Les gens ici sont impolis. La dame à la réception à notre arrivée nous a dit que le petit-déjeuner se terminait à 10 heures en semaine, mais lorsque nous sommes descendus le lendemain matin à 9 heures, ils avaient déjà nettoyé toute la section du petit-déjeuner et nous ont donné à mon mari et moi des regards et des yeux méchants. rouleaux lorsque nous avons mentionné que nous pensions qu'il était ouvert plus tard. Les chambres étaient belles, il y avait des choses douteuses sur un mur et une porte ici et là que le ménage manquait, j'espère juste qu'ils se sont souvenus de changer les draps avant de nous coucher. L'emplacement était magnifique. Nous avons conduit jusqu'à Falls Park sur la rivière Reedy avant de réaliser que nous aurions pu simplement marcher! Nous avons repris la voiture par la suite et sommes allés dîner à pied, ce qui n'était pas le meilleur mais c'est une autre critique. Le parking est principalement avec voiturier, à moins que vous ne puissiez vous trouver un endroit assez proche ailleurs. Nous avons pris le voiturier, et il semblait que le prix du voiturier était déjà inclus dans le prix que j'ai payé à Trip.com ! Les messieurs étaient si gentils, le seul problème était que l'un d'eux semblait transpirer BEAUCOUP. Nous avions peur que la voiture sente sa sueur s'infiltrer dans nos sièges ! MDR. La dame à la réception lors de notre départ était la pire, elle a levé les yeux au ciel et m'a donné une attitude lorsque j'ai posé des questions sur la deuxième charge sur mon compte bancaire. Elle m'a dit que c'était une charge d'autorisation, mais devinez quoi chérie ? Il a traversé et j'ai été facturé deux fois pour cette chambre. Je vais vous dire tout de suite qu'il ne mérite pas autant d'argent. Une semaine après mon voyage, lorsque la charge a finalement été complètement épuisée, j'ai appelé l'hôtel et expliqué ma situation et demandé un remboursement. Elle m'a dit qu'il devait y avoir quelque chose qui n'allait pas avec le site Web sur lequel j'avais payé et a refusé d'aller plus loin pour moi. J'ai donc appelé Trip.com et parlé à Yolanda. Elle a entendu ce que je disais, m'a dit qu'elle allait appeler l'hôtel et arranger les choses, et quand elle est revenue, elle avait le nom de la personne à qui elle a parlé à l'hôtel (Maria), m'a dit que Maria voit maintenant comment c'était une erreur de me facturer et promet un remboursement complet dans quelques jours. Yolanda a fait des pieds et des mains pour s'assurer que je reçois mon remboursement. Elle aurait pu simplement me dire d'appeler à nouveau l'hôtel et de mieux l'expliquer, mais elle l'a pris en main et m'a obtenu ce que je voulais. Les gens de cet hôtel sont horribles, mais l'emplacement est pratique et magnifique. Si vous êtes prêt à traiter avec des gens stupides pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, gardez à l'esprit que vous pourriez être comme moi et devoir faire face à eux même une semaine après.

Our home is equipped with a Schlage smart lock, and we provide an individualized code for convenient entry for our guests. Guests may park in our garage, and proceed from the garage onto our large covered patio space to enter through the patio door. On the patio is a large outdoor sectional and coffee table to sit and enjoy our warm South Carolina evenings.Upon entry, you will be amazed with our open living room, which includes a gas fireplace for your use. Our living room includes a large, comfortable sectional and accent chairs where you can sit and enjoy family and friends. Our large, flat screen smart tv is mounted over the fireplace, and it is equipped with Roku for guests to sign into their streaming services. Just off the living room is the modern, updated kitchen. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook or bake together. With ample cabinetry and a large island, there is plenty of space to prepare meals. Sit and chat while seated at one of our four island bar stools. Our pantry is extremely spacious and stocked with additional kitchen appliances for our guests. Just off the kitchen is a built-in bar area for drinks.Proceeding to the front of the house, guests will find our stunning dining area, which includes seating for 8. Don't forget to sign our guest book, located on the custom sidebar. Across from the dining room and tucked away from the rest of the house, guests will enjoy our large, private primary suite, which is the only bedroom on the main floor. The king-sized bed is made with premier linens for your comfort, and there is ample room to store your luggage in the impressive his and her closets. This bedroom includes a smart tv with Roku for you to enjoy a movie on your streaming services. The master bathroom is a spa experience, and includes a large, tile walk-in shower, clawfoot tub, water closet, and fluffy towels and toiletries for your use. The double vanity provides ample space to get ready for the day. Leaving the primary suite, don't forget to take a look out the front door, which opens onto the large covered front porch, where we have 2 swings for you to sit and enjoy the charm of the Pettigru Historic District. It is truly picture-perfect.Across the house and off the living room is a half bathroom, which includes a single vanity and toilet. Next to the half bath is our spacious laundry room, which includes a washer/dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, and an ironing board for your use. A really neat feature of this home is the custom cabinet that opens between the laundry room and the master closet for easy access to soiled clothes- no laundry basket needed!If you head upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The full bathroom includes a double vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination. J'ai voyagé ici pour la Saint-Valentin avec mon mari. C'est le centre-ville de Greenville. C'est pratique pour toute la vie nocturne du centre-ville. L'hôtel était propre. Le stationnement était dans un garage de stationnement. En raison de Covid-19 à cette époque, les équipements de l'hôtel étaient limités mais le restaurant attenant à l'hôtel était disponible. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

De manière inattendue, cet hôtel est très bon, pratique, service de réception, petit-déjeuner, équipements de chambre adaptés aux voyages en famille, repas simples, lits confortables, mais les gens qui ne sont pas bons à la taille se sentent un peu doux, mais partout où je marchais, il y avait de gros lits moelleux, donc je n'ai rien dit !

