L’hôtel possède un bon service client, de spa et une piscine agréable, par contre le restaurant de l’hôtel est catastrophique: Un service qui est EXTRÊMEMENT LENT et sans intérêt pour le client, attendre 30 minutes qu’on s’occupe de nous, devoir aller chercher le serveur, aller jusqu’à la caisse pour se faire encaisser, se faire ignorer pendant 15 minutes encore. La nourriture est bonne mais classique. Je n’y retournerai pas et c’est la seule raison qui me fait hésiter à retourner dans cet hôtel « los incas » qui a lui un vrai service.

Thank you very much to the great staff of the Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful experience. I had a brief 2 day stay in Lima between trips in Huaraz and Huacachina. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite on the 9th floor based on my status and the room was better than most Garden Inn's in the United States. The hotel was within walking distance to a Wong's supermarket and a couple restaurants, so it was nice not needing to take a taxi for a couple days. The hotel had a decent breakfast and a good gym. But the best part was the comfort of the room. I had doubts staying in this neighborhood as most tourists stay in Miraflores, but I felt safe and appreciated the good deal with using points at this hotel. Overall - this was a great stay if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable brief stay in Lima.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, propre, calme et moderne avec des lits très confortables. Le petit déjeuner inclus est servi sur la surface supérieure et est assez vaste, y compris les choix froids et chauds. Nous resterions certainement ici à nouveau et nous le recommanderions aux autres. Une porte de quibble- chambre n'a pas d'œil ni de larve pour vérifier qui est en train de frapper. Mais nous nous sommes sentis très sûrs là-bas.

Mon petit-déjeuner buffet est à l'hôtel Ikonik, c'était l'une des meilleures expériences que j'ai eues. Tous les repas très riches, chauds et le personnel très gentil et attentif à toute demande. Je répéterai l'expérience et surtout je reviendrai pour le pan de chocolat.

Séjour en voyage d'affaires. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, simple mais pas simple. Il y a des œufs durs. C'est trop inattendu. J'aime vivre dans une chambre double, un lit pour dormir et se reposer, et l'autre lit pour ranger les choses. Il y a un parking. Il est très pratique de prendre un taxi jusqu'au hall d'exposition pour 10 sols. Il n'y a pas de KFC à proximité, ce qui est un peu gênant. De plus, les restaurants locaux de Lima sont ouverts à 11/12 midi et le petit-déjeuner ne peut être résolu qu'à l'hôtel tôt le matin. Rappel : L'embouteillage à Lima est très sérieux ! ! ! Si vous allez à l'aéroport, veuillez réserver au moins 4-5 heures à l'avance pour éviter les vols manqués👿

Rooms clean, neighborhood safe, and the service was perfect. Staff found a way to help me at every turn. They had a bike for me to use which was great..lots of good bike paths near the ocean. They had a metro card for me to use. They arranged taxis and exchanged money of They had enough. One thing to know is the hotel.is not actually in the active area so if you want to walk around you need to take a cab or micro. Micros are wonderful. They pass in front of the hotel every minute or 2 and only cost a sole. They almost all go to kennedy park- the centre of action, arriving at kenedy within about 5 minutes. Breakfast was good, but remember to press the button on the table for service otherwise they may nit notice you. It took me a couple days to figure that out. Button method works perfect.

L'environnement moderne, avec une vue agréable des zones vertes, service d'alimentation à la chambre A1, excellente préparation de nourriture et de pommes de terre comme à la maison. This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

Dès l'arrivée dans le quartier chic de Miraflorees, le personnel est aux petits soins et affiche toujours le sourire. Il parle anglais. On se sent bien d'emblée dans le lobby. Idem pour la chambre qui a du cachet avec sa petite couverture décorative, ses quelques oeuvres d'art et son joli tapis. C'est propre, la literie est confortable et il y a beaucoup d'éléments à disposition (sèche-cheveux, table à repasser, savons, crèmes...) Le frigo-bar est encastré dans le meuble de la salle de bain. La connexion wifi est parfaite. Le restaurant testé en soirée est parfait d'un point de vue service comme de ce qui m'a été servi (saumon grillé sur lit de purée de fenouil). Idem pour le petit-déjeuner. Le buffet est très très vaste et le personnel checke en permanence son achalandage. Dans le hall se trouve aussi un service concierge, idéal notamment pour commander mon taxi à l'avance.

Notre chambre a trois lits de pleine taille, une petite table et deux chaises, une machine à café Nespresso, sacs de thé et un mini-frigo. Caisse de dépôt dans un énorme armoire. TV et bon WiFi. Les chambres sont très confortables et les feuilles et les coussins de première classe. Le petit déjeuner était adéquat et il y a de l'eau chaude avec des sacs de thé et une gamme de sacs de thé disponible tout le temps. Passage à pied aux boutiques et aux restaurants, mais pas au milieu de tout le bruit !

