This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit... easy I-90 access... 15 minutes to seattle, 10 minutes to bellevue, 15 minutes to Redmond and 25 minutes to the Pass .. driving into the Seattle for a game or concert at one of the stadiums is extremely convenient and quick if timed right to miss traffic…situated on 3 acres with Lewis Creek running thru it, can also walk out to the park and take a trail to the lake with a little sandy beach and be there in 5 minutes, enjoy a little bit of country close to everything. You'll feel like you're in the country but costco,and every major grocery store is less then 2 miles away!! :)Free to roam in field and light a bonfire along the creek... (provided there are no burn bans) fire pit is available !The bedroom is situated in the loft and requires you to climb a relatively steep set of library ladder stairs to access, but is very cozy. Old and arthritic people like myself can still get up there, but it’s not as easy as it used to be! :)There are tv’s both upstairs and downstairs and a comfortable electric fireplace provides both ambiance, and heat if desired.Guest accessGuest can access the loft from either the front or the back of the building with the same access code provided. Parking is available in front of the loft along the fence, you’ll see a reserved parking sign to pull up to.Guest are encouraged to wander around the property and out into the field to take it all in if time permits…You may be greeted by a bark or two from our two golden retrievers across the fence, Max and Samson, but they’re harmless and just like attention. With 3 floors of living space, the home is perfect for multi-generational families as well as business retreats. Centrally located just minutes away from both Seattle and Bellevue (MSFT, T-Mobile, SBUX, Google, Boeing), with a PNW cabin feel! Exposed beams and three stories of wall to wall views of lake Sammamish and surrounding mountains make our house something out of the ordinary. Relax in the professionally maintained hot tub or sauna, gather on our extensive decks with breathtaking views, gas fire-pit, and fireable dining set - you won't want to leave!We have set the house up to be as convenient as possible for those traveling with children. For infants and toddlers, we have a playpen, pack and play/crib, vibrating baby bouncer, 2 high chairs, and baby toys. For the bigger kids we have an air hockey/ping pong table, fooseball table, ladder toss, and an assortment of family friendly games. With inviting living & dining areas, a great gourmet kitchen, four generously sized bedrooms, hot tub, sauna, and televisions in all bedrooms and living areas, it's perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway or to stay in while working in the area. The ground floor features a family room a down filled sectional and large tv, wet bar with wine fridge, extra full sized refrigerator, gas fireplace, ping pong/airhockey table, fooseball table, books and games, a full bath, sauna, and a full size day bed. The 2nd floor has a living room with a large, beautiful new modular couch and television , dining room, kitchen with counter dining for four, two guest bedrooms each with closets, and a full bath. C'était bon, sauf que nous étions la chambre la plus longue du bureau frontal qui était difficile à marcher jusqu'à présent avec un 2 ans quand l'hôtel avait beaucoup de chambres disponibles.

The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

Each extra guest after 8 people will be charged $80 per night per person.Our attached garage is locked and not available to guests. But we do have max. 5 free parking spots in the front and at the right side of the property.
