Très propre dans la chambre , service incroyablement amiable , Je suis ravi de rester dans ce lieu.Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux et en grandes quantités.La chambre est très calme, bien que la rue est proche de la rue, Rien ne peut être entendu au milieu.Dans l'ascenseur, qui facilite le déplacement Très proche de la mer, entrée près du célèbre bar Harbor 😁 Pour le service lui-même je reviendrai certainement à cet endroit 😉

Quel beau appartement moderne! Il est également à 600 mètres de l'Ergo Arena, donc idéal si quelque chose peut être fait là. Plus beau bois près de là et vous marchez ainsi le boulevard. Avec un code, vous ne pouvez plus avoir besoin de la clé !

I must say that this hotel is unexpectedly good. Originally I never intended to stay in the area around Gdansk/Sopot, but due to bad weather, the ferry I rode on was delayed 6 hours and I could not find the energy to drive onward to Berlin. Therefore I booked a room at Radisson in Sopot as they seemed to have a parking. Well there, I got positively surprised by the hotel. It was so clean and on this Saturday evening, there was great live music in the lobby. The check-in was smooth and they quickly booked a table for me at the restaurant. However, they missed to notice my Premium Radisson Rewards membership, but it's fine anyhow. The food was delicious and well worth the price. The staff in the bar and the restaurant were very friendly and had very good recommendations in regards to drinks and food. The room was so clean I couldn't believe it - completely spotless. Super plus for that! The only con was guests in another room trying to ”refurnish” their room, with moving chairs being heard very loudly, apart from that the sound proofing was good. Then in the morning, the breakfast was amazing. Great quality cold cuts, fruits, great bread etc. Keep this good thing going! ^^ Overall, a great stay and I might return to try out the spa too.

A l'hôtel, vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Location parfaite - station ferroviaire très entendue (peut également être un handicap pour certains clients - certaines chambres ont une vue directe sur le chemin de fer et de temps en temps il est lourd ...), près de la rue de marche centrale de Sopot, Très proche de nombreux bons endroits pour le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont spéciales, les salles de bains sont aussi grandes avec douches grandes. Cependant, de nombreuses améliorations peuvent encore être introduites - les matraques ne sont pas très confortables, pas de lits roi-size (2 singles peuvent être assemblés mais juste avec la table de lit), pas de chaudière électrique, aussi nettoyage de la chambre peut être mieux.

First impression was very positive. Check-in was quick. Room although small was adequate and had everything that you needed ie. Comfy double bed and nice bed linen, desk and chair, I loved the comfy armchair which was a nice touch after a long days walk, bathroom was lovely and clean with a walk-in shower and fresh towels and bathrobe. An oversized bathrobe would however be nice:). Upon walking into the room there was a TV recording with a nice voice saying that „delektuje sie spokojem.. uspokoic oddech… „ itd. ( delecting in peace and quiet, and calmness) However this seemed to be an over promise:(. After entering the spa/pool area after 17:00 there seemed to be an aquapark for families and children:( . The atomosphere was very rowdy and not very relaxing:(. Also, the quiet zone „strefa ciszy” was not respected by guests. So overall the general „spa” feeling was not quite as expected. The rooftop terrace was nice. I decided to have the buffet dinner for 69zl and the food was very mediocre:(. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Overall, I would return however it would be appreciated if the management would define the hotel as an adult only spa or define specific hours for kids in the pool area.

Hotel położony blisko zarówno głównego sopockiego deptaka jak i Opery Leśnej. Budynek nowoczesny i zadbany, pokoje ładnie urządzone. Obsługa bez zarzutu. Jednak największym plusem było pyszne jedzenie - zarówno śniadania, jak i obiadokolacje. Gdybym miała się czegoś przyczepić, to łazienka w pokoju była malutka. Przydałoby się też wymienić poduszki na nieco większe. Ale ogólnie pobyt był bardzo udany, w dodatku całkiem przystępny cenowo (udało nam się na stronie internetowej hotelu wykupić pakiet z wyżywieniem i parkingiem). Bardzo polecamy!!