Demandez une réservation pour un buffet pour le anniversaire de mon fiancé et depuis ek jour 1 l'attention a été incroyable , ils m'ont contacté et m'ont demandé le nom de mon fiancé pour lui donner un détail . The AC Marriott Hotel in Miraflores was one of my best international hotel experiences so far. The staff were all extremely friendly and helped me with multiple different things — updating my keys, late check-in, restaurant recommendations, laundry services, room requests, etc. I stayed for 7 days and felt extremely well taken care of. The views of the ocean from the AC Hotel were great — from the both the rooftop and the 2nd floor lounge. I used all of the amenities at this location — the Breakfast Kitchen (morning buffets), the AC Lounge/Bar, the rooftop bar/kitchen, and the rooftop gym. My favorite out of all of them had to be the breakfast experience. I loved the furniture and styling of the entire hotel, and the beds/pillows were perfect for me (medium-firm). Special thank you to the Front Desk concierge staff that helped me during my stay: Diego, Anthony, and Analucia. Breakfast was amazing - so many farm to market varieties. My favorites were the fresh house-made yogurt, fresh juices (pineapple was my favorite), and the rotating traditional breakfast items. Thank you to to the following breakfast staff members that recommended items and took care of my meals every morning: Alex Quiroz, Esther, and John My other favorite amenity was the AC Lounge (and rooftop bar). A wonderful area to sit and be taken care of — coffee, water, and great seating options as well in the work area. Never had an issue finding a spot to sit and work at, or a spot to lounge and relax at. Big thank you to Christian from the Bar for taking care of me at both the AC lounge and the rooftop bars and helping me understand the Peruvian versions of vodka+sprite and rum+coke. I fell in love with Lima during this trip and will be visiting again — I will definitely be booking my stay at the AC Marriott in Miraflores when I come to visit in the future! Thank you again to all the wonderful hotel staff for making my stay so effortless :)

Cet hôtel est bien situé, dans le quartier plus sûr de Miraflores, avec des transports et des déplacements pratiques. Il s'agit d'un voyage d'affaires. Il n'y a aucun problème pour les deux hommes qui marchent sur la route. Il est proche de la mer et du centre commercial local Larcomar et peut être atteint en 10 minutes à pied environ. Les installations de l'hôtel sont vieilles et les chambres sont petites, mais cela peut être un problème courant dans les hôtels locaux. Pas de climatisation, nous sommes restés le 21 septembre, froid et humide, et il n'y avait aucun moyen de laver les vêtements. Je dois payer la lessive. La beauté à la réception parle anglais, le service est chaleureux et vous pouvez également laisser vos bagages gratuitement. C'est bien!

L'emplacement de cette maison d'hôtes est très caché. Je suis arrivé la nuit pour le trouver pendant un moment, mais la réceptionniste était très sympathique et a aidé à commander des plats à emporter. La taille de la chambre n'est pas grande et elle peut être utilisée comme un hôtel de nuit. Au premier étage, il y a un petit billard pour le passe-temps, eau potable chaude et froide, c'est très intime. Nous sommes allés à l'aéroport tôt le lendemain matin et ma sœur a préparé un petit-déjeuner à emporter, ce qui me fait très plaisir ! Éloge général

El Golf is in a very safe neighborhood and Uber rides were always at our door within 5 minutes. The American breakfast was buffet style when the hotel was full and made to order the morning we left when there were less guests. The old home is beautiful and there is a courtyard with a small dipping pool in the back. We stayed in the first floor suite with a king bed, spa tub and walk in shower. Very spacious for the two of us. No street noise. The desk is staffed 24 hours and lets you in and out the locked glass doors for your transportation and walks. They spoke excellent English and found answers to any questions we had. I would definitively recommend to family and friends.

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

Hotel Fantastics dans une grande localisation. Super propre et confortable. Très bon personnel. Délicieux petit déjeuner tous les matins. Très recommandé pour visiter Lima. Nous avons commencé et terminé notre visite au Pérou en restant dans cet hôtel. Nous avons marqué tout le long de cette ville, et cette position centrale était particulièrement idéale.

L’hôtel possède un bon service client, de spa et une piscine agréable, par contre le restaurant de l’hôtel est catastrophique: Un service qui est EXTRÊMEMENT LENT et sans intérêt pour le client, attendre 30 minutes qu’on s’occupe de nous, devoir aller chercher le serveur, aller jusqu’à la caisse pour se faire encaisser, se faire ignorer pendant 15 minutes encore. La nourriture est bonne mais classique. Je n’y retournerai pas et c’est la seule raison qui me fait hésiter à retourner dans cet hôtel « los incas » qui a lui un vrai service.

