This is an easy access, ground floor, end-unit condo with lanai and wet bar. This condo is within a short walk to pool, hot tub, and BBQ areas. The master bedroom has a TV, king size bed, a walk in shower and opens onto it's own separate lanai. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed making this a great rental for two couples. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home making it easy to cook-in should you wish. The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa and opens onto the tile lanai which houses a wet bar, table and chairs for 6, and a ceiling fan. From the lanai you have a view of nicely landscaped grounds and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. Sit on the lanai and enjoy a quiet cup of morning coffee while wild turkeys strut by, or relax and enjoy a sunset drink after a day of exploring or swimming at a nearby beach. You will find beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and snorkel equipment for your use. Guide books for the island are available for your reference, making it easy to plan your adventures on the Big Island. This amazing 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is located on the golf course in Waikoloa Village. The house is completely remodeled with high end finishes and a private pool(POOL IS NOT FENCED OR GATED) with amazing views of the the mountains and ocean. There is an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and lots of fruit trees for your enjoyment. We are walking distance to tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and a short bike ride to the beach. There are two living rooms one with a 85 in TV and the other with a 60 in TV. The master suite has a king size bed and an en suite. There are two rooms downstairs with queen size beds and one bunk room with 2 full size beds and one twin bed. In the living room upstairs you will find a fold out twin bed in the ottoman. The couch downstairs can accommodate two more people for sleeping if desired. We have everything you need to enjoy this beautiful island - bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, snorkeling gear, cooler and beach towels. Come enjoy the Big Island in this amazing home! Paradise Found is a hosted rental with hosts available to assist you as much or little as you desire. **** Pool Safety disclosure and requirements. Please be advised****There is a pool on the property and pool is NOT fenced. There are safety alarms on all sliding doors downstairs leading to the pool. When opening the sliding doors or screens downstairs you will need to push the bypass alarm button before opening the sliding door or screen or the alarm will sound loudly. When bypassing the alarm by pushing the button you will have 10 seconds to open and close the screen or sliding door before alarm sounds. You will need to leave the screen or sliding door closed at all times for the alarm not to sound. Doors cannot be left open. This helps keep our children safe and also helps keep the bugs outside. Please watch children at all times and DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED. Children 12 years and younger and people of any age that cannot swim should be accompanied by an experienced swimmer on the pool deck at all times. Do Not Run On The Pool Deck. Pool deck is slippery when wet. No diving or jumping head first into pool. Pool is shallow. Pool is also equipped with child safety devises, PoolGuard PGRM-2 Pool Alarm NSF certified to ASTM standard F2208 (white L shaped bracket attached to the side of the pool) and a yellow and red floating devise that detects electrical current. Please DO NOT remove the PoolGuard Pool Alarm white bracket unless you are using the pool. When using the pool please remove the bracket and place in an Upright Position following the instructions which are located on the ledge as you enter the house. When finished using the pool please place the PoolGuard Pool Alarm back in the pool. Do not remove the electrical current detector (yellow and red floating devise) at any time. This detects if there is electrical current in the pool and should remain in the pool at all times. If this devise alarm sounds please exit the pool immediately and let us know. You can sit with your beverages on the large lanai, without the sun beating on you, and watch the many golfers attempt to make the green over the lava. During the summertime should be the best time of the year to see the sun descend into the ocean from our lanai (and maybe see the "Green Flash"). In the winter, the sun sets further to South, so to get a full sunset, you can walk out onto the golf course at the end of the par 3 hole to view. There is only one step to enter, and three steps inside between the bedroom and living area (so essentially GROUND-LEVEL entry and above ground lanai). Pickleball and tennis are across the street with 2 lighted courts and are bookable for reservations. The nearly new Olympic-size pool plus a baby pool and showers/washrooms is across the street, with loungers and shady areas surrounding it.Of course, we are also looking for the prime beaches. Many of the most admired beaches are a short drive from our condo. We thoroughly enjoy snorkeling and lounging at Hapuna/Kukio/A-Bay/Mauna Lani/Mauna Kea (A-Bay is the closest at around 12 minute drive downhill and Hapuna is 19 minutes). Waikoloa