ride time mentioned by them is 4 hours in the day and 1 hour the next morning but they took us 3 hours and 30 minutes in total. The food served is not the same as what is mentioned in the menu for evening snacks, dinner and breakfast. The on-call service was good. Service boys were polite.

check in and check out was excellent and well done by the very professional staff. The hotel is comparatively small (about 8 rooms)so you get a feeling of personal touch. It is in near alleppey beach, which is one of the most beautiful beach and clean. The hotel is also central to most attractions in town and about 2 kilometres from the railway station, so location-wise its ideal. It is family friendly

Separate mini fan for each bed. Hot water available. Safe area with cctv protection. Nice veg and non veg restaurants are within walkable distance. Clean surroundings. Enjoyed beach running, beach volleyball and swimming. The sea is calm due to the favorable season. The owner is flexible in terms of check in and check out. For the comfort and other facilities i can give eight points out of ten.

The hotel staff was good and the rooms were very neat and clean. Also we were lucky to have a very good restaurant bang opposite to this hotel - ave-es restaurant. A very good restaurant for sea food. Overall the stay at bonanza was quite satisfactory. We were a family of 5 people and so we booked two rooms

The caretakers and people were extremely polite and helpful and always willing to provide assistance, and arranging for transportation and tourism. The location, walkable from a beach, was a cherry on top of the cake. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an enriching and hassle-free stay.

The property is approx. 3-4 km from the beach. Many good restaurants are accessible if you have a vehicle. Parking is adequate.

One thing that was a sore point was that we had repeatedly requested for a fishing rod as my daughter wanted to try casting and fishing and we were told again and again that it will be arranged soon but no one actually did it or even seem to have tried.

Most suitable for family stay. The architecture of the whole place is impressive and all the detailing on the decorations, even the bookshelf, bed, lamps, vase. All of them are so good that i wanted to ask them where they bought all the decoratives from. The pool was pretty clean. But wished there were swim rings for kids as well. And also there isn't any parking space inside the compound but the vehicles can be parked outside where they've made space. Well behaved and friendly staffs there wasn't anything to complain about.

Also i booked for a free breakfast in which i thought will be included throughout the stay. But was given a one time token instead. So it should be mentioned through the app before booking that it's only a one time breakfast.