Le petit déjeuner est moyen et complet. Il n'y avait rien à manger pour le petit déjeuner le premier jour, mais les plats du deuxième jour ont changé, donc je peux manger suffisamment. L'attitude du service est correcte, la chambre est un peu vieillotte. Le côté près de la route principale est bruyant. Il y a un centre commercial à proximité où vous pouvez manger. Proche de la vieille ville, l'emplacement est plus pratique. Mais ne voyagez pas trop tard, faites attention à la sécurité.

I did not realize it when I booked this hotel, but there are several Jose Antonio Hotels in Lima. I suppose it is something like a Hilton in the US. I was to join our travel group and was coming in early. So long story short, I booked the wrong Jose Antonio Hotel. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I arrived late from the US, and they couldn't find my reservation. The young man at the desk made a few phone calls, and he figured it out for me. I decided to just stay for one night and join the group the next day. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The hotel must be used as meeting and convention space as there are rooms, a very large reception area, and some beautiful artwork. I had a complimentary breakfast in the morning, and the coffee was exception. All in all, I was very happy I stayed there.

We decided to make Centro by Casa Andina in Miraflores the recommended hotel for our wedding guests in Lima. We expected the hotel to be rather simple, and decided for it without knowing it only due to the price and location (since we had guests with different budgets coming to Lima for our wedding). We cannot be happier that we chose this hotel. From the first day, even before the guests started arriving, the friendly staff supported us with all queries: where are hairdressers near by, can the rooms be close to each other, can make up artists come to the rooms to get the guests ready, booking problems for some of them, etc. All these was supported by the amazing staff. We really cannot thank them enough! They made every guest feel welcome, they supported each of them with all their queries, and had a lot of patience towards the big group. Also we (bride and groom) decided to stay in the hotel for our wedding night to be close to our guests and it was the best decision. We got a very warm welcome from the staff and felt very comfortable. Regarding the rooms: we were positively surprised of the size, quality, cleanness, equipment. For the price we were not expecting the high quality of the rooms and facilities and in such a centric location. Even the breakfast (which while booking was communicated as a lunch box) was tasty and coffee was great! Thanks again to the staff, and specially Jonathan, the manager from the hotel, who really made the stay during such important festivities for our wedding guests and ourselves memorable.

Il est interdit de recevoir une visite quelconque dans sa chambre. Ce qui est malhonnête, c'est qu'on découvre cela quand il est trop tard pour annuler. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement cher pour ce qu'il est, mais en cela cet hôtel ne se différencie pas des autres hôtels à Lima actuellement, malheureusement.

We picked the hotel because it has triple rooms and it’s reviews. However it’s not the great hotel reviewed 2 and 3 years ago. The good points for the hotel are the employees especially Tanya. The hotel is very clean and the location is great. Breakfast is below par. Only one cup and one hand towel was provided to a room despite the fact that we were 5. The espresso machine did not have cup or capsules for use. No water bottle was provided. It feel management looked to cut cost were posible.

Depuis que le traitement du personnel maltraité est arrivé, j'avais déjà enregistré les 4 jours d'hébergement et payé le premier jour, tous les jours que je descendais me prélèvent mal le jour, menaçant que si je passais de 12 heures : 00 am me augmenteraient le tarif ( je ne l'ai jamais vu dans un hôtel, c'est plus une annulation à la fin de votre séjour ) appelez Recepcion pour prêter une planche et ils m'ont emmené dans la chambre à 20 minutes pour me demander, Je vous ai demandé de me la prêter un instant plus et de me dire NO parce que la planche ne la prête que pour 20 minutes??? Et je leur ai demandé si c'était la seule planche qu'ils avaient pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel et qu'ils m'ont dit si 😱, Le deuxième jour, la reception me dit que la reception qui désoccupe la chambre parce que vous l'avez réservée, que c'est-ce que c'est???? Comment pouvez-vous réserver une chambre qui est déjà réservée????? me ont pratiquement voté, quelle mauvaise expérience, c'est le pire hôtel qui existe le traitement et le service est terrible. JE N'EN RECOMMANDE EST LA FINAL OPTION QUE T'AI.

L'hôtel est très bien et le service est accueillant, mais des prix similaires peuvent vivre en westin ou en hilton. Cette évaluation est anormalement élevée. L'hôtel est très bien, mais c'est un hôtel de milieu de gamme. La qualité n'est pas si trompeuse (comme moi).