L’hôtel est bien situé, en bord de plage. La literie est excellente. Les petits déjeuners délicieux, le service au bar est parfait. Ma note de 3 est justifiée par : - nous avions réservé 2 massages au SPA dimanche matin, réservation faite 2 semaines avant et confirmée en nous déplaçant la veille au bureau du SPA. Nous nous présentons 10 mn en avance, la personne à l’accueil, pas très accueillante pour l’anecdote, nous informe que nous ne pouvons pas avoir chacun un massage, une masseuse étant malade. Elle nous propose un soin esthétique à la place, ce qui n’était pas du tout dans nos attentes ou un massage en fin d’après-midi, à l’horaire de notre vol de retour. Pas de mot d’excuse, nous précisons que si nous avions été informés ne serait-ce que 1 heure avant , nous aurions pu organiser autrement notre matinée. Toujours pas de mot d’excuse. - la veille, nous avons pris une douche le matin, nous n’avons pas eu de passage le soir pour les serviettes et la préparation du lit pour le coucher, alors que nous l’avions eu la veille. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, le service n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur.

Je suppose qu'il est le meilleur hôtel au centre de Sopot: la situation est super parfaite, l'intérieur et l'extérieur sont merveilleux, un très bon petit déjeuner sous le ciel bleu qui se déroule par le plafond verre, en outre nous avons un cadeau à la réception (un morceau de savon à amber) ❤️ Une petite nuance: malheureusement, il n'y a pas de bain dans notre salle de bain, donc si vous avez un bain mouillé est une partie importante de votre rituel de voyage - ce fait pourrait détruire toute l'impression.

Très bel établis*****t non loin de la grande et belle plage de Sopot. Belle chambre et salle de bains avec douche italienne. Le petit déjeuner est varié et satisfait toutes les envies. Le personnel est très sympa. Le restaurant offre une très jolie terrasse verdoyante et agréable. La carte n’est pas sans fin mais propose des plats vraiment très bons et un service très attentionné. Piscine intérieure et spa sont à disposition. Le bar de l’hôtel est top avec une très belle carte. A recommander pour une visite reposante et plaisante de la région de Sopot. Merci à toute l’équipe. Fab hotel in terms of facilities, modernness and cleanliness. Rooms were very cosy and spacey, and the whole hotel area gives a nice vibe. The roof top was pool and bar was fab, great with the 16+ limit for us travelling as adults with no children (especially since the spa downstairs was filled with children and felt more like an aqua park). The gym was small, but ok for a quick work out. Very disappointing experience in the restaurant where they would not offer me gluten free pizza or pasta, in spite that I had called and checked about this before we ordered our stay. When I then commented I should get about lunch dish for the same price, the waiter used 15 minutes to come back with to us with the message that she would bring her manager. After another 15 minutes with nothing happening, we left and had lunch elsewhere. Also, there where no allergi markings at breakfast, very disappointing at such a big and modern hotel. Top location by the public beach and walk way along the beach, which is pleasant to use when walking into the centre for better restaurants than the hotel can offer.

Very good hotel with good breakfast & great location very near the pier and the beach. We stayed during summer so there were lots of activities going on in the street. Pubs/discos/restaurants kept on with music till 02.00 at night which could be annoying if you are a light sleeper.. Howeever, the worst thing for us was the singer who used to start playing around 02.00 and kept it going till 05.00 in the morning. He had amplifier and microphone and could be heard far better than we could like. It ruined Friday and Saturday nights for us. It is strange that this much ”noice” is allowed during night time.

Un endroit fantastique pour la détente d'automne. L'hôtel est exceptionnellement propre, chaleureux. Chambre avec petite fenêtre, mais confortable. Lits confortables, lits odeurs. La nourriture dans le restaurant délicieuse, bien servie. Bravo pour tout le personnel. Congratulations.Tout ce que j'ai manqué est une bicyclette, c'est un conseil pour réfléchir au propriétaire de l'hôtel.

The most beautifully located hotel in the center of Sopot. Standard adequate for the price, rooms clean and spacious. Cleaning service at the highest level. Every hotel is created by the people working in it. Sheraton in Sopot is the best example of this. The cordiality of all employees can be seen at every step. The guest on the one hand feels at home here, and on the other has a sense of blissful relaxation. I heartily recommend Agata

Nocleg w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Niedaleko Monciak. Sporym udogodnieniem jest dostęp do żelazka i żelazka parowego. Na plus zasługuje spore i wygodne łóżko, ale niestety było trochę brudno, co psuło klimat. Oczywiście nie było tragicznie brudno, ale brudne ściany, listwy przypodłogowe i pajęczyna na ścianach psuje całościowe odczucia. Mimo wszystko jestem bardzo zadowolony z noclegu i jeśli tylko będzie okazja, aby znowu odwiedzić Sopot wybiorę znowu ten hotel
