Nous avons séjourné au Sunway Resort pendant 4 nuits et il semble que l'hôtel a récemment été rénové, en améliorant tout de la lobby aux chambres. Les espaces sont fonctionnels, spacieux et confortables, contribuant à une expérience de séjour agréable et la piscine, à la fois pour enfants et pour adultes, est parfaite. L'accès à la Pyramide du Soleil et à la Lagoon est très pratique, nécessitant seulement une promenade less-than-5-minute à travers l'hôtel sans avoir à aller au côté de la route. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel de qualité très élevée. Ils ont fait preuve d'inamitié, de sonrisses et de luttes pour comprendre nos demandes. Lorsque nous avons soulevé nos préoccupations, il semblait qu'ils n'avaient pas pris la question au sérieux, simplement déposer le pain et se déplacer sans apporter de réponse. Dans la section de la cuisine, lorsqu'ils interrogent sur les boissons pour enfants, ils n'ont pas mentionné la section de l'enfant dédié et ont suggéré de payer un supplément pour une boisson de chocolat, même si nous avons trouvé du lait de chocolat et de Yakult dans la section de l'enfant. Vu le prix de RM109 pour le petit déjeuner, nous pensons que la nourriture et le service ne sont pas justifiés. Nous espérons sincèrement que l'hôtel pourra améliorer son service afin de répondre aux normes élevées fixées par l'environnement de l'hôtel.

La chambre est propre et sanitaire, le service de la réception est très attentif, le transport est pratique, le repas à proximité, la place de shopping est également très pratique. Tourisme et voyage de matin sont les deux options. J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois en continu et je reviens la prochaine fois.

I initially booked the deluxe room which was great. However, when I decided to extend my stay, I got the executive room instead. The hotel made it convenient & seamless for me by letting me do a direct transfer room to room which I appreciated. I did not have to check out at noon and wait till 3pm check-in time, to move into another room. I liked that everything I needed was provided. Ample shower, shampoo and toiletry products such as toothbrushes. toothpaste, facial cotton and q-tips. Water pressure was less powerful than the other room I had one floor down but still alright. The shower drainage was clogged causing a flooding in the bathroom but the issue was quickly resolved after I reported it to front desk. Drinking water was provided in recyclable glass bottles which they replenished daily, with coffee and tea making facilities. An ice bucket was also provided in-room. Just request for the ice and they will deliver to the room. Breakfast offerings was also extensive and of high quality with something for everyone. Location of hotel is excellent as it is directly connected to the shopping mall and Sunway theme park. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Les chambres sont très propres, les airconditions sont très bien entretenues, mais vous devez demander des lits à faire. Le personnel est très utile. Des sèche-cheveux, la chaussure peuvent être demandés et sont fournis à tout prix. Beaucoup de places à manger dans 5-15 min à pied, y compris les magasins de 24 heures.

Le salon était très viral sur tiktok en raison du jacuzzi dans l'une des chambres. Je décide donc de donner un essai à cet endroit. Après avoir check-in, un problème que j'ai d'abord noté était qu'ils exigeaient un dépôt rm100 qui ne pouvait être payé que par argent et non par carte de crédit. Après avoir été dit qu'il y avait une banque à l'autre bout des boutiques, j'ai dû marcher tout le long pour retirer le rm100 car je n'avais pas assez avec moi à l'époque. Après avoir réglé le dépôt et reçu la clé de la carte de la chambre, j'ai finalement pu entrer dans la chambre. La chambre n'était pas la plus propre, car j'ai trouvé un cochon dans la salle de bains et pas de mention de la saleté, des peaux de fleurs et des débris qui se débarrassaient du jacuzzi quand je me tournai sur l'eau.

Il y a un odeur de merveille, peut-être parce qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre, la circulation aérienne n'est pas bonne. Mais juste à rechercher un hôtel pour se reposer pour une nuit, donc juger acceptable, l'emplacement est agréable juste près de la pyramide solaire.

Qui dit que cet hôtel est à réserver est probablement fou. Je ne m'intéresse pas à l'apparence comme je n'ai payé que RM60/night Mais je m'intéresse à la propreté, à l'odeur, au service. Ew. Je ne pense pas qu'ils nettoient le couvercle après chaque invité. Il y a des cheveux sur le lit et les coussins. Il y a aussi des pièces déchirées sur les coussins et les feuilles. À environ 8h, le récepteur joue une chanson très forte hindi. Oh, et les deux récepteurs ne sont pas amis du tout (pas de contacts oculaires pas de sourire)

Checked in with co worker to freshen up, but the cleaners attempted to open our room door to clean while we were resting and freshening up, and it felt like our privacy was invaded because of this. I highly encourage the staffs to acknowledge arrival of guests for their privacy matters.

Bien - Location était bonne. Très avant-vente personnelle enregistrement complète était bon service. Mal - Mais votre dernier numéro de réservation 5 chiffres n'était pas le numéro de réservation de voyage, il faut les appeler et obtenir, ou il ne peut pas être inspecté et personne ici ne peut assister. Donc si la personne à ce quesapp ou appel ne peut pas obtenir. Alors vous pouvez avoir besoin d'attendre et d'attendre et d'attendre. Heureusement, la téléportation était à la seconde appel. Bad - Seulement 1 carte donnée. Chambre pour 2 personnes. Ainsi la carte de chambre est une créneaux en alimentation et la seconde personne ne peut pas sortir. Parce que vous n'aurez pas de carte à entrer. Et votre camarade de chambre doit vous prendre du sol. Au moins vous pouvez vous aider à fournir des voitures supplémentaires pour la convenance de l'invité. Bad - La salle de bains a besoin d'une nettoyage profonde. Mauvais - table de piscine hors de commande non réparée.

Recommended by a friend if I wanted to stay at the small and simple hotel at Sunway City area. So, i tried this hotel. Room was okay, everything worked well. Staff was also nice and they informed everything thru WA and i found this helpful. But I think it is better to book room only instead of having breakfast included. The option for bfast was so poor.
