L'expérience a été assez mauvaise : 1. Le parking dans l'introduction de l'hôtel était gratuit, la scène disait non, après que Ctrip ait communiqué, Ctrip a pris la perte ; 2. Après le check-out, l'hôtel a déduit plus de 5 000 yuans sur ma carte et a contacté Ctrip. L'hôtel ne reconnaît pas cette opération, Ctrip se rembourse ; 3, le matériel de l'hôtel est correct, mais l'atmosphère générale est gênante, un peu le goût d'un hôtel de nuit, et le fils dîne dans le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée, à côté d'une paire d'hommes et de femmes Genre de KIss, si vous voyagez avec des amis, ne les choisissez pas. Comme le service client de Ctrip, vous pouvez toujours résoudre le problème.

Nous avions 2 chambres au 2ème étage durant 4 jours. Les chambres sentent le renfermé, elles sont sales (poussière table de nuit, abat-jours, plinthes), présence de moisissures sur le papier peint ainsi que dans la salle de bains (murs, joints, robinetteries etc...) d'ailleurs pas ou peu de ventilation : au matin les fenêtres étaient couvertes d'eau en raison de la condensation. Pour les asthmatiques ce n'est pas le top ! Les salles de bains sont à peine nettoyées : presence de poils pubiens et cheveux sur le rebord des baignoires !! A ajouter, concernant les chambres, une lampe était rafistolée avec du scotch, un abat-jour complètement plié. Pour les petits-déjeuners, peu de choix, mauvaise organisation des buffets. Thé et café pas à volonté. Pas de choix pour le type de thé et de café. Jus de fruits pas terribles, le jus de pommes semblait avoir été coupé à l'eau. Le dimanche, nous avons été placé dans une salle adjacente, il manquait de tout à tout moment , il a fallu chercher à plusieurs reprises un serveur que nous avions l'air de déranger, le dimanche normalement c'est ouvert jusqu'à 11h et à 10h15 ils remballaient !!! Franchement, cet hôtel ne vaut qu'1 à 2 étoiles maximum sa proximité avec le stade de Chelsea, d'ailleurs c'est à se demander si ce n'est pas grâce à ce rattachement qu'il a ses 4 étoiles !!!!

i did read some reviews before i booked so didnt have massively high expectations but it was ok all things considered, given i dont have overly high standards. for the price and location you arent going to get much better and we wanted twin sleeping options there wasnt much about at that price. room does need a revamp as the paint was looking shabby and starting to crack. they had forgotten to clean the dust of the fan in the kitchen. bathroom though was clean enough and shower was ok. kitchen is ok for a short stay but it doesnt have an awful lot of utensils so you wouldnt be able to cook an awful lot, plus had to go out and buy washing up liquid and dishcloths etc to wash up, but its fine for making tea/sandwiches etc. despite advertising sofa bed no bed lined provided for this, but given the heating was ramped up (fine given the temperature outside, it was freezing) this wasnt a problem. room key failed each of the 3 nights getting back in, staff were pleasant enough but seemed to accept that this happened regularly. secure bag storage is available which was good. well located only few mins walk from gloucester rd and south kensington tube stations and wide range of facilities close by, shops, pubs, restaurants etc, plus its not long to get into central london and walkable if you fancied it. beds where comfortable enough and nice to have a sofa to sit on properly. given its london and we werent really in the room much anyway, it was fine didnt really need luxury
