因為掛牌有免費班車我才訂這家酒店的，後來被投訴了之後他們才把免費字樣取消了。酒店不靠近機場，有6公里多的車程，在主幹道的輔路邊上拐2個灣的小巷裡，uber能進去，但塵土飛揚你會覺得一步踏進舊社會。到酒店我付了taxi費後，他們給了我2樓一個有空調和電扇的房間，沒有廁紙和餐巾紙，空調衹打熱風，所以我打開空調等於打開暖氣。估計這是一個無人要住的房間。因為他們找鑰匙給我的時候找了老半天。房間裏熱得實在不行，深夜我要求換房，給我101的房間，這是一個無窗房，空調是窗式空調，聲音轟隆隆地響，攜程給了我車費補助，但不好的入住體驗是補償不了的。員工的服務還是可以的特別是下屬員工。照片是2個房間的照片。住宿費不貴，但不能降低基礎設施，熱水器一直處於關閉狀態，所以在不知道的情況下，你就得洗冷水澡。如果有準備訂這個酒店的朋友，你可以先進房間看一下，滿意後再入住。

We had two rooms booked. One was next to reception and throughout the night, the employees were watching videos on their mobiles and making a LOT of noise. Between 2 and 5am. We had to get up to ask them to be quiet. Second stay and the first was fine, but no benefit to stay if you can’t sleep before an early flight. We will be asking for a refund for one of the rooms

Pleasant staff. Good service. Was served stale paneer in shaslik. But staff was kind to offer replacement dish (which I refused politely) The moment you enter the hotel, the whole lobby area reeks of dampness and fungus smell in the air. Very dangerous for employees and guests who inhale this. Thankfully, I was given a room without dampness and fungus issues. The hotel needs to be closed down immediately for overhaul repairs.

Même si j'ai pu séjourner à un prix raisonnable sur ce site, cela restait quand même assez cher comparé aux hôtels de même catégorie proches de l'aéroport. Il y avait juste un gars assis à la petite réception et il a simplement remis silencieusement la clé de la carte. Ce n'est que lorsque j'ai eu des nouvelles d'ici que j'ai réalisé qu'il y avait une pièce au même étage, de l'autre côté du long couloir. La chambre est petite et ne dispose que d'une douche, mais la propreté est bonne. Les fenêtres font face à l'atrium du bâtiment de l'aéroport, donnant sur les passagers marchant dans l'allée. Il est préférable d'éviter les problèmes d'entrée et de sortie du pays à Delhi et de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil.

The hotel is located in a good area with great valets service. Room is nice with great amenities. However breakfast area was a challenge for them. With the number of guests coming for breakfast at the same time. They were unable to handle. Some guests just walked right into it while some of us standing and waiting to be called. I expected a little better management and professionalism from such a big hotel.

This was my second stay at this place within a month and i have to say that they did not disappoint. The property is in easy to access location and in a quite atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helps you as much as they can. The room was also super clean with all the basic amenities provided. Overall it was quite a good experience

Please correct the location on google maps as i wasn't able to get the location to book the cab in either o la or uber. Plus make the uneven and sadly lit path from the road to your gate more accessible. Also kindly keep active the 24-hour room service as claimed, maybe for a select few items. The staff is very good and otherwise all ok.

The hotel was close to the venue of a conference yashobhoomi i had to attend. Breakfast is simple. A very homely atmosphere - the dining table is in the kitchen ! the rooms are cleaned in the presence of the guest. Staff is polite and accommodative. On my first night, i asked for a cup of hot ginger tea post dinner. For the next three nights, the cook would dutifully bring a cup of hot tea on his own every night!

Tout d'abord, cet endroit peut trouver un hôtel de 300 yuans devrait être bon, équivalent à l'hôtel domestique de 100 environ, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas gratuit, buvez un verre de lait, la deuxième tasse est partie, il y a des mouches. Il y a des moustiques qui dorment la nuit, pas de pantoufles. Il y a un supermarché à côté, c'est pratique à écouter.

Hôtel immense. Chambre parfaite avec un joli design, grande et confortable. - long processus d'enregistrement. Dans la chambre, il faisait super froid. La climatisation était allumée à +29, mais j'avais l'impression qu'elle était à +16. J'ai éteint la climatisation et la chambre n'a cessé d'être glacée que le matin.
