Il y a deux fenêtres dans la chambre, deux fenêtres dans le salon, donc le vent est très bien passé. Il est également équipé d'un climatisateur, de réfrigérateur et de ventilateur. Il y a assez d'alcool, d'eau, de fruits et autres dans le réfrigérateur, le prix de vente est de 1〜 10 euros. (10 euros est un bouteille de vin) Il n'y a pas de lave-linge, mais vous pouvez commander le type de vêtements à 0.35〜 1 euro. C'est très pratique, car quand je l'ai donné le matin, il revient ce soir. Le petit déjeuner est de 5 euros, y compris le café, le lait, les fruits, les fruits, le pain, * et le salade. Je me réjouis de tous les matins. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable, et le relax est très agréable. Fue una excelente experiencia. Vivo en Cuba y reconozco el esfuerzo que realizan todos los trabajadores del Hotel para mantener un nivel de servicio capaz de satisfacer al más exigente de los clientes. De manera general me sentí muy bien. Un solo elemento, que no me gustó fue el acoso de cubanos luchadores en el área de la playa. Este elemento es muy desagradable y siembra inseguridad en los clientes del Hotel.

Dans le cadre d'un voyage organisé nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel très confortable où nous avons passé 3 nuits ; l'hôtel est digne de ses 5 étoiles. Nous avons pu changer de chambre car notre salle de bains n'avait qu'une douche à l'italienne ce que tout le monde n'apprécie pas. Le personnel a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Le bar et le restaurant ont tout pour réjouir le visiteur. Cet hôtel, très bien situé, est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir Trinidad.

L'hôtel est agréable, petit, chaleureux, bon pour notre séjour de deux nuits. Il est possible que l'un des meilleurs disponibles dans cette ville de l'Unesco. La caisse de dépôt de sécurité n'a pas fonctionné. Nous avons interrogé et la direction a dit que toutes les caisses de dépôt de sécurité n'avaient pas fonctionné. Petite piscine, que nous n'avons pas le temps de faire usage. Le Wifi a travaillé pendant quelques heures et a dû être réconnecté fréquemment. Encore une fois, très ”normal” à Cuba. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre. œufs et plus d'œufs, quelques toasts et bon café ( j'ai commandé capuccino). Le pouvoir électrique était épuisé plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour. Le générateur a pris le contrôle après quelques minutes. Nous avons compris que c'était ”normal” dans la plupart des Cubains. Pas de plaintes. Globalement, un séjour adéquat.
