Centrally located only 2 minutes walk from the station and with level walks to the Roman Baths and Abbey (10 minutes) or along the river to Pulteney Bridge (15 mintues), this charming Grade II listed terraced house is arranged over 4 floors. Fully centrally heated, the house has a cottage feel with a wood-burning stove, dresser, dining-table, CD and USB sound player in the fully equipped modern kitchen on the ground-floor, a bathroom and 'snug' on the second floor (with sofa-bed, flat-screen TV, and DVD player), second bedroom and study area with Wi-Fi internet connection on the third floor and large master bedroom with magnificent views over Lyncombe Vale in the attic. The house is full of character with paintings and novels, collections of poetry and travel books, and board games for children. Just round the corner in Widcombe Parade, you will find a range of pubs and restaurants, and country walks are also within easy reach. La chambre réservée est complètement différente de celle introduite sur XC, la surface est plus petite. Vous devez également envoyer un courrier avant votre séjour, si vous ne pouvez pas faire votre séjour dans le délai prescrit, il est très difficile de le trouver. La position de l'hôtel est bonne, à environ 16 minutes à pied de l'attraction. La décoration intérieure de la chambre est très intéressante, le petit-déjeuner est très varié et très délicieux.

La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était meilleure, avec deux lits, la chambre serait un peu plus petite, mais il y avait un lavabo dans la chambre et la salle de bain était publique, mais elle était relativement propre. Il est proche de la rue principale, mais les fenêtres ont deux étages, l'isolation phonique est meilleure et les rideaux sont bons pour l'ombrage. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus et le patron peut également faire frire des œufs, du bacon et des saucisses, ce qui est également gratuit. C'est très proche de la ville, et c'est très pratique pour aller à pied à toutes les attractions. Après tout, Bath n'est pas grand. En haute saison, les prix des logements sont élevés, sauf pour des prix légèrement plus élevés.

Positive - excellent receptioniste (Vipin) et sans son aide je aurais probablement vérifié tôt. Avoir parking. Location raisonnable et accès au centre de la baie. A une chaudière électrique et un paquet de cookies. Pas si positifs - Dans le besoin désespéré de modernisation, de creuser des sols, de laver la baignoire en dehors de la salle de bains. Il n'y a pas de voyageurs liés au travail, car vous ne pouvez même pas utiliser un fer sans dégager l'ensemble du commutateur principal du bâtiment et une fois que cela arrive, il n'y a pas 24 heures de réception active. Le petit monitor informatique utilisé comme un téléviseur de transfert que vous devez tirer de la cabine. Pas d'eau potable dans la chambre. La valeur pour l'argent n'y est pas autant de meilleurs endroits disponibles au même prix ou à un prix inférieur.

Le seul problème des escaliers pour arriver aux chambres est important de savoir si vous avez une immobilité ou de grandes valises. 20 minutes à pied de la gare de Bath. 18 minutes en bus et à pied. I took advantage of two promotions on the platform: a £5.99 railcard purchase and £5 off train tickets, both requiring booking a European hotel within 26 days through trip.com. Considering that the official website’s prices were quite similar, I went with the trip.com booking. I reserved a cozy room for 1 adult without breakfast for £113. Money-saving tip: I used TopCashback to access trip.com, earning $7.67 cashback for this booking. After I checked out, trip.com triggered an immediate discount of £10.46, which I applied to my next train ticket purchase. ❤️ Third-party Marriott members get perks, too! This hotel falls under the Marriott Tribute Portfolio, embracing a boutique hotel approach. The entire establishment dates back to 1739, boasting a historic exterior. It’s conveniently situated just about 3 minutes’ walk from the Roman Baths and across from Sally Lunn’s. With my Marriott Platinum Card, even with a third-party reservation, the hotel upgraded us to a larger ground floor room facing the street after matching our account, but it’s not advisable due to potential noise. They also offered complimentary à la carte breakfast. Breakfast slots had to be reserved during check-in, and we chose a table at 10 AM. The breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant had a charming and lovely atmosphere. The experience was excellent (the best things are free!). Unfortunately, I don’t have space for more photos, but I’ll post one of the restaurant later. The room was quite small, designed in a modern British style, with a movie-themed decor according to the posters on the wall. All the amenities were provided, with local brand toiletries available for purchase at the front desk for £25 for two bottles. They were decent, but nothing extraordinary to consider bringing back home. The minibar had coffee, various teas, semi-skimmed milk packets, and biscuits. The bottled still water was in an aesthetically pleasing canned form. 🌟 There’s an Elemis sleep kit on the bedside: temple balm/sleep mist/eye cream, placed over a hotel postcard, looking quite exquisite. The bed was very comfortable. ❌ However, there were a few drawbacks to this place… a bit unnerving… I’m not sure if I just had bad luck. The hotel corridors were somewhat confusing, and I accidentally opened the wrong room door once using my own room card. Strangely, the next day around ten o’clock, while I was in the bathroom and my son was on the bed, despite securing the latch on our door, someone managed to open it slightly, presumably seeing my son on the bed, and then closed the door. Perhaps it was a housekeeping staff member wanting to clean the room? Regardless, it felt quite odd… a little unsettling, to be honest

C'est un bâtiment de plus de 200 ans d'histoire. L'hôtel conserve toujours le style traditionnel. Les amis qui aiment expériencer la vieille maison britannique peuvent essayer. La chambre est très haute, le lit grand est super confortable, est vraiment un lit grand, avec une largeur d'environ 2 mètres. Le petit déjeuner est très sain, les fruits sont très frais, les graines de céréales sont bons, il y a un bout de lait frais chaque jour, le champagne est délicieux.

