The property location is quite good. Good restaurants and vfs office are walkable. I only had breakfast. Options were limited but tasted good and was priced appropriately. Room was clean and check-in, checkpout was fast. Reception is on floor 1 and on arrival there was no one at entrance of hotel. Some random staff mentioned have to go to floor 1. No welcome drink as mentioned on voucher. Anyways was not keen on the welcome drink but -1 for the not so good experience on arrival

Very close to errs and mg road. I walked all the places and did not hire a cab. Very clean and very spacious bathroom. Staff very courteous. Whenever contacted attended promptly. Some mosquitoes were found. It's worth for the money.

When i asked for hot water, they brought a water heating coil and gave it to me. I sent it back. No hot water in the morning 7 am to 10 am also, there is no light in bathroom, tv also not working, only location is very close to metro station and railway station and very near to restourent veg and non veg both.

It was a great experience i have stay for 3 nights. Staff are friendly starting from the reception bibin and other, housekeeping did towel art while they are providing room service great to see those things and shout out to the bartender ajil. Room are spacious with budget price. Will visit soon keep it up the good work highway garden team.

Proche du centre commercial Lulu (à distance de marche) et à un prix raisonnable Le personnel de la réception était sympathique et l'hôtel était agréable. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu prendre de petit-déjeuner car je suis parti tôt le matin. Le gars de la réception m'a donné des gaufrettes à mon départ, donc j'ai été sauvé même si j'avais faim.

Location was good.. They have private parking too. However, the road that takes to their hotel was not good. It was a business solo trip, so I had no issue in staying at this hotel. The staff were hospitable and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was limited. Room was clean and spacious. Overall, it was a good stay. Will revisit for sure.

Best place in edapally area to stay, just walking distance to lulu mall, inf-act just opposite, near to all major attraction in kochi because metro station is just above the hotel, no need to take your car as you can visit all places in metro and come back comfortably, parking space for cars is there in basement, at-least 10 cars can be parked, rate is very average, good place for families, complimentary breakfast was good, rooms are very clean and good room service, overall its safe, comfortable and budget place to stay.

The property is near to mg road metro station. The locality is fine and there are few restaurants near by. The hotel looks good from outside with a small pathway and plants. The room is just average. The room had cigarette smell when we entered the room. We booked a non ac room for 2 adults. The room was just okay with necessary furnishings. The floor was not that clean and a bit sticky while on bare foot(may be of cleaning lotions. The washroom was neat. The service from front desk was good. So in total, we'll go with an 'average' rating.

The room was good. But had a cigarette smoke outdoors throughout. That and except for the fact that the towel provided had dirt on it, bed spread was torn and the washroom wall tiles were not cleaned had been the things bothering me. If i ignore these, the room was comfy enough for the price provided and the one staff that they have is very friendly.

As expected an old hotel but the furniture cushions were dirty. Bed, door and even the wooden floor plates were making sound. Spacious rooms but the bed edges had cracks. Mattress was ok. Almost no space available for parking the car. Swimming pool is small compared to same priced hotels. Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. Bathroom also was spacious but can be more clean. There was no view from the room, windows to be closed.

It’s a great hotel with excellent service. For the first time, we truly felt at home. The place is very clean, with incredibly nice staff and a professional, passionate chef. They are so communicative and helpful. They even surprised my friends with a birthday cake for their birthday, decorating the setup with flowers, rose petals, and candles. It was so kind and thoughtful of them! We were deeply touched, and I was completely speechless. Thank you!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Before going i was worried of parking space. But staff has given very good support for parking my car safely. Food was excellent and room service was very quick. Room was cleaned daily, mineral water and caffeine was topped up as required. Nice location

Gave me an upgrade to a suite which was really nice when checking in. Buffet was very crowed in mornings so breakfast is not a great experience especially when in a rush for work. Staff generally nice and accommodating and also helped arrange transport.
