Le service personnalisé, excellent, toujours avec le meilleur intérêt du client. Le petit déjeuner buffet a une grande variété qui a légèrement changé de jour à jour. Le menu du dîner est varié et la nourriture est frais et bien préparé. Les locaux sont propres la chambre que j'avais été spacieux. La piscine sur le toit n'est rien à écrire à la maison mais il est disponible. I was excited at the reviews from others, but it didn't live up to our expectations, unfortunately. The property looks great, has been mostly updated, and is well maintained. We had a terrace executive suite on the 3rd floor with a hot tub. However, there were several issues. Room: Water pressure is low and barely gets hot. I asked the front desk to look into the water pressure and nothing was done or followed up on. Due to the construction next door, it was very noisy from 8:45 am (even on Saturday), which also eliminated any privacy on the terrace. There's no sound insulation so we heard every person and conversation happening outside the room in the hallway. No face towels were provided. You have to ask for an iron/ironing board. They don't speak English so I had to walk down to the basement with the maintenance guy to find one, which we kept in the room. Staff: Slow, unattentive, has difficulty with closing out checks. We waited for at least 10 minutes every time we wanted to close a bill. You have to get up and find them to order, etc. They don't monitor the dining room or rooftop bar sufficiently to check on you. Property: Well-positioned to walk to a lot of restaurants, etc. The gym is horrible. It's the size of a bathroom and contains a bike with a fan-operated by a battery, which wasn't charged, a broken treadmill, one medicine ball, and free weights. Rooftop bar & Pool: Some nights movies are projected on a large silkscreen. The pool has no shade whatsoever. There are a few lounge chairs with no more than 2 umbrellas. Prepare to get burned. They don't have consistent policies for parties, closing and noise. One party was allowed to go until 2 am and we had to endure every conversation still taking place well after 2:30. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel super bien ubicado en la zona colonial, muy rápido el check in y la habitación era pequeña con dos camas individuales, pero muy bien organizados los espacios. Me gustó la cercanía al malecón de Santo Domingo, los monumentos y restaurantes. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, era buffet con platillos variados, jugo, té y café. Sólo tuvimos un problema con la regadera el primer día, pero lo reporté en la recepción y lo arreglaron de forma inmediata. Lo que sí es que tienen un refrigerados con productos y agua que no están incluídos pero debo de decir que los precios muy caros, una botella de agua de 1.5 lts casi 4 usd, cuando en el super no llegaba ni a un dolar. Consejos: Nosotras tomamos un taxi desde la parada del Expreso bávaro que era la del parque Enriquillo hacia la zona colonial por 5 usd, posteriormente, nos arreglamos con el taxista y nos llevo del hotel al aeropuerto las Américas. Si alguien quiere los datos de contacto, por favor, mándeme un mensaje. La avenida del conde es donde pueden encontrar más souvenirs y a buen precio. Tengan cuidado con los vendedores callejeros que te dicen que venden plata .025 y larimar, muchas veces no son originales. Para entrar a catedral necesitan ir con ropa que cubra los hombros y falda abajo de la rodilla o pantalón. Algunos monumetos estaban cerrados porque había eventos como bodas y quinceañerasa.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon, le petit déjeuner était très bon. Les chambres sont calmes, la piscine et la salle de fitness sont tout simplement parfaites. Le personnel était si gentil et parle différentes langues si vous ne parlez pas un espagnol fluant si vous me plaisiez. Je voudrais remercier Anglais, Yaely et Heredia au bureau de front. Je reviendrai dans 2 semaines pour 5 jours supplémentaires ...

Je n'aime pas vraiment être personnel, mais la dame du petit déjeuner à Colonial 154H Hotel n'aime pas son travail, servir les gens ou se lever tôt. Je suis un hôte plutôt patient (je l'espère;-)). c'est à propos de l'hospitalité, de l'amitié générale et de l'absence de tentative ... Cependant, le troisième jour, je me suis juste trouvé un autre endroit pour le petit déjeuner et plutôt payé extra (aller à la place principale devant la cathédrale - bon petit déjeuner, prix et service!) ... Ce hôtel est en fait un beau petit oasis au milieu du quartier colonial avec (petites mais) chambres bien décorées et personnel ami/compétent. Donc si vous pouvez obtenir une réservation qui ne comprend pas le petit déjeuner, je recommande fortement Colonial 154H, si ce n'est pas le cas, vérifiez les autres options ...

I would have given this hotel 5 stars were it not for its restaurant menu. It seriously needs an overhaul - it is all over the place (asian, mexican, hamburgers etc..). Choices for room service are the same as the restaurant with no real ”sandwich” or snack option (everyone does not eat hamburger and fries). I don't want to eat with a fork and knife on the bed. Grill cheese and a soup would have been a nice offering. We don't all eat meat. Breakfast was typical buffet style with an egg station. Pricey for the offerings, not amazing. However, the staff, location, cleanliness and rooms were excellent!! My daughter and I felt very safe. The small pool area is lovely. The gym and sauna were also very clean - wish I had more time to use all of the offerings. We were here for a family reunion and getting to meet ups was so easy and fast. Uber is so cheap and they come quickly with no hassles. Malls and restaurants are all around this location. So many upscale as well small Cafe type restaurants within walking distance. I really enjoyed my short stay at this Holiday Inn.

