The Elgin Carlton Studios was small but perfect for a single or a couple for a few nights. Well located near to many restaurants with an enjoyable walk through parks to zoo precinct and easy tram return. Hot water wasn’t available but I’m sure the helpful team at the studios jumped onto that.

酒店好靚設計，家具好喜歡，又乾淨企理。部份酒店用品喜歡的可以買走。位置屬於free tram zone 外，坐tram去CBD地區需要車費，但其實使用Uber都十分方便。天台逢星期五晚酒店有活動，就算冇活動日子夜晚對住火爐，睇星星都好正！！ 平日比較冷清，週六日就十分熱鬧，酒店樓下及對面停車場有活動，可以行下Market同飲咖啡 :)

衞生還可以，設施比較簡單，也不是很新，相當於北京展覽館酒店的樣子。如果臨時訂一天的房間，行政大床房人民幣700多一點，其實不貴。這邊外邊中餐館吃一頓飯都要80--100人民幣一個人。我是連住了7天，反而房價高。不想奢侈，這裏性價比還可以。

The manager was very nice, the hotel rooms are located at 2/F but he is willing to help with the luggage carry even without request. The hotel location is fantastic, only 20-30 mins to Melbourne central (one tram only after you get the skybus from airport as well). supermarket, restaurant, cafe, gelato shop around as well. Clean, big room, nice toilet&restroom, nice kitchen, nice laundry. Highly recommend that hotel, definitely my priority choice if I come to Melbourne again. The only bad side is the room at 2/F that you have to carry your stuff up and down if you buy lots of things. And watch out especially in rainy day as it’s a metal stair.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel deux fois maintenant et nous y retournerons. L'hôtel est très bien situé et il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La seule chose qui était décevante était le lit. Ils avaient mis deux singles ensemble, il y avait donc un énorme plongeon au milieu. C'était un peu bizarre. A part ça, nous y retournerons la prochaine fois que nous irons à Melbourne.

Le parking est très spacieux, avec une salle de manœuvre facile et des espaces amples pour le parking des clients. Il est verrouillé de 10h à 8h avec accès à la carte pour les clients. Il est très bon de vous rendre à l'hôtel, mais vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. La chambre était très propre, lumineuse et airée, tranquille, décorée avec une excellente cuisine, et avec wifi gratuit. Le parc Royal est situé à 2 minutes à pied du parc Royal, et le seul élément à prendre en considération lors de la conduite du motel est sa position sur Flemington Road. Si vous ne êtes pas de Melbourne et que vous êtes familiarisé avec l'arrivée de l'autoroute sur Flemington Road, l'entrée est très facile à manquer et il peut être un défi de revenir à l'entrée du motel sur la route, Les pilotes de Melbourne ne sont pas très bien placés pour laisser les autres changer de voie.
