The Home is located in an very safe area - as a matter of fact, the area won the Orlando "Neighborhood Watch of the Year" designation in 2018 making our home perfect for family stays as well as "Business Travel Ready". So whether you are in town for work or pleasure, this authentic, mid-century residence is the perfect retreat to settle in and feel like it's the next best thing to home. From the natural light, Zen garden with lush plants and fountains, to the incredible location, you are going to thoroughly enjoy your stay, and we expect you will be back again soon. You'll feel cozy in the large living room, complete with TV and Foosball table for fun. A large kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, plenty of dishes and cookware (pots, pans, toaster, waffle maker, blender, etc) opens to a large dining area. Each bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of space and there are two bathrooms (both with large skylights), including en-suite in the master for added convenience and privacy. There is also a laundry room on site. Entering the home, the living room welcomes you with a relaxing warmth and charm. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The hallway off the dining area leads to the three spacious and cozy bedrooms all with king size beds, ceiling fans and cable TVs! (*there is a queen size, self inflating air mattress available to use as well for extra sleeping!). The two other separate bedrooms share the hallway full bathroom. In addition to the Foosball table in the living area, there is an XBOX1 in the "kids" room for all to enjoy....We invite you to enjoy the beautifully landscaped front and back yards. The front yard was revamped in 2018 by Mika and I. The backyard took much longer (a year!) as we xeriscaped it (again ourselves) and poured and hand-laid the stone sidewalk on the right side of the yard! You will enjoy the beautiful sunshine as well as a shady pergola.. all while relaxing to the bubbling backyard centerpiece fountains as you grill out on the propane grill...We want to be transparent in that there are NO cameras or recording devices anywhere within the home. There is, however, one security camera under the carport facing the street. Our home is very short walk to Lake Underhill. Lake Underhill has a nice paved, safe and well lighted walking trail with multiple exercise challenges/stations located around the lake. Our drive from home is just a few minute drive from the heart of downtown Orlando (Amway Arena, home of the Orlando Magic basketball team, Dr. Philips Performing Arts Center, Citrus Bowl, etc.), 20 minutes from Orlando International Airport, 20 minutes from ALL the theme parks, and 20 min from University of Central Florida (UCF, home of the 2018 NCAA football champions😉). The home is also conveniently located near the downtown hospitals (Arnold Palmer, Orlando Regional and Advent Health/Florida Hospital) There are a multitude of things to see and do, as well as restaurants to enjoy, regardless of your taste. Mika and I would be glad to recommend places if you like :) We particularly enjoy visiting Lake Eola in downtown Orlando. Lake Eola is the "landmark" Lake seen in all the publicity photos of Orlando. The LARGE and beautiful area offers a variety of neat things to see and do (coffee shops, restaurants). Home to LARGE swans, ducks, geese, etc. you never know what you will see. Also, there are "Swan" shaped paddle boats available for rent to cruise the lake. Every Sunday (weather permitting) from 10am to 4pm, the Lake Eola Farmers Market is in full swing with roughly 100 vendors and food choices. For those that enjoy plays and theater, the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts center usually has something each weekend to enjoy. In addition, whew, there's lots to do and East/West Expressway (408) is just around the corner with access to I-4 or the Beachline. Very good.  There's a shuttle bus service from hotel to airport. Nice service.  In addition,  the breakfast is pretty good,  it's like a buffet,  eggs,  meat,  bread,  yougut,  fruits.  As well,  there's daily room service applied.  The location,  face to the main road,  little bit noisy if you can not handle the noisy during the night,  you can require to change the room.  In all,  it's pretty good hotel.

Truly enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. Before our day starts, the breakfast buffet had so much selection, the gym was clean and conducive for a quick workout, then the rooms were very clean and tidy everyday, which surprised us every time we came home at night after long days of excursions at the parks…

Un hôtel où j'ai vécu très heureux. A l'extérieur de la villa se trouve un terrain de golf et le paysage est magnifique. Le seul inconvénient est que le bâtiment d'à côté est en cours de rénovation, donc ça fait un peu sale ! Mais le rapport qualité/prix et le service sont bons

I’m not happy that the resort fee was 25% higher than suggested on this app. Probably the best renovated room I’ve stayed in a motel before. Especially the bathroom was well renovated. Only issue was a noisey AC unit. Housecleaning was also good. I’m also not sure why it said the hotel was completely sold out when it only seemed 15-25% full. Location was incredible as it’s walking distance to everything you would need nearby such as liquor store, brunch, dinner, fast food. They also gave you 20% off the nearby Denny’s.

L'hôtel est bien, l'environnement, l'hygiène et le petit déjeuner sont tous très bons. L'hôtel est un peu grand, donc ce n'était pas facile de trouver sa chambre au début. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur au-dessus du deuxième étage, donc si vos bagages sont lourds, vous devrez les porter vous-même.

L'hôtel était ouvert récemment, mais il y avait un peu d'attente pendant le check-in, mais le personnel était très gentil et courtois, ce qui a fait le processus agréable. Les équipements sont ensuite très inquiétants, l'eau dans la zone de lavage des mains n'a pas bien évacué et les toilettes ont également eu des problèmes de drainage. Je n'avais jamais rencontré ces types de problèmes de plomb dans d'autres endroits que j'ai séjourné, comme Universal Canaveral ou Disney All Star Resort, donc c'était un peu décevant. Super hôtel ! Il se trouve dans un endroit calme de la ville animée mais juste au coin de tout. Tout le monde ici est sympathique et serviable, mais vous voyez rarement quelqu'un à la réception. Ils font un excellent travail en respectant les directives de distanciation sociale.

