L'hôtel était très bon pour moi, parce que j'étais sur un budget strict. Plus positif que négatif. J'ai aimé la fourrure qu'elle était mise à jour et servie du café et du thé et elle avait un array confortable de meubles. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et c'était petit “b” de base. Il n'y avait pas seulement de margarine de beurre. Les pommes de terre pleines frites étaient frites en huile brûlée. La chambre était très confortable. Le parking était inclus et il y a un transbordeur gratuit. Cet endroit est à moins de cinq minutes de l'aéroport. J'ai traité avec Sophia à la table devant elle était magnifique. En conclusion, j'ai un commentaire à faire à l'administration là-bas. Mon étage 300 était fumé de cig dans certaines chambres le soir du 19 mai. Je suis choquée que j'aie pu fumer dans les halls. L'administration doit aggraver cette situation immédiatement. Pas de excuses. Finir les coupables .

Had an overnight is Monastery Spa & Hotel. Checked in late, upgraded to whirlpool room, and enjoyed a couple of ***** Brewery sours while watching US Open conclusion from the whirlpool. Better than the club!!! Room was nice, large, clean with good space. Bathroom was tidy, should have two sinks with space. Shower was nice, hot with good water pressure. Plenty of clean towels. Bed was old; really. Badly need new mattress and bed springs (it is bowed). Staff is delightful; young, from all over and very attentive. Thank you. Breakfast was delightful. Enjoy.

L'hôtel n'avait pas de petit déjeuner (du moins je ne l'ai pas acheté). Les installations étaient très vieilles. La lampe de bureau n'était pas bonne. J'ai passé un long moment au téléphone. Personne ne l'a changé. Ensuite, j'ai changé ma propre prise. Le réparateur est venu. L'ascenseur était très vieux. J'ai conduit à l'aéroport environ 10 à 20 minutes, il y a un bus pour l'aéroport qui doit être réservé à l'avance. Très proche du centre commercial Avalon, le shopping est pratique. Le stationnement n'est pas très bon et il y a plus de monde autour. Recommander le Best Western de l'aéroport. Et Holiday Inn

Stayed last night with my mother on a cash & points night. Check in was fairly easy but we were not given any information on the amenities of the hotel or the breakfast hours. Room was fine however the bathroom fan did not work and the pumps of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash were crusty and built up with old product. Electronic outputs are older models (no usb). Beds were comfy. Cleanliness of the hotel could be worked on but we attributed it to it being a holiday weekend and quiet. Will give the hotel another shot in a few months.

Très bon hôtel. Les personnes sont amicales et l'hôtel est très nouveau. L'emplacement est excellent, facile à marcher à la plupart des endroits dans le DT St. John's. Notre chambre avait une vue magnifique sur le port. Nous avons la vue du port salle de grandeur roi. L'hôtel n'est pas techniquement juste sur l'eau, vous verrez les gens marcher sous vous, mais la fenêtre a une grande cour noire pour la vie privée. Il est l'un des meilleurs hôtels à St. John DT pour être sûr. Sur le côté de la fente, il y a quelques tirs de retour. La chambre était assez petite avec un espace de stockage minimal. Pas de sécurité. La douche n'était pas grande, la température de l'eau varie tout le temps. La pression de l'eau sur le côté bas. La salle de bains est assez petite et la toilette est un peu bourrée. Lorsque vous douchez, il est très facile d'obtenir de l'eau partout au sol. Si vous êtes un peu plus grande personne vous aurez du temps difficile de naviguer dans cette salle de bains pour sûr. En fait, tout est de taille de croisière. En outre, l'hôtel n'a pas beaucoup d'aménagement. Le principal endroit de siège dans le lobby est entre le restaurant et la porte avant. Tous les patrons du restaurant traversent le lobby. Il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Je pense que si vous n'avez pas une voiture et que vous aimez la modernité, c'est là que vous pouvez rester.

J'ai séjourné au delta à St. Johns pendant 6 semaines pour des raisons médicales Jan-Mar 2023, je suis membre de platine toute la vie, donc l'accès à la salle de concierge était parfait pour moi pour le petit déjeuner et la plupart des fois pour le dîner ( Gary en concierge était excellent). Le personnel très aimable, faites tout pour vous. Je n'hésiterai pas à rester là encore. J'ai toujours eu une belle chambre, j'ai eu la famille et les amis qui restent avec moi pendant mes traitements.

Nous avons séjourné ici 1 nuit. La chambre était très propre et le lit était confortable. Le personnel du bureau frontal était ami et super utile lors de l'enregistrement. Le petit déjeuner était bon et une sélection décente. Les scones de bœuf étaient les meilleurs que j'aie jamais eus...Je suis allé pendant des secondes. Tout en tout, je resterais ici et le recommanderais.

This has always been a favourite of ours. But it has gone downhill. Pool was frigid, not as clean as it used to be. Clumps of hair on the side (in the same spots for both days so not sure when they clean), a brown film on the top of the hot tub. Room was nice but some garbage left from previous guests and the heat didn’t work. Breakfast is no longer included with a stay and the options and prices for the breakfast sent us out early to find food elsewhere. The kids had an awesome time with their friends but I will choose another spot for our next adventure as it didn’t feel worth the $190 to be cold the whole time and mildly grossed out at the pool.

Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre était sans place, le lit était confortable et la salle de bains était équipée de toutes les installations nécessaires pour prendre une douche le matin. Le personnel de la table était fabuleux et professionnel, je me suis laissé trop tôt pour le petit déjeuner, mais je me suis envoyé à la sélection ”pour aller” de fruits, cookies et muffins, avec du thé et des jus de café.

Ce qui m'a fait donner à cet hôtel un 5 étoiles était le service client que j'ai reçu de notre chauffeur de bus de la navette dans les heures précoces à l'hôtel et de l'hôtel. Le service clientèle est très important dans le monde d'aujourd'hui pour choisir un hôtel et cet homme a fait notre voyage extrêmement agréable.

Je reste dans les hôtels autant que je suis à la maison et le Jag était certainement l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai séjourné. Le stand est attentif et très amiable. L'hôtel dispose d'une ambiance que j'ai vraiment aimé. Ils mangeaient aussi bien que tout le reste. La location est parfaite.
