Menginap 2 hari di hotel emerald untuk kesan2nya: + lokasi strategis di pusat kota sby sekitar 10mnit dr stasiun gubeng, dan tp, dekat restoran2 sekitar 5 menit berkendara, sebenarnya dekat hanya kawasannya banyak lampu merah + sarapan walaupun ala carte, tapi rasanya enak 👍 rasanya mirip rice bowl s*lar*a + dapat kamar lantai 1 jadi dekat tidak perlu naik2 + kamar double bed ukuran bed luas ukuran king size + air panas utk mandi berfungsi dengan baik dan arusnya deras hanya knop untuk putar showernya terkadang copot sepertinya waktunya diganti + tidak ada sandal hotel + WIFI cukup kencang di siang hari, agak melambat di malam hari tapi overall bagus - jika dapat kamar lt 2 dst, harus naik tangga dulu setengah lantai dulu baru ada lift (kata resepsionisnya, saya tdk mencoba naik lift krn dpt kamar di lt 1) - dapat kamar tanpa jendela, tp ada kamar lain twin bed yang ada jendela dan terasnya di lt 1 - parkiran tidak rata, susah untuk menarik koper, sepertinya perlu di perbaiki - lobi sempit dan kecil hanya ada sekitar 2-3 kursi, tidak cocok untuk menunggu dalam waktu yang lama atau untuk mengobrol - tidak ada heater dan compliment air mineral botol, tapi sebagai pengganti disediakan teko air minum dan 2 gelas kaca untuk diisi sendiri dengan air galon dispenser merk cl*o yang segar yang disediakan di lorong hotel tapi pilihan air panas di dispensernya saat saya coba tidak berfungsi, hanya air biasa yang berfungsi Overall bagus, asal dapat lantai 1 maka tidak masalah tidak perlu naik, sarapan enak, harap di perhatikan dispenser air panas untuk minum subaya bisa berfungsi dengan baik

Affordable, modern and clean. Shopping mall is literally next door and selection of eateries are available in the surrounding. The building looks new and therefore modern and clean, however the room lacked soundproofing, you can hear any noise from the corridor and the surrounding rooms. Lobby is on the second floor, was confused when we reached. Parking is very limited, we were fortunate that we got spot to park, my guess you won't be so lucky during weekend or busy days. Staffs are nice and helpful. Very near to the train station which is one of the primary reason we chose to give this hotel a try.

This hotel room is good, but some of it is not it. sometimes you get a room where the air conditioner is cold, sometimes not. the wastafel here is also clogged. but he plus part is the water dispenser you can drink whenever you thirsty without thinking of buying more. overall, this hotel is good buttry to ge yourself in lower level but not floor 1 and avoid getting into room that more than 3 (example: 204, 304) because the wifi ia shitty and youll only get wifi in certain places.

Kamarnya lumayan luas, disediakan handuk, pasta gigi, sama air minum. Ada gelas, teko dan tea dsb. Saya pesan 2 kamar. 1 kamarnya oke banget. 1 kamar lg kurang. Handuknya apek, air di kamar mandi kecil banget. Overall utk budget 200an(harga waktu saya book) udah oke lah.

Actually, this hotel isss reallyyy good and the food is also cheap (start from 25k for one portion of nasi goreng to 165k (4-5 portion)))and delicious. But i have to wait almost 30 minutes for the room to get ready, it wasted my time and energy (i just had 5 hours trip). If we want to get in to the room early, we have to pay 100k rupiah.