Il y a plus de 5 ans depuis ma dernière visite et il reviendra à présent à l'hôtel, et il y aura des services excellents. Dès le moment où j'avais besoin de chatter pendant que je suis en retard et j'avais besoin de services urgents avant l'entrée, jusqu'à mon entrée de 1 h, services de chambre, dîner avec mes collègues locaux, services d'essai de coudes pré-excursion, Tout ce que je voulais et que je voulais était disponible et avec un sourire. Tout le monde est si agréable et courtois. Amour le personnel et les services ici - les chambres étaient très propres et confortables, bien sûr. J'ai laissé quelque chose dans ma chambre que j'ai réalisé après mon retour et qu'il a été trouvé par garde-house et envoyé à ma maison !

I stayed in El Beaterio for 4 nights. It’s such a beautiful casa museo located in a quiet area. The room is nice and clean decorated with old maps of La española. The courtyard has lots of sunlight and plants that I enjoyed my breakfast here (though you need to apply mosquito repellent as they are quite active if you come in early morning like 6-8am) Check out the terrace in the early morning and you would get a nice photo with sun rise. The staff here are very nice. I stayed in the room downstair the first night and I asked them to change my room to upper floor as i prefer more natural light in my room and they are really helpful to find a room for me and get it ready after I returned from a city walk tour. The breakfast choices are moderate with eggs, sausage, salamis, toast, fruits and yogurt. They also serve a cup of fresh juice and a big pot of hot coffee. The coffee was always hot no matter how long I had my breakfast which was great for me. I also like the location of El Beaterio a lot. It is close to everything but in a quiet and nice area which I feel safe and calm. The restaurant El Buho a few steps from the hotel serves very nice food with reasonable price. I had ceviche tropical and it was very tasty. I tried 4 restaurants in zona colonial and El Buho was my favorite. Highly recommend to stay in El Beaterio if you want to enjoy colonial charm away from the crowds.

Nous sommes parti en couple du 12 au 21 août. Hôtel propre, chambre rien à redire conforme aux photos , linge changé tous les jours. Personnel du complexe très agréable. Plage direct via l’hôtel. Prêt des serviettes de plage, top. Un restaurant prêt de la plage le midi. Un autre a la réception matin midi soir. Buffet varié C’est un complexe d’hôtels très grands mais qui nous a posé aucun soucis de la réception à la plage compter 10-15 minutes à pied sinon il y a la navette ça c’est vraiment le top!! Contrairement à ce que j’ai pu voir les navettes blanche ne sont pas du tout payantes ça vous amène de la réception à la plage la navette fait tout le temps ce trajet et vous avez juste à dire stop quand vous voulez vous arrêter. Elle est là du matin au soir et il y en a tout au long de la journée ! 3 piscines a votre disposition avec bar dans chacune. Parcontre je ne vais pas nié qu’il y a la queue pour manger mais sérieux on est en vacances jamais plus de 10min, le temps que les tables soient toutes prêtes quand on arrive. Perso je ne comprends pas les avis des personnes… comme quoi il faut pas toujours ce fier aux avis.. je vous le recommande ++++ familles, en couple.. il y en a pour tout le monde.

Le centre de l'hôtel est situé dans une zone de 2 km de la ville, où le centre de l'hôtel est situé. Le bureau de première vue, l'homme de la cloche, et bien sûr le département HOUSEKEEPING fournissent un grand service à la clientèle. J'étais très impressionné par le restaurant de petit déjeuner, surtout Maria. J'aime cet hôtel. Je donne cet hôtel 10 étoiles. La piscine et la cuisine étaient excellentes. Si vous êtes déjà à Santo Domingo. Veuillez ne pas hésiter et faites votre réservation avec cet hôtel. Grands tarifs, grande localisation, et GRANDE PERSONNEL.RÉSERVER HORS!!!

Au vu des photos et avis, nous avons réservé 2 nuits pour visiter le quartier colonial et Saint Domingue. Mauvais surprise rien qu'en arrivant dans le secteur de l'hôtel, on aurait bien demandé au taxi de ne pas nous laisser là...mais bon aller, on rentre. Accueil sympa et lobby propre. Pour la chambre c'est autre chose, un box avec un hublot, un lit inconfortable et une salle de bain de 1.5 m carré, tellement petite qu'ils ont découpé la porte pour faire passer le bord du lavabo. Nous sortons, ça pue, c'est sale et on se fait agresser de toutes parts, franchement on ne se sent vraiment pas en sécurité, on fait vite fait les spots à voir et on rentre. Nuit horrible, hôtel bruyant et mal fréquenté, enfin sauf si vous voulez de la compagnie..., aboiements toute le nuit , odeurs... on n'a que très peu dormi ! Nous avions informé que nous ne resterions pas les 2 nuits , le gérant fait l'étoné et bien évidemment ne nous propose aucun dédommagement sur la seconde nuit payée..bref je pourrais continuer, mais ça n'en vaut pas la peine, aller ailleurs, j'en resterai là

Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel situé au cœur de la zona colonial. La chambre occupée avait une salle de bain parfaite, avec une grande douche, un lit ultra confortable. Un frigo à dispo, une prise usb à côté du lit pour recharger son portable , un bureau à de bonne taille et un grand placard avec coffre, c’est plutôt bien pensé . Le petit déjeuner donne le choix entre 3 formules : européen, américain et dominicain, toujours avec jus frais et fruits, ce n’est pas parfait mais le café est bon et le service très attentif. Attention dans le choix de la chambre , certaines ne possèdent pas de fenêtres (seulement dans la salle de bain) mais peut être que le bruit y est moins présent (musique à fond des bars environnants) .

