Хочу отметить удивительную клиентоориентированность в этой гостинице. Мы прибыли на 4 часа раньше времени заселения в надежде оставить багаж на хранение, но в итоге нас заселили раньше. А также сразу отправили на завтрак так как наш выезд с гостиницы на следующий день был очень ранним и мы бы не успели на свой завтрак. Отличный европейски завтрак и ужин.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport, la marche est passée pendant 20 minutes, je prends 500 roubles, je suis arrivée pendant 5 minutes, l'anglais de la réception est très bon, l'hébergement est très bon, l'hôtel est propre, chaud, le premier hôtel de la Russie, pas de mine

Отель находится недалеко от аэропорта. От отеля направили за нами машину, выход со стороны парковки терминала В, нужно подняться на 3 этаж на эскалаторе и пройти по стеклянной галерее. Правда машина на саму парковку не заезжает, пришлось выйти к трассе. Номер чистый, свежий, полотенца и постель белые, кровать удобная, полы теплые. Высокие потолки, чисто и светло. Есть чайник и чай, но воду не ставят, кофе тоже нет. По комнате придраться не к чему. В душе и туалете нет посторонних запахов, вода горячая, но лейка на душе была сломана. Завтрак скромный: гречка, отварные яйца, сосиски, каша, печенье. Чай был, кофе снова не достался, хотя пришли в 09:30 (завтрак до 10). Но вот дальше началась то, что перечеркнуло все приятные впечатления. Мало того, что администратор пришла и вместо того, чтобы добавить кофе, начала все убирать. Так делала это так громко, что голова разболелась. Такое ощущение, что она была не в настроении, но почему кто-то об этом должен думать и страдать из-за этого? Если закрывала полку, то просто хлопала, если крышку термопода закрывала, то снова с грохотом, тарелки, приборы, все как будто швыряла. Было ощущение, что этими жестами она хочет нам сказать, что время завтрака закончилось и нам пора бы убраться. Но мы пришли за пол часа, повторюсь, и допивали свой чай. Важно отметить, что это именно администратор, а не персонал, был в фартуках. К ним вопросов нет, все тихо. И опять же повторюсь, чистота везде, спасибо за их труд. Но такие показательные хлопанья полками, недопустимы при работе с людьми.

Хороший отель, расположенный в 15 минутах езды от терминалов В и С аэропорта Шереметьево. Номера приличные, только звукоизоляция плохая. На завтрак не большой, но разнообразный шведский стол, голодным невозможно остаться. Не очень удобно только что трансфер в или из аэропорта только раз в час

Une belle femme, elle nous a aménagés dans des appartements sous la chambre 13🙂. La seule chose que j'aimais pas était que dans la chambre (il était dans la salle de bain) il y avait un terrible odeur de cigarettes, bien que noir sur blanc partout il était écrit ”pas de fumer”. Et donc, la chambre est comme la chambre. J'aime la cuisine +-1000r pour deux vous pourriez dîner à partir de la douche, Petit déjeuner en général grand (250r)

Il y a de grandes forêts autour de l'hôtel, le paysage est très bon, la sécurité est très stricte, la sécurité de la réception est très responsable, la variété du petit-déjeuner du restaurant n'est pas beaucoup mais aussi très bonne. La salle de la réception est très large, il y a un siège commercial pour les gens et un restaurant au premier étage. Mais il n'y a pas d'hôtels supermarchés autour de l'hôtel, dans la forêt. Le seul point insuffisant est que la chambre à coucher est trop petite, le lit est placé sur le mur, environ un mètre de large, le point de forme mince ne peut pas être tourné dans le bain, l'espace de la salle de bain est très petit, la chambre à coucher est dotée d'un balcon qui peut regarder le paysage par la balcone.

La chambre est grande, très propre et très hygiénique. Tout est fondamentalement bien. Très proche du magasin, le temps est trop froid pour changer. L'unique chose à ne pas savoir est que le tuyau doit prendre la réception dans la zone, il n'y a pas dans la chambre. En outre, la porte doit être remise à la réception, peut-être pour éviter la perte. Si Sugo est revenu à la réception, il peut être un peu froid dehors pour un moment.