Village has been expanding with many new restaurants and some of the most popular on Hawaii Island are located in the Village. The restaurants and KTA grocery/pharmacy is only a few minutes drive including wine and beer. Lastly, the Village is in an excellent location to explore island, since there are highways going in almost all directions (68 minute drive to Hilo, 35 min drive to Kona Airport, 26 min drive to Waimea). The Volcano Park is on the other side of the island, so is around 2.5 hours drive.We also have all of the necessities to enjoy the beaches: Cooler, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Toys, Towels, and Snorkel Gear. You really just need your bathing suits and sunscreen. One Bedroom (immaculate) Condo with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Maui and Kohala Mountain.Welcome to “Kailana” (Sea and Sun roughly translated from the Hawaiian), our beautifully maintained and tastefully furnished very private happy place, that sits right on the Village Golf Course at Waikoloa! Kailana is a perfect couples retreat, featuring a one bed (King size), one bath unit, that will tantalize you with her sunset views at the end of the day making this the spot you want to call ‘home’ on the Big Island. Kailana has delighted visitors to the Waikoloa area for many years as a very successful vacation rental with a 4.9 Customer satisfaction rating on VRBO from over 120 Guest reviews.We recently purchased this slice of heaven from a very good friend of ours. We’ve enjoyed many stays here at Kailana over the years. Every time we visited the Big Island we fell under the spell of its beautiful views.Kailana features a single bedroom, well-appointed bathroom, washer and dryer, a stocked kitchen, a relaxing great room, and views to beautiful sunsets. Included in the primary bedroom closet is a luxury twin mattress that can be placed on the living room floor if you have a child with you. The outside Lanai is accessed by a sliding glass door that takes you out to a view that faces west towards the Ocean and the best sunsets on the Big Island! Outside on the lanai are two lounge chaises and a dining table with 4 chairs. In addition to these amenities, Kailani also has a “smart” television, full Wi-Fi service along with a closet full of beach goodies such as towels, mats, boogie boards, coolers etc. Fun activity amenities include a full-size pool and tennis courts across the street for your use (no charge) and the Golf Course that you look out to through your condo windows is available with reduced fees (half price) as you would be our guests. You are also 5 minutes away from amenities such as groceries, restaurants and gasoline.The kitchen includes two refrigerators, one brand new full size and the other a mini fridge (turn it on if you wish to use it) to store your sodas, beers etc. The kitchen also features a brand-new stove/cooktop, brand new dishwasher, toaster oven, brand new coffee maker, brand new toaster along with a brand new blender. There is an array of cooking utensils, pots and pans. All major appliances have been recently replaced in May of 2023. All the kitchen countertops are granite. The King size bed and pillows were recently replaced as were the new linens and towels for the bedroom, bath, and kitchen.The furniture in the great room is made of tropical hardwood and the seating is upholstered with leather. The entire interior was recently painted, and the interior décor is styled in a relaxing Asian theme. Parking is available with a designated “F211” parking spot in the condo parking lot or, (as we do) park right in front of the condo on the street.Many beaches and luxury hotels are within a 15 minute to a one-half hour drive from the condo. Une petite famille d'accueil très confortable avec trois chambres. Les sœurs s'occupent de tout ensemble. Ils ont rénové toutes les chambres après leur arrivée ici l'année dernière. Toutes les installations sont neuves et les chambres sont très spacieuses. Comme le vol a été retardé de 4 heures, il était déjà plus de 8 heures du soir à l'hôtel. Ils ont également appelé Ctrip pour nous rappeler que la réception quitterait le travail à 6 heures et ont joint un guide d'auto-enregistrement détaillé. Suivez les instructions et tout se passe bien. J'y ai passé deux nuits. Des jus de fruits frais, des gâteaux à la banane, des bols de fruits et des puddings faits maison étaient disponibles dans le réfrigérateur. Des gâteaux au yaourt et à la noix de coco étaient fournis pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain. Chaque chambre était équipée d'un micro-ondes, d'une machine à café filtre et d'une bouillotte. Le gâteau à la banane est un gros morceau, et je n'ai fini le petit-déjeuner qu'en deux jours. Il n'y a donc aucune chance de goûter le gâteau à la noix de coco, dommage. Parce qu'il est nouvellement décoré, le lit est équipé d'une prise de courant et il y a deux ports USB, les problèmes de tension et de convertisseur sont tous résolus. C'est la troisième fois que nous venons sur la Grande Ile. Nous avons déjà connu au moins six hôtels et familles d'accueil de tous niveaux. C'est vraiment rare dans la région. Le seul bémol est que l'insonorisation n'est vraiment pas bonne. L'oncle d'à côté ronfle comme le tonnerre. Ainsi, des bouchons d'oreilles en tête de pièce peuvent être considérés comme une solution.

