Entry to hotel is quite confusing with no proper signages. Made me wander a lot foyer ambience below par rooms location and the passage to reach are not good break fast spread is pretty poor room service is fast. Food quality average only. No bar in this facility elevators are quite old and risky feeling reception staff is good overall below par facility is pulling the scores down

Gave me an upgrade to a suite which was really nice when checking in. Buffet was very crowed in mornings so breakfast is not a great experience especially when in a rush for work. Staff generally nice and accommodating and also helped arrange transport.

Pros the rooms are spacious and neat. Good ambiance and food was good. Cons no valletta parking facility, you have to take your car to the basement and walk up to the ground floor. No lift facility at the basement. Nobody was there to take care of luggage at the entry. I have to carry my luggage from the basement. There is no arrangement of food after 10. 15pm. One has to order from outside after that

Proche du centre commercial Lulu (à distance de marche) et à un prix raisonnable Le personnel de la réception était sympathique et l'hôtel était agréable. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu prendre de petit-déjeuner car je suis parti tôt le matin. Le gars de la réception m'a donné des gaufrettes à mon départ, donc j'ai été sauvé même si j'avais faim.

Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Clean and spacious room. Greenery park around plam grove service villa gives you very calm atmosphere. There are a lot of love birds and aquarium in that campus. Toilet is very clean and nicely kept. There is no need of air conditioner during hot season because of very tall trees and plants. There is badminton court infront of villa for sports like activities. Staff's are very friendly and they are ready to help at any time. Kochi Lulu mall is nearby. Nearby metro station is edappally, kochi. MAJ Hospital is just 50 meters away from this plam grove service villa. And also there is a traffic police Assistant Commissioner office is also about 50 meters away from the stay. So, I give Five out of five for this wonderful Stay. Excellent stay. Friendly Staffs. Best place in edapally area to stay, just walking distance to lulu mall, inf-act just opposite, near to all major attraction in kochi because metro station is just above the hotel, no need to take your car as you can visit all places in metro and come back comfortably, parking space for cars is there in basement, at-least 10 cars can be parked, rate is very average, good place for families, complimentary breakfast was good, rooms are very clean and good room service, overall its safe, comfortable and budget place to stay.

The property is near to mg road metro station. The locality is fine and there are few restaurants near by. The hotel looks good from outside with a small pathway and plants. The room is just average. The room had cigarette smell when we entered the room. We booked a non ac room for 2 adults. The room was just okay with necessary furnishings. The floor was not that clean and a bit sticky while on bare foot(may be of cleaning lotions. The washroom was neat. The service from front desk was good. So in total, we'll go with an 'average' rating.

The room was good. But had a cigarette smoke outdoors throughout. That and except for the fact that the towel provided had dirt on it, bed spread was torn and the washroom wall tiles were not cleaned had been the things bothering me. If i ignore these, the room was comfy enough for the price provided and the one staff that they have is very friendly.

As expected an old hotel but the furniture cushions were dirty. Bed, door and even the wooden floor plates were making sound. Spacious rooms but the bed edges had cracks. Mattress was ok. Almost no space available for parking the car. Swimming pool is small compared to same priced hotels. Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. Bathroom also was spacious but can be more clean. There was no view from the room, windows to be closed.

It’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful. They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

The location was walkable distance from info park and quite convenient. The rooms were clean and perfect. Breakfast spread was quite adequate. The property accommodated some extra time for check out and i thank them for that. One suggestion is to add some lighting in the staircase. It was a bit dark walking down the stairs at night.

Visited on 31 Dec, Mr. Ravi is helpful and guided the plans to visit in fort kochi. Best location to stay in fort kochi. Rooms are comfortable but services were not good, no hot water, basic items are provided like water bottle, mugs, dustbin etc by asking specifically and it seems due to vacation season.
