My stay at the apartment was absolutely incredible. The apartment was stylish and luxurious, and the view of the city was breathtaking. The convenience of being located within the Vinhome Building was a major plus. I loved being able to easily access the observation deck, where I could take in the stunning panoramic views. The presence of local restaurants, cafes, and shops made my stay extremely convenient. I highly recommend the apartment.

La maison de cette mère est un bon endroit pour réserver et séjourner pour tout type de voyageurs. Location confortable. Personnel de soutien amiable. Chambres propres. Lit confortable. Tout va bien. Sécurité et sécurité aussi bonne. Un peu de bruit est venu des chambres voisines au milieu de la nuit. Mais c'est leur plaisir 😁 bruyant. Seul la télévision n'a pas fonctionné. Mais je ne m'en dérange pas autrement, ils le répareraient. Recommandez aux étrangers.

Pros: - Vous êtes très amicale à la réception, aussi 24/7. - Je me sentais en sécurité comme une seule femme voyageant. - La chambre était belle et cool avec un fan fort (je n'avais pas besoin d'un a/c qui est rare). - Clean. - Chaîne et ferme la porte. - Vous avez une bonne place, vous êtes calme. - Utilisé comme laissez-passer pendant 11 heures. - Il a du savon, du shampooing, etc. et du minibar. Agréable de savoir : - Ils ne parlent pas anglais, mais tbh, il n'est pas nécessaire si vous êtes juste entré et sorti. - Prenez un masque d'œil si vous préférez l'obscurité complète. - Vous devez porter votre bagage pour aller à la réception, mais j'avais deux sacs et il y avait quelqu'un qui m'a aidé. Grande valeur pour l'argent et la finalité!

Le prix est calculé sur Google Review et est clair et louable. Après avoir voulu partager l'expérience réelle, vous savez. Pour commencer, vous avez l'avantage de la résidence : Les équipements dures sont très nouveaux La chambre 2 est propre. En outre, les inconvénients : Le petit déjeuner est rarement choisi. Le petit déjeuner ne devrait pas être simple pour le prix de l'hébergement. Le petit déjeuner offert est plus simple que le petit déjeuner offert par un hôtel vietnamien bon marché. 2.Wifi À 12 heures du matin, la ligne sera automatiquement interrompue, environ 10-15 minutes plus tard, elle sera rétablie L'hôtel est électrique anormale et il est souvent réveillé à minuit pour voir que l'hôtel doit se remettre en service parce que l'air froid est automatiquement fermé. La chose la plus terrible de cette maison est que le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est prêt à revenir à la chambre quand il est resté. Lorsqu'il a vu l'électricité perdue, il ne pouvait être heureux de ne pas être dans l'électricité. Bien que l'hôtel dise que l'électricité sera brèvement électrique, il ne sera pas revenu à la normale de 9h30 à 11h30, Les amis qui vivent dans un hôtel voisin ont demandé qu'ils avaient normalisé leur électricité, et il semblait que c'était juste une question pour cet hôtel. À 11 heures, je pense que l'hôtel est trop mauvais pour vérifier. Le personnel de service a dit que je pouvais attendre environ cinq minutes pour vérifier la chambre. Je me suis dit que le personnel de la cabine m'a parlé avec un invité vietnamien derrière moi après 15 minutes dans le canapé, Je ne peux pas supporter une question plus timide. Si vous envisagez de louer un appartement à Glenwood ou d'utiliser leur Resort, restez ici à moins que vous ne vouliez payer 300 USD par mois d'électricité. Ce lieu a profité de moi et de ma fiancée lors du verrouillage du coeur dur à Ho Chi Minh en septembre 2021. Pendant la non-extraction de l'ordre du gouvernement vietnamien, ce lieu nous a forcés à sortir (en désactivant notre électricité et notre eau) ils nous ont forcés à traverser la rue pour payer notre loyer et notre facture électrique qui était un électricité de 7 millions ($309 USD) Le site Web de la Commission européenne est très intéressant pour les utilisateurs de la télécommunication. Nous avons été en train de faire des films et nous avons été informés qu'ils nous ont refusés, dans mon expérience, de faire quelque chose de mal, les seuls qui ne veulent pas être capturés dans le film. La vidéo YouTube montrera aussi notre mètre électrique tournant comme un fou, si vite vous ne pouvez même pas voir le marquage noir sur le roue tournante. Ils ont installé un nouveau compteur électrique dans notre unité et vous pouvez l'entendre grimper les appareils parfois parce qu'il ne peut même pas aller si vite. Ils nous ont forcés à payer six millions de factures électriques le mois prochain parce que nous ne pouvions pas partir en raison du blocage du coeur et de Ho Chi Minh. Greenwood a été donnée l'occasion de rembourser notre électricité, sauf pour un projet de loi moyen, afin d'éviter une révision à une étoile. Ils n'ont pas écouté l'avertissement. Je fais également des révisions négatives sur tous les sites de Resort à la suite. Ils ont eu l'occasion de faire la bonne chose, de retourner mon dépôt complet et tous mes charges électriques sauf un montant équitable, ils ont refusé.