La caisse était cassée et nous attendions qu'on la voie. Le glissement de la piscine n'a jamais été ouvert. En 2 jours, nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité d'utiliser ce glissement. La première nuit, le bain n'était pas propre. Nous avons trouvé les serviettes de terrain comme nous les avons laissées. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Piscine ok Déjeuner super Bonne position pour les restaurants et relativement près des parcs Disney

La pièce ressemble à un dortoir universitaire. L'entrée donne sur le couloir. Il n'y a pas de fenêtres. Les rideaux doivent rester fermés car lorsqu'ils sont ouverts, les personnes qui marchent dans le couloir peuvent voir la pièce. . On a dit que le petit-déjeuner était inclus Lorsque j'ai pris le coupon du petit-déjeuner pour manger, on m'a dit que le coupon était pour un petit petit-déjeuner, c'est-à-dire 1 fruit, 1 morceau de jus et 1 morceau de pain, le tout. qui ont été glacés et placés au réfrigérateur en face. Si vous souhaitez prendre un copieux petit-déjeuner avec barbecue, fruits, jus de fruits, etc., vous devez vous rendre au restaurant d'à côté et payer 9,07 $.

La chambre standard peut accueillir trois adultes. Le prix est très beau et l'emplacement est très bon. Un taxi pour Universal Studios peut coûter jusqu'à six couteaux, et vous pouvez également prendre un bus, ce qui est très nombreux. Il est également facile d'aller à Sea World. C'est-à-dire que les frais de service de 2,50 $ pour Ctrip étaient inclus dans la commande dans la chambre pendant la nuit. Au départ, je voulais demander à Ctrip, j'étais trop paresseux pour demander et j'ai dit à la réception que notre anglais n'était pas bon et qu'ils ont dû le facturer. Aussi, n'oubliez pas d'apporter une carte de crédit américaine avec la caution, j'ai écouté beaucoup d'argent liquide. Le dépôt a été remboursé sans que je sois confus et peu clair. Bref, je pense que c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix, et environ 300 c'est vraiment bien à Orlando.

Je pensais au Hilton Garden à côté des Outlets, mais je me suis trompé ici. L'emplacement n'est pas aussi bon que ça. Il n'est pas trop loin des points de vente mais ne peut pas marcher car il y a un bloc à grande vitesse au milieu et à proximité Il n'y a pas de trottoir dans le bâtiment, seulement un taxi, à 4 minutes d'Ole, cela ne vaut rien. Il y a une navette pour Disney mais pas beaucoup et pas tous les parcs. Ce n'est pas loin du taxi.

Stayed in room 622 the electric black out curtain wasn’t working explained to the desk,the reply was we will fix it (they rolled it up)we were unable to get it to go back down so had to leave it alone.The biggest problem was the metal steel bed frames. I cut my ankle on one of them.There is a disaster waiting to happen, if a young child or toddler fell onto it.The photos are provided so make your own mind up at the possible outcome and injury.

L'hôtel où nous avons séjourné le vendredi après-midi, moins d'une demi-heure de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, enregistrement rapide, la chambre était ce que nous attendions. De l'hôtel au plus grand centre commercial d'à côté, cela ne prendra pas plus de 10 minutes. Nous appelons uber sans voiture et la voiture autour de l'hôtel est très rapide. La chose la plus importante est que l'hôtel propose un forfait petit-déjeuner. J'ai cherché dans les environs presque aucun forfait, donc cet hôtel est rentable. Allez à Universal Studios le lendemain matin environ 5 minutes.

L'hôtel permet de porter des animaux de compagnie. Il a été repoussé 2 nuits et personne ne nettoyait la chambre en milieu. Je sens que le saut est arrivé, je suis resté dans la chambre pendant moins de 10 minutes quand je viens d'entrer. Je suis heureux de demander un changement de chambre. La réception a été remplacée, mais il n'y a pas encore de progrès. Le climatisation est très élevé dans la chambre. Bien qu'il y ait un grand magasin à côté, l'hôtel est une nouvelle décoration, il y a un micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur, il y aura un petit-déjeuner simple le matin, le personnel est très aimable, mais il ne choisira plus de rester.

Nous étions en 4 personnes (deux couples) dans une chambre dans cet hôtel. Bons équipements, principalement comparés à la norme nord-américaine. L'avantage majeur de l'hôtel est qu'il est un hôtel brésilien pour les Brésiliens, avec un service en portugais, ce qui facilite beaucoup pour ceux qui ne dominent pas la langue. Un autre aspect est que pour les non-résidents aux États-Unis, il n'y a pas de perception de caution dans l'hébergement, ce qui aide beaucoup à ne pas laisser quelques dollars en prison avec eux, ou le solde de la carte occupée avec cette caution. Il est très proche des principaux points d'Orlando sur la Drive International. Il nous a bien répondu et le meilleur prix est sorti ici, par l'app de Trip.com.

酒店寬敞乾淨，是個品牌酒店口碑很好，床是兩張1.5米的，可睡兩人，適合家庭三人入住，前台很熱情，還給了酒店製作的餅乾🍪，很貼心，酒店提供24小時的機場接駁，因為一早的航班，跟前台服務員預訂了早4點的shuttle bus，7分鐘可到機場B客運大樓，對於早航班的客人很方便。酒店周圍餐館有幾家，找了一家網紅餐館，走路大概十分鐘就到。