I would definitely consider staying at this property during my next trip to Santo Domingo. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is very nice. And also the pool is a great place to hang out. One of the better Radisson properties I have ever been to. A very good value. One thing to keep in mind: the breakfast is not free although at a lot of other hotels at this quality breakfast is free. It cost about $15 per person. My suggestion would be to look elsewhere. But other than that, it’s a fantastic place and great staff.

Si vous avez juste besoin d'un endroit propre avec un four, cet hôtel est parfait ma deuxième fois de séjour ici il est toujours propre ma télévision dans ma chambre n'a pas fonctionné l'internet n'est pas grand mais je crois qu'il est une entreprise familiale comme vous le dites avec le plus haut niveau de le plus propre et l'hôtel est bien entretenu très spacieux et un prix très décent

Hotel Dona Elvira was recommended to my family who planned an overnight trip to see the sights of Santo Domingo’s colonial zone. This hotel did not disappoint. Aesthetically, it’s gorgeously historic. Its common area is open-air, covered and cooled by a magnificent mango tree with a pool in the middle (I’m not sure if the pool is meant for swimming, though it is clean and clear). Our room was large, very clean, air-conditioned, and well stocked with toiletries, towels, etc. Great, filling breakfast options are included in the room rate with a supper menu offered as well (not included in the rate). I found the staff to be VERY friendly, helpful, and accommodated some small changes to one of our room reservations without hesitation. We had a light, casual conversation with the owner during which he touched on the hotel’s history. I really do wish I could have spent more time in S.D. and taken in more of this quaint little boutique gem of a hotel.

Excellent location dans la zone Colonial, facile d'entrée, belle jardin spacieux, bar pour boissons, nourriture, grand canapé de haut, excellente connexion WiFi. superbe petit déjeuner pour un auberge. lits étaient ok, safes de mix, La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. 2 beaux chiens vivent là-bas qui ne m'ont pas dérangé comme je suis un amoureux d'animaux. La petite piscine à l'arrière, aime le type colonial traditionnel de maison. dans le grand lit, pas d'AC, dans le petit lit vous obtiendrez AC, petits et cassés, pas de curtains de confidentialité, petit fan près de mon lit n'était pas de travail, Il n'y a pas de tables latérales près des lits. La courte promenade de la gare Expresso bavaro à l'auberge n'est pas sûre, négocier un bon prix de taxi avant d'entrer et seuls accepter, sûr de marcher autour de l'auberge et de la zone coloniale à la nuit, veillez à ne pas perdre et aller dans la mauvaise rue, Utilisez les cartes Google, assurez-vous que vous savez où vous allez et où il n'est pas bon de partir.

L'hôtel est très bon, avec des employés très professionnels, surtout à la réception, ils sont très sympathiques et attentionnés. Eileen, Waneida et Rubelin font un excellent travail. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié, je reviendrai certainement l'année prochaine.

Avant de réserver, ils ont dit qu'ils avaient fourni un bon échange de 100 $. US par jour à leurs clients. Pour trois jours ils n'avaient pas de pesos dominiciens. Je me suis arrêté de demander. J'ai dû visiter une machine ATM extérieure. Ils étaient très bon marché avec les boissons et les snacks ”réels” qu'ils servent chaque jour de 530 à 730 h. Sur les snacks de courtoisie d'une nuit et deux boissons, l'employé m'a dit que le bar courait de la vodka. La cuisine dispose d'une micro-ondes, d'un petit réfrigérateur et d'un piège. Pas de plats, pas de four. Seuls les tasses.

Positif: Le récepteur est très courtois et poli. Les équipements sont ce que vous pouvez attendre d'un hôtel 2-stars. Très bonne position. Il y a un Mc Donald à 3 minutes de marche et un centre commercial juste en face. Espace sécurisé. Negatif : Le lit dans la chambre était petit.

L'intercontinental de Santo Domingo a offert non seulement le meilleur emplacement pour les affaires, le plaisir et les achats, mais le service client est tout simplement exceptionnel. Le restaurant a une belle vue sur la ville, les chambres insuffisantes et le meilleur bar de sushi. Merci spécial aux employés du bureau qui m'ont aidé et qui ont quitté la route quand j'ai perdu mon chargeur portable (très professionnel) et au chauffeur de limousine utile M. Norberto. J'ai séjourné à l'Intercontinental de São Paulo et de San Pedro Sula et ils sont également excellents. L'expérience de Santo Domingo était la meilleure.
