In July, of 2022, we were awarded #1 in all of Kihei for the FOURTH TIME.* Tracy’s Tropical Treasure #2, the Corner Penthouse, is the perfect choice for your Maui vacation.~ Location, Location, Location: In less than 300 footsteps (from the front door), you can not only be at the beach but you can actually be in the ocean! ;)The only beach in Maui that used to be reserved for Hawaiian Royalty is directly across the street from the condo (less than 300 footsteps from your front door). It is a very popular beach for canoeing, kite surfing, viewing sea turtles and whales, or simply basking in the sun. Picnic tables, grilling areas, free parking, and outdoor showers are all available at the beach across the street. Do as much as you want or as little as you desire. ;)~ The National Humpback Museum and Whale Education Center for Maui is just steps away (also directly across the street from the condo). They offer free educational classes and plenty of free, outdoor telescopes so you can get an up close and personal view of the Humpback Whales swimming and jumping in the ocean just in front of the museum.The longest beach walk in all of Maui is in Kihei (within 2 blocks from the condo). ;)~ Super easy and "lightning fast" check in, just enter your "secret code" and open the door.~ If your dates are not available, please check the other 3 units we own. They are also listed on VRBO.~ Experience the ultimate in comfort, luxury, and style with a fully loaded, light and bright, romantic and fun, Maui Corner Penthouse containing a floor area of 665 SF, including an extra large lanai of approximately 210 SF.~ This is the third largest unit in the whole complex! It is a second story, walk up condo with awesome cathedral ceilings and its own private walkway entrance. Please note that because the building has only two stories, there is not an elevator.~ This luxurious penthouse unit is located right on the corner, so you really only have neighbors on one side. It is in the back of the complex so there is no road noise. This is an extra special unit because there are only two units in the entire condo complex with 3 sets of windows, and this happens to be one of them! Our favorite feature, however, would have to be the extra large, 200+ SF, L-shaped, fully carpeted, wrap around lanai. Again, this is a unique feature that only six units have, all other lanais in the 118 condo complex only have 70 SF of space. Think of this extra special space as an extended living room/dining room/lounge area! There's even an extra fridge outside. It's totally awesome! There’s also a community laundry center right onsite!~ IN ADDITION, THIS CONDO IS LESS THAN 300 FOOTSTEPS AWAY FROM THE OCEAN, BEACH, AND A BEAUTIFUL PARK WITH FREE PARKING, OUTDOOR PICNIC TABLES, BBQ GRILLS, AND EVEN SHOWERS. There is also a "Pay It Forward" shelf where guests are welcome to leave their unused, non-perishable grocery items.~ Your fully equipped, heavily stocked, ultra fabulous gourmet kitchen fit for a chef includes brand new, full size, stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, beautiful, dark, cherry wood cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, and emerald star granite that sparkles in the Maui sun. There is also a microwave, convection oven, plenty of cookware, a coffee maker, a coffee bean grinder, a 4-cup espresso (steam) machine, a French press, a blender, a toaster, a rice maker, a food steamer, a crockpot, a full set of knives, and a variety of BBQ accessories. ~ The custom designed bathroom features beautifully tiled walls with hand painted flowers and a fun black and white (checkerboard) tile floor. My favorite feature, however, would have to be the vanity mirror with fluorescent lighting on all four sides. It is the exact same mirror in all the suites at the Four Seasons Manele Bay. You will love it!~There is also a separate vanity/desk area (adjacent to the bathroom), just in case both people want to get ready at the same time.~ The private, extra large lanai is totally awesome! For your comfort, it is equipped with a dining table and chairs, two additional tall chairs with full back and foot rests, a very spacious 5 cubic foot refrigerator, two more full-sized, cushioned lounge chairs with an additional table, 3 lamps, plus a 7 foot long teak couch with a plush mattress and plenty of pillows: perfect for resting, reading, catching the sunrise, surfing the internet, or merely just watching the beautiful palm and monkey pod trees gently sway in the refreshing Maui trade winds. That will never happen if you stay at Tracy's Tropical Treasures. ~ I just can't understand why anyone would want to pay triple the price to stay in a cramped hotel room without the convenience of a full kitchen. Did you know that almost all hotel rooms in Maui are under 300 square feet? ~ Also, with our 600 square foot place, on-site parking, unlimited AC, cable TV, an in room safe where you choose the code, & unlimited WIFI have already been conveniently factored into your daily rate. There will never be any last minute surprises! Don't you just hate that, I know I do. In Maui, unexpected fees can add up fast, especially when most places charge $25 per day for parking plus additional (hidden) resort fees, daily WIFI fees, & fees for using the safe. ~ This condo is situated in a perfectly central location. It is within easy walking distance (less than 2 miles) to EVERYTHING: shops, restaurants, beaches, public parks, grocery stores, gas stations, kayaking, surfing, snorkeling, wind surfing, fishing, the "Triangle Night Life", medical facilities: you name it! It's all literally around the corner. In addition, you are just minutes away from Wailea, and only 10 miles from the airport in Kahului. For your convenience, there is also a bus stop within 100 feet from the front door.~ You'll be DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET from one of the most popular wind surfing beaches in all of Maui, & you'll have an OCEAN VIEW. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was big and looked very updated. The location is right across from the beach and parking was included. The resort fee were higher then described at $35 plus tax but Trip refunded us the difference.

On estime que l'hôtel sur cette île prend le petit-déjeuner, car le paysage est meilleur, vous devez donc vous déplacer pour acheter de la nourriture, le petit-déjeuner est très riche, vous pouvez le ramener dans votre chambre pour manger, l'hôtel est à deux -maison en bois à étage, séparée par une route de la plage. Il y a beaucoup de gens qui regardent le coucher du soleil, le paysage est magnifique le matin, les vacances sont très convenables, l'hôtel a ses propres petites cours sont toutes des plantes et il y a des jouets pour les enfants publics sur la plage. Endroit très relaxant pour une nuit ou quelques jours. Et la facilité.

L'hôtel est très nouveau, la chambre est très grande, le style de vacances est très proche de la plage, il n'y a pas beaucoup de personnes, très calme. L'unique chose est que la position n'est pas dans le quartier de l'hôtel de luxe walia, la position est un peu éloignée.

Das Zimmer, Ausstattung etc. war super. Es war groß, die Lage war top. Grandiosen Sonnenuntergänge von Balkon aus. Einzige ”Problem” war das Check-in. Im Trip steht das es ein Hotel ist und wird überall als hotel bezeichnet. Es ist kein Hotel, es gab nur einen Telefonnummer womit man der Vermieter angeblich kontaktieren sollte um ein Check in zu vereinbaren. Da wir aber aus der EU kommen, können wir nicht USA anrufen... also standen wir 2-3 Stunden da und haben gehofft das es uns jemand hilft oder irgendwas passiert. Zum Glück war der Security von diesen Komplex mit Eigentumswohnungen da und konnten von seinen Handy dieses Nummer anrufen und dann haben wir unsere Pin erst bekommen. Also ich Empfehle es mit zwei Händen, aber bitte hinterlassen Sie bitte auch eine Email Adresse oder whatsapp sodass der Kontakt einfacher wird. (Kundebservice von Trip war auch nicht hilfreich, wäre der Security im Maui vista nicht da hätten wir woanders übernachten müssen)