L'emplacement parfait et confortable pour de nombreux endroits, de la plaisir à la nourriture pour les séjours de date ou la famille. Mon seul négatif serait que certaines chambres sont littéralement des chambres de piscine et j'ai assisté à deux moments différents où seuls les parents sélectionnés ont été rudement traités sur TOUT les enfants (même ceux qui ne sont pas avec eux) Ils ont été informés verbalement qu'ils étaient au pool jusqu'à la fermeture qui est à 11 heures! Autrement que de être traitée incorrectement, je dirai qu'il est un grand point, ne prenez pas vos enfants à la piscine parce que si ils deviennent trop lourds la piscine fermera tôt pour “entretien” bs!

Les gens ici sont impolis. La dame à la réception à notre arrivée nous a dit que le petit-déjeuner se terminait à 10 heures en semaine, mais lorsque nous sommes descendus le lendemain matin à 9 heures, ils avaient déjà nettoyé toute la section du petit-déjeuner et nous ont donné à mon mari et moi des regards et des yeux méchants. rouleaux lorsque nous avons mentionné que nous pensions qu'il était ouvert plus tard. Les chambres étaient belles, il y avait des choses douteuses sur un mur et une porte ici et là que le ménage manquait, j'espère juste qu'ils se sont souvenus de changer les draps avant de nous coucher. L'emplacement était magnifique. Nous avons conduit jusqu'à Falls Park sur la rivière Reedy avant de réaliser que nous aurions pu simplement marcher! Nous avons repris la voiture par la suite et sommes allés dîner à pied, ce qui n'était pas le meilleur mais c'est une autre critique. Le parking est principalement avec voiturier, à moins que vous ne puissiez vous trouver un endroit assez proche ailleurs. Nous avons pris le voiturier, et il semblait que le prix du voiturier était déjà inclus dans le prix que j'ai payé à Trip.com ! Les messieurs étaient si gentils, le seul problème était que l'un d'eux semblait transpirer BEAUCOUP. Nous avions peur que la voiture sente sa sueur s'infiltrer dans nos sièges ! MDR. La dame à la réception lors de notre départ était la pire, elle a levé les yeux au ciel et m'a donné une attitude lorsque j'ai posé des questions sur la deuxième charge sur mon compte bancaire. Elle m'a dit que c'était une charge d'autorisation, mais devinez quoi chérie ? Il a traversé et j'ai été facturé deux fois pour cette chambre. Je vais vous dire tout de suite qu'il ne mérite pas autant d'argent. Une semaine après mon voyage, lorsque la charge a finalement été complètement épuisée, j'ai appelé l'hôtel et expliqué ma situation et demandé un remboursement. Elle m'a dit qu'il devait y avoir quelque chose qui n'allait pas avec le site Web sur lequel j'avais payé et a refusé d'aller plus loin pour moi. J'ai donc appelé Trip.com et parlé à Yolanda. Elle a entendu ce que je disais, m'a dit qu'elle allait appeler l'hôtel et arranger les choses, et quand elle est revenue, elle avait le nom de la personne à qui elle a parlé à l'hôtel (Maria), m'a dit que Maria voit maintenant comment c'était une erreur de me facturer et promet un remboursement complet dans quelques jours. Yolanda a fait des pieds et des mains pour s'assurer que je reçois mon remboursement. Elle aurait pu simplement me dire d'appeler à nouveau l'hôtel et de mieux l'expliquer, mais elle l'a pris en main et m'a obtenu ce que je voulais. Les gens de cet hôtel sont horribles, mais l'emplacement est pratique et magnifique. Si vous êtes prêt à traiter avec des gens stupides pendant toute la durée de votre séjour, gardez à l'esprit que vous pourriez être comme moi et devoir faire face à eux même une semaine après.

Le personnel était amiable et ils nous ont même laissé vérifier dans une heure. La chambre était assez propre, mais la salle de bain n'était pas si la tube était très dingue, avait un point patchy dans le tube, et le bouton de la porte semblait qu'ils se dépêchaient et les remplacer avant qu'on y arrive, car un bouton était d'argent et l'autre était d'or. J'ai été très choqué par mon expérience avec le Holiday Inn Express parce que je les réserve toujours où que je voyage et c'est la première chose dont je suis déçu.

Nous sommes presque en retard pour le spectacle de 2 h dans la rue, la dame nous a vérifiés rapidement et nous sommes en route ! Les gens vivants et un petit déjeuner décent aussi! Bonus supplémentaire a été fait pour les danseurs et leurs familles nous y restons aussi, nous avons donc dû rencontrer quelques gens de grands. Une vibe très cool tout le long, serait certainement rester ici encore.