Just a few steps away from the lively ben thanh market. Wonderful night life surrounded by many cafes, massage places and good food options. There are traffic lights in this area making it easy and safe to cross the streets. But disappointed that the hotel lobby isn't air conditioned and that 1 of the 2 showers in each of the connecting rooms doesn't come with hot water. Only 2 small bottles of water free, it wasn't clear and they charged for the rest :/

Really nice affordable place to stay in district 1. The apartments are cosy with a small lounge room (some have a balcony) and your bed is up stairs. On the 5th floor is a rooftop patio and laundry that you can use. The owner is really helpful and makes a whattsapp group so you can ask questions etc. Our daughter was ill via whattsapp the owner recommend a doctor and nearby chemist. Just outside the door you can buy drinks and there is a number of good restaurants nearby by. Ben Thanh Market is just 10 minutes by foot away and you can easily get a Grab for a few dollars to anywhere in the area

I arrived at the hotel on the first day, and there was no room due to overbooking by the hotel, so I was assigned a room in another hotel, but I was given a cheap hotel that was only half the price of the 2 star hotel I booked. The reason is that there are 4 other 2 star hotels operated by the hotel side, but the c central hotel induces reservations and leads to other cheap hotels.i will upload picture of the Meraki hotel

La chambre était spacieuse et propre, la chambre était propre et la chambre était propre et comprenait les équipements habituels. La location est bonne si vous voulez un endroit plus calme à l'écart des bars, etc, il y a une piste de train juste derrière l'hôtel, mais nous n'avons entendu qu'un train le matin, donc il ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous avons promené à 45 minutes de l'hôtel à la cathédrale de notre dam et d'autres attractions à proximité, une belle marche avec de nombreux cafés et restaurants.

The Odys is a tricky one for us to review. Overall we stayed 3 nights during our trip, 2 nights together then a break and a further night after a trip to the mekong. The hotel itself is quite nice.. nothing really wrong with it as such, the rooms were clean and had everything in there like all the others we've stayed in during our time in Vietnam. I wouldn't really call the Odys a ”Boutique” hotel but that's a matter of opinion.. but where we feel the Odys was a let down in this regard was that ”personal” feeling. Earlier in our trip we stayed in many places and all of them without question made us feel like we'd been before.. and in the case of multiple nights and multiple visits indeed the return welcome felt very personal (Bonsella.. you are the best in this regard during our trip!). The staff in reception were pleasant and polite but but it did seem very ”clinical” in approach? Maybe the city thing? But in our opinion it was a little too sterile feeling for a ”boutique” hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was fine, with the usual options available but the staff in the restaurant were our least preferred of the whole trip (anywhere in Vietnam), they were disorganised to say the least.. There were plenty of them around but service wasn't exactly the best. We did take advantage of one of the offers for the restaurant one night, booking a table by the side for a good city view. When we arrived that evening we find that the table we booked had been given to someone else, and in fact there was no mention of our booking. We waited and before long another suitable table became available. After eating we got the bill, and queried why the offer wasn't applied. We were told in order to get the offer we needed to book a table beforehand, this was by the very same person who led us to the table after finding out our booked table had already been given to someone else. It was sorted out, but this is just one of many examples of the staff not being the best. Oddly enough it was also the only place in Vietnam where we struggled with staff not being able to speak English (very few seemed to?), this took us by surprise as even in the remote locations in the north this didn't seem an issue. So In summary, we think this hotel is ok for the night, but that boutique feel is not there, its much more of a large hotel kind of feeling.

Pros: Liebes chambres (double chambre) qui avaient tout ce que vous aviez besoin. Bellement décoré et senté une grande échelle. L'hôtel était légèrement de la route principale et les chambres étaient calmes. Les routes HCMC sont occupées et bruyantes!! L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Cons: seulement un: petit déjeuner. Le vietnam est très bon, mais c'était le plus faible lien de l'hôtel. Choisir limité et pas si délicieux, si vous y arrivez après 8.30am presque tous les aliments chauds étaient froids. Espero que cela puisse être amélioré.

We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, avec un prix assez modéré. Grand emplacement, près du centre touristique de HCM City. Un peu lourd à la nuit comme tous les clubs de nuit sont à proximité. Préparez-vous à monter jusqu'à 5 niveaux d'escalier comme il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

ann nous a aider pour les cartes sim du cellulaire et toujours prete a rendre notre sejour agreable pour toute imformation bon dejeuner chambre tres propre et excellent lit d un grand comfort merci encore a notre deuxieme sejour nous avons ete recu par Ari qui a été pour nous patiente de nous aider avec les billets de retour encore merci pour votre grande gentilesse je recommande cet hotel

Le River Gate, le lieu de l'appartement est superbe, il a été séjourné plusieurs fois, situé dans le 4e comté, le pont est le comté de Sai Kung 1 qui est prospère, il y a 7-11 avec des supermarchés en bas, ainsi que la piscine et les salles de fitness, le service de gestionnaire de l'appartement de Zhou est superbe et il y a beaucoup de choix de types de chambre, Cette fois, 4 chambres 1 salon 1 salon 1 Whei Yi 1 cuisine. Bien que les amis ne soient pas au même étage, le service est vraiment super. Il y a 2 ou 3 chambres dans le type de maison. La prochaine fois, vous aurez l'occasion de choisir de rester 😊😊😊👍👍👍👍

L'emplacement est proche de l'aéroport, donc c'est pratique pour rester.La commodité pour le petit déjeuner le matin est très petite. Je me suis promené pendant un moment et j'ai demandé la sécurité.

My stay at the apartment was absolutely incredible. The apartment was stylish and luxurious, and the view of the city was breathtaking. The convenience of being located within the Vinhome Building was a major plus. I loved being able to easily access the observation deck, where I could take in the stunning panoramic views. The presence of local restaurants, cafes, and shops made my stay extremely convenient. I highly recommend the apartment.

少し奥まったところにあるので、少し外に出ればスーパーや市場があり便利な位置ではあるが、ホテル内はとても静か。良い立地にあります。 オーナーの方は、日本語、ベトナム語、中国語が話せます。融通を利かせてもらい、とても居心地は良かったです。