J'avais des attentes très élevées pour mon séjour et il était complètement rempli et j'étais impressionné. Dans l'ensemble, le bienvenu et l'atmosphère étaient juste d'être professionnels et honnêtes. Notre chambre, suite junior après la mise à niveau avec un supplément, était raisonnablement grande, bien que la salle de bain avec la disposition de la porte a fait difficile et légèrement dangereux d'entrer / de se rapprocher derrière l'invité. Le village spa était occupé mais compréhensible; il se sentait propre et très actualisé dans l'ensemble, de sorte qu'il y avait moins d'inquiétudes en matière d'hygiène qui est compris peut être difficile à maintenir les normes. La chambre de petit déjeuner, les choix et le service étaient bien comme prévu, donc il vaut la peine de s'abonner. J'aurais aimé avoir la lotion de corps dans la salle de bains comme je devais compter sur la disponible dans le village spa... et avec 2 nuits de séjour, les toilettes n'ont pas été remplies ... Un bon accueil quand les boissons douces / mini bar est complimentaire ; bien qu' il ne coûte pas beaucoup de remplir un réfrigérateur mais de petits gestes comme ceux-ci font que les invités se sentent plus accueillis Merci pour un grand séjour ; je voudrais prendre ma mère de 80 ans ici à l'avenir, car elle aura beaucoup de plaisir ! !

Il s'agissait d'un week-end de luxe avant que mon travail commence, car mon partenaire ne peut pas prendre un long congé. La chambre double est une grande déception.Instant, c'est une location très précieuse et d'autres clients sont probablement payant beaucoup plus. Le terrain est situé dans la salle d'extension du toit avec la vue principalement bloquée, ce qui fait le bruit de cracking typique en bois en marche. Le verre sur le haut de la table et du bureau n'est pas bien équipé. Il est également possible que le spa soit fermé demain matin, sans préavis, et que les fausses plantes la fassent apparaître moins de luxe que ses marques. Le petit déjeuner est très bon si vous aimez le petit déjeuner anglais ou si vous avez un buffet de base.

Friendly & inviting staff. Our room was nicely resented everything you needed, wash items, offer bags & milk. Room was very clean apart from toilet bowl which looked very discoloured. Breakfast was nice food with good variety of food. Matteo was very friendly and helpful with a willingness to help in any way. Harry did a good job cleaning tables. It was a very busy morning at breakfast and these two especially Matteo were doing everything 😊

L'hôtesse est très accueillante, la chambre est propre, chaleureuse, avec des chaussures, le petit déjeuner est bon, un petit déjeuner typiquement anglais, l'hôtesse est très patiente pour nous laisser choisir. L'environnement général est bon. Le stationnement est possible. Il faut environ 20 minutes pour se rendre aux Thermes

La chambre est parfaitement conforme à la description en ligne. Très très confortable. Le seul défaut est que vous devez vous habituer à la connexion en ligne et vous devez communiquer en temps utile. Sinon, vous serez refusé d'entrer, même si vous avez payé tout.

Les gens de l'hôtel aiment très bien la salle de séjour. En dehors de l'entrée dans la chambre, l'air de la vieille maison n'a pas très bon goût. Les autres sont OK. La vieille maison est vieux. Mais il n'y a pas de sens. Le petit-déjeuner est toujours riche.

Amazing service, all staff, the manager concierge, Resturant staff, just cannot vote them. I’d give them 100%. Paid for all your needs , Even the area that it’s amazing views . Anyone staying here? Well enjoy their stay I would definitely call it five star. Spa was amazing too. Will definitely come back here again .

Excellent location, right in the centre. Very clean and modern hotel, lovely sitting area in the lobby. Room was cosy and modern with a big TV. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Shower was powerful. Breakfast was adequate. We parked at the nearby car park that was £20.

Je ne peux que recommander The Kennard Hotel. L'attention et la qualité du service sont spectaculaires. Il n'est pas facile de trouver un hébergement qui répond à toutes les exigences et ce hébergement couvre toutes les attentes avec des gains. Si je reviens à Bath, ce sera ma choix. Félicitations pour la professionnalité et la gentillesse du personnel qui a été excellent et qui ont collaboré dans une expérience inoubliable à Bath.

Good view and good vibe nearby. Chill and nature, bus stop at entrance, convenient! Slient and safe at night. Good to stay with family or friends! Pantry is 24hr open for cook or chill.

Tout d'abord, les hôtels sont très difficiles à trouver. La propre navigation d'Apple est erronée. Deuxièmement, la salle de bain du magasin est extrêmement petite et il y a encore du bruit d'eau dans les égouts la nuit. Il y a un problème que l'eau chaude ne peut pas être fournie dans la chambre n°3, qui a été signalée trop tard et ne peut pas être résolue par elle-même. Enfin, le parking est petit. Bien que les parkings de Bath soient très petits, c'est le seul hôtel du Royaume-Uni qui m'a fait payer 15 livres la nuit. Sérieusement déconseillé.