酒店環境不錯，有夏威夷熱帶風情，2018年春節和先生來大島就住在這家，印象很好。當時訂了同樣的一卧室別墅，結果我們入住時發現有兩間卧室（並沒有被告知是免費升級了，衹有兩個人也沒必要升級到兩室）。所以這次和朋友夫妻四人一起再遊大島，還是訂了一卧室別墅，入住發現衹有一間卧室，朋友夫妻衹能住在廳裏的沙發床，烏龍了一場。早知如此，我們就選擇住在hilo了，房價便宜，去黑沙灘，綠沙灘，冒凱納天文台，火山公園會近，時間也能省下不少了。酒店附近有個shopping center, 位置很好，看日落特別好。裏面很多飯店可以選擇，其中的sunset restsurant環境不錯，看日落位置絕佳，但菜品很一般

Le plafond des enfants de l'île. La zone du club des enfants de plus de cinq ans est aussi beaucoup plus grande que Auberge, et les enfants de moins de cinq ans peuvent jouer avec des adultes et manger gratuitement dans tout restaurant de l'hôtel. Il y a 3000 espèces de poissons par pond rois. La surface de l'eau est calme et sûre. Tout est très adapté aux enfants à plonger 🤿 La première est que les États-Unis sont plus de chambres. De nombreuses personnes ne sont pas très en place. Le service est plus efficace que le pays. Le petit déjeuner est en ligne tous les jours pour attendre le poste de poste. Le café est généralement presque fini pour monter à la table; Deuxièmement, la qualité de la plage est également généralement présente. Une petite partie du milieu est adaptée à la promenade et à la fourth saison de la traînée, mais elle est aussi superbe pour la plage de Auberge qui ne se déplace pas complètement. Dès que j'ai ouvert la porte, j'ai senti que le prix en valait la peine. Il y avait une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon-salle à manger spacieux et confortable, et deux chambres avec salles de bain séparées, ce qui pouvait accueillir deux familles. Le seul inconvénient était qu'il y avait un gros cadavre de cafard dans la salle de bain de la chambre principale. L'hygiène n'était donc pas satisfaisante.

L'hôtel est magnifique, mais le service à la réception est médiocre. Trois heures ont été perdues à l'enregistrement, il n'y avait qu'une seule personne dans la file d'attente au moment du départ et la facture d'une dame a été mal calculée. Le retard a été de plus d'une demi-heure et les invités ne peuvent qu'attendre. C'est incroyable qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule personne à la réception. Comment un tel service peut-il correspondre à la marque et à la beauté de l'hôtel ? Parce que j'étais pressé, j'ai dû payer ma carte de chambre avant de partir, la facture n'a pas été réglée, et mon acompte et mon indemnité n'ont pas été payés. Je ne sais pas comment résoudre le problème plus tard?

La réputation de l'hôtel Liuli est également ici dans l'ensemble. Le service est toujours bon, peut-être parce que les touristes étrangers ne se sentent pas particulièrement bien, mais les conditions matérielles et le sens du design sont très fortes sur la plage, vous pouvez également voir les affiches savent toujours que l'île doit vivre dans l'hôtel Liuli ou que le restaurant peut espérer. Plus d'exemples, mais le meilleur endroit pour le moment est que l'activité est plus grande, et l'hôtel est très bon à jouer.

Hotel délicieux dans une position privilégiée : sur une péninsule de lagunes/« poignées » remplies de faune comme des héros, des tortues et des poissons. Chaque matin, il y a des gens qui pêchent et jouissent du parc à côté de la porte et la piscine est située pour profiter de toutes ces beautés. Les chambres sont de base et datées mais vous avez ce que vous avez besoin et si vous avez un calme Hilo mindset vous apprécierez probablement la vibe tropicale des années 60 autant que nous l'avons fait ! Il y a aussi un petit magasin de soirée/liquore et un magasin de cadeaux. Conseil sur la façon de faire de votre expérience un resort : - Réservez la chambre 416 ou quelque chose à proximité : une avec balcon sur le côté de l'Océan. - saisissez des viandes et des fromages du supermarché et si vous pouvez, des œufs durs cuits ou le genre de compléter vos petits-déjeuners (il y a un réfrigérateur dans votre chambre et vous pouvez mettre votre petit-déjeuner continental à partir de l'hôtel dans un conteneur pour aller à nouveau à chaque (jour). -remontez tôt chaque jour pour prendre le petit déjeuner dans le balcon et profiter de votre vue quelques heures avant les activités du jour.