Petit mais puissant... toilettes jaunâtres et pas de rideau occultant, mais la climatisation était suffisamment froide pour nous, la douche fonctionne parfaitement et la pression de l'eau suffisamment forte. Assez grand pour nous. Excellente idée de fournir des boissons de bienvenue à volonté et un distributeur d'eau à chaque étage... à proximité de la gare et de quelques supérettes

Everything is good including the location except the house keeping. We enjoyed our massages and dinner buffet in the hotel because it was raining in the evening. But they are nice and very affordable. I also like their breakfast buffet. The only miss is the cleanliness and the housekeeping quality. We have changed the room once because the bathtub got stains. Then in the second room, my pillowcase is dirty and the flush didn’t work. Yet I appreciate their help to fix them. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. I wish they can improve the housekeeping quality or else everything is perfect :)

Cheaphhhhhhh bangeeett il y a un prix il y a qualité, emplacement stratégique, convenable, adapté pour le bagage, devant de nombreux endroits à manger, selon votre jeune budget, au 2e étage de l'appartement il y a un supermarché, Les règles de stationnement sont expliquées ainsi que celle qui s'en prend soin très clairement, adapté aux jeunes. Il y a un prix de qualité, adapté aux bagages, classe moyenne à bas pour séjour, il est bon 150 millions d'entre eux pour obtenir la climatisation, mais il est regrettable que l'argent qui prend soin de hier a quelque chose à cuisiner. Les clients ne manquent pas le prix de 150 000 demandent un hôtel 3-star. Recommandez cette maison pour les jeunes

Très bonne surprise. L'endroit est facile à trouver et plutôt calme. La propreté repose principalement sur les autres voyageurs pour les endroits partagés. Les capsules sont propres hormis quelques taches d'usure ou oubliées sur le plafond ou à certains endroits, et le linge sent bon. Attention, bémol sur les casiers qui sont trop petits pour les sac à dos de voyage à partir de 45L (à moins de pouvoir tasser).

The room was surprisingly spacious, offering more space than many newer hotels, making it feel like my own little oasis! The bathroom was also gleaming and roomy enough for an impromptu dance party, should the mood strike! Now, let’s dive into the breakfast experience at Pavilion. The cage-like design of the venue adds a unique touch, inviting plenty of sunlight—perfect for brightening up your morning. The buffet offered a wide array of dishes to satisfy international travelers' palates, making each breakfast an exciting adventure. The selection of Indonesian cuisines and desserts was particularly impressive. But what truly set Pavilion apart was the staff. They were superb and went above and beyond, taking the time to cater to us personally. They even recommended and brought out some local dishes—insider choices that added an authentic touch to our dining experience. In my past hotel breakfasts, the staff often just fulfilled their duties, but here, it felt more like breakfast with friends. That warmth and attentiveness made all the difference! And don’t miss out on the local flavors of ice cream! I can’t name the flavors since they’re all in local dialects, but they were heavenly and a fun challenge to try! For lunch and dinner, I found myself opting for room service several times because resisting their tempting menu was like ignoring a catchy tune stuck in your head. Each meal surpassed my expectations—purely irresistible! Another delightful surprise was the complimentary laundry service offered daily, which saved me after my waterfall adventure left me looking like a mud monster. And post-overnight trip to Bromo? I was practically a walking dust bunny! As I like to say, ”It's the little things that count,” and this thoughtful touch truly made a difference. Lastly, the hotel's location is fantastic! Just a short stroll away lies the biggest shopping mall—truly a haven for foodies and shoppers alike. ”Cet hôtel est très confortable pour tous les types de voyageurs. Il est aussi spacieux, il fait idéal pour les voyages familiaux. J'aime le lit et la cuillère, qui étaient très confortables à dormir sur. Le centre-ville est situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied et il y a des options de cuisine de rue à proximité. Le service du personnel est agréable amiable et utile. Je vais certainement revoir cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage.”

Affordable, modern and clean. Shopping mall is literally next door and selection of eateries are available in the surrounding. The building looks new and therefore modern and clean, however the room lacked soundproofing, you can hear any noise from the corridor and the surrounding rooms. Lobby is on the second floor, was confused when we reached. Parking is very limited, we were fortunate that we got spot to park, my guess you won't be so lucky during weekend or busy days. Staffs are nice and helpful. Very near to the train station which is one of the primary reason we chose to give this hotel a try.
