Nous avons séjourné ici une nuit et il était parfait pour ce que nous avons besoin! Nous sommes une famille de 5 avec 3 jeunes adultes et il est difficile de trouver une chambre d'hôtel pour 5 personnes. Steve était très gentil, présent, laissez-nous vérifier tôt et laissez nos sacs le matin suivant, alors que nous avons tourné le château avant de prendre notre prochaine train. La douche était chaude et avec une bonne pression d'eau. Le jardin était un beau endroit pour s'asseoir et lire. La situation était très bonne - très proche du château, de l'étage et de la principale zone de shopping. Je recommande.

Le climatisation fonctionnait très bien et était un bon changement de la vague de chaleur de l'extérieur! L'hôtel était très calme qui était surprenant vu la taille de l'activité. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, et le buffet était régulièrement dressé. La seule chose qui a laissé l'hôtel à côté et qui a fait une réduction de la notation était la réception. Les récepteurs se sont rencontrés très froids et n'ont pas montré la « véritable hospitalité » que nous voyons habituellement dans les hôtels IHG. N'étaient pas accueillis. Le froid et l'abrutité ont été ressentis à la fois lors de l'entrée et de la sortie par différents personnels.

Face à la rue principale de Cardiff, il est pratique à proximité de la gare. Le château de Cardiff est à quelques minutes à pied. Parce que c'était Pâques, la ville était occupée jusqu'à minuit et le prochain club de danse était un peu bruyant jusqu'à minuit.

We arrived Sunday, staff were very kind. We checked in then went down for evening meal which was lovely. I went to the bar and asked for a Irish Coffee, the lady said no we haven't any whiskey, so I said what about Jack Daniels on the shelf, her reply was (you can't have that) When I asked why she didn't answer. I had to request towels as there was only 1 bath towels in room. No hand towels, we were 3 guests. When we put the side lights on the electrics blew, there was a trip switch in room . So twice we used it . Morning breakfast No orange juice, they ran out. Cooked breakfast was nice but lacking other items no butter only sunflower. The fruit was squashed together and the blackberries were all gone, we went down to breakfast 9.30, so they should have supplies. One lift not working, waiting ages for lift. It is reasonable priced so I expect the bedrooms to have problems but not when I'm paying for food, I expect to have value for money. I will stay again

Grand hôtel au centre de Cardiff. En raison de son emplacement, il peut être bruyant mais il n'a pas été perturbé. L'hôtel est en général excellent, le personnel est accueillant et attentif. Il restera certainement ici. Petit parking au dos de l'hôtel. Si plein, il y a d'autres parcs de voiture à proximité.

Until 2010 I travelled around a lot for work and had many visits to Cardiff including staying a few days in this beautiful City. Anyway, hadn't stayed in the Travelodge Cardiff Central Queen Street despite it being round the corner from the office building I was based in at the time. ”Round the corner” is pretty much how I would sum up staying at Cardiff Central Queen Street. Travelodge hotels are pretty similar to each other but this very central location for visiting the city is just absolutely brilliant. Would happily stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé. Proche centre, pubs, restaurants, magasins, des grandes artères piétonnes, du château et surtout du Principality Stadium... Simple pour aller à Cardiff Bay lieu à ne pas manquer. (20 minutes à pied ou 5 £ pour un taxi) Chambres spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. PDJ très complet. Accueil par AMINA très disponible, souriante parlant très bien le français grâce à qui nous avons eu les bonnes adresses. Salon au 1er très bien avec un bon bar. (attention les serveurs ne sont pas réactifs) Temps d'attente des 2 ascenseurs trop long (surtout si un en panne) Je recommande très clairement pour sa situation.

Le petit déjeuner offre une grande variété de choix délicieux chaque matin, avec une option supplémentaire de service de la chambre. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous recommanderions très fortement le Park Plaza Cardiff.

Hôtel à fuir, personnel complètement désintéressé de la clientèle, chambre salle, pas d’ampoules au niveau des lampes, réservoir à savon vide, humidité présente dans les chambres, aucune garde de bagages au moment du départ. Et pour couronner le tout, les chambres était non conforme à la réservation, aucune compréhension de la part du personnel.

Le personnel - quand nous arrivions à la réception était très utile. Nous étions restés pour la Speedway, quand nous avons quitté la demande si nous voulons réserver à nouveau pour l'année prochaine, ce qui était très utile. Hôtel et chambre - il y a des escaliers à la réception et à tous les étages. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. L'hôtel est à l'aise de la peinture et de la modernité, mais il n'est que 2 étoiles. La chambre était confortable avec des installations de thé et de café, des biscuits et des gâteaus de Welsh. La chambre est très chaude, mais il y a un fan dans la chambre que nous avons dû avoir pendant la nuit. Il est à environ 30 minutes à pied de la baie de Cardiff qui peut également être facilement atteint par bus. En raison de la localisation, il peut être très bruyant à la nuit. Demandez une chambre tranquille sur un haut étage Food - Breakfast est disponible le samedi 7.30-10.30am et dimanche 8.30-10.30am. pour £ 7.00. Ceci inclut des céréales, un petit déjeuner ou un porridge, du jus de fruits, du thé ou du café.

We stayed at the Hilton Cardiff for four days at the end of March 2023. We really enjoyed our stay! The people at reception made us feel very welcomed, and couldn’t have been nicer! ALL of the people who work here were extremely friendly and helpful. We wanted to give a special thank you to Mark, the night manager. He was always cheerful - at the beginning AND at the end of his shift in the morning, which is not easy! He even kindly got us a bucket of ice very early one morning when my wife hurt her knee as she was stepping out of bed and the bed rolled away from her. We spoke to Mark about the incident, and hopefully, by now, they have fixed the “rolling coasters with no brakes on the box springs” problem. Mark was so kind and concerned about her fall that he checked on her twice - right after the incident and even the next day, which was the last day of our stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of hot and cold food offerings and was maintained to perfection by the attentive and efficient staff! The buffet was hosted by Bassam, who was very personable and interesting to talk with. The executive lounge was lovely, with beverages and a few snacks available throughout the day. There is an evening manager’s reception and some savory finger foods were offered each night. Our room had a stunning view of Cardiff Castle and the castle grounds! We would happily return to Hilton Cardiff, and we thank them for making our stay really memorable and pleasant. As a side note, we took the Cardiff Castle Ghost Tour and highly recommend it! It’s great to be able to tour the castle at night, and the two hosts were full of fun facts and historical information about the beautiful and “over the top” decor of the castle!

Hairdryer is provided in the shared shower room, and with curtain next to each bed which provides greater conveniency and privacy. While free tea and coffee are provided next to the reception 24/7. However, the lock here is password lock, and the staff would change the password frequently for preventing homeless people, this can be good or not, one hand is providing greater safety, yet, it can also make you being lock outside the hostel (that's what I experienced). And one more thing is that I found bloodstain on the bed sheet. Overall, I would say it's a cost-effective choice