L'hébergement sur la grande île d'Hawaï est très cher. Il est difficile de trouver un bon hôtel pas cher près du parc national des volcans. Le seul choix est le B&B. Ne pensez pas que le B&B est une villa unifamiliale. Ce n'est pas une maison en Australie ou à Hawaï. Très cher, le prix que vous voyez, vous ne pouvez louer qu'une chambre dans la villa, la cuisine et le salon sont à partager avec d'autres. Ce lodge a moins de cent ans. Il est difficile à trouver. Le lieu d'enregistrement n'est pas avec le lodge, et vous devez voir l'heure d'enregistrement. Si vous le manquez, les gens s'arrêteront de travailler. Le personnel vous donnera une carte, claire. Dites-vous où se trouve la cabane, ou donnez-lui directement la navigation. Il vous aidera à entrer les coordonnées, ce qui est facile à trouver. La cabane est à environ 1 km du studio et roule très vite. La voiture peut être garée dans l'espace ouvert à la porte, la cabine est très propre, le salon est chauffé et le ventilateur de plafond est en marche. Il semble que la différence de température entre les montagnes et la forêt soit très élevée. Il y a aussi une famille chinoise qui reste ensemble. C'est juste que tout le monde peut discuter et ne pas se sentir retenu. La chambre n'est pas grande, les produits de toilette dans la salle de bain sont très complets. Heureusement, la chambre à l'étage est sur notre famille. Personne ne partageait la salle de bain. J'ai déjà dit que cette maison se dit depuis cent ans. Il peut être conservé ainsi. C'est déjà très bien. Il y a des supermarchés et des restaurants à proximité, il faut sortir en voiture, le prix du supermarché est un peu élevé, il vaut mieux régler le dîner directement au restaurant, le petit déjeuner peut être acheté au supermarché, donc la cuisine de la maison en bois est inutile. Lors de votre départ, jetez simplement la clé directement dans la boîte aux lettres de la porte et quelqu'un la nettoiera.

Le Condo était en bonne condition, aurait pu utiliser de nouveaux tapis et de peinture touch-up mais malgré cette très propre!!! La taille du condo était parfaite et nous pouvions voir l'océan à partir des portes du patio. Le lave-vaisselle était une excellente fonctionnalité que nous avons utilisée!! Le personnel du bureau frontal était très utile et amiable. Le parking était inclus et facile à trouver. Condo était proche du shopping Kona Inn et la route de passage utilisée pour Hwy 11. Le livre des clients dans le condo pour écrire votre propre entrée était si amusant de lire ce que les autres clients avaient fait !!

La chambre est plus petite que prévu. La réception dit que la zone affichée sur l'internet est ajoutée à la zone de la balcone. Le club des enfants de plus de 5 ans ne peut gérer la chambre d'activité que pendant quatre saisons. Il y a beaucoup de pierres sur la plage, pas mince, pas de pieds, mais la vue de l'hôtel est encore très belle. Il se sent plus riche que le paysage de quatre saisons. 酒店的位置得天獨厚，但是距離景點還是需要半小時以上的車程，預訂的是海景雙床房，checkin的時候前台就給我了個部分海景房，當場就感覺不太對勁，馬上把訂單拿出來核對，裝模作樣找了半天才説，搞錯了。但是必須16點以後來拿。行吧，於是我們先去景點晚上回來取房間，晚上回來拿房給了間超級遠的房間，並且看出去都是房子（如圖1），和部分海景好像也沒什麼區別？和攜程反應，説要聯繫代理，代理聯繫半天説3天中的後2天度假村費免去外加酒店100美金消費券…衹能認了，整個酒店環境還是非常美的，也不知道是不是針對中國人，叫客房拿個東西都是用扔的，非常不耐煩，另外小童泳池在裝修，灰塵超大，反正下次大島肯定不來這了，不如直接訂captain cook附近的酒店更方便

Il est situé au centre de Kylua Kona, très pratique, car vous pouvez marcher dans quelques minutes à pied dans un beau paysage urbain. La clairance de la chambre est bonne et il n'y a pas de préoccupation particulière. Comme c'est un voyage à quatre maisons, je suis reconnaissant que deux toilettes soient prêtes le matin. Le petit déjeuner est inclus, mais le petit déjeuner est dehors, je suis un peu préoccupé par l'hygiène. Il y a beaucoup de Japonais dans la montagne de Chen, je ne sens pas l'extranation, mais Kona n'est pas une ville fortement recommandée, car la plupart de l'année sont dotées de villes solaires, dit-on, qui sont solaires. Je pense que c'est correct pour ceux qui ont l'intention de se rendre à Kona et de dormir à l'hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner est très simple. Le magasin le met dans un réfrigérateur sur la table avant l'enregistrement. L'environnement environnant est invincible, calme et ivre. L'enveloppe se trouve sur le mur extérieur de la porte du bureau d'accueil. Après l'avoir obtenu, vous pouvez trouver la chambre et vous enregistrer. La clé de la chambre se trouve sur la table à l'intérieur de la maison. L'environnement ici est vraiment génial, entouré d'arbres imposants, l'expérience est géniale!
