The hotel is clean, the workers are all very kind and helpful... when I checked in I asked if I could stay 1 more night so they helped to do this and then gave me a larger room for free, because I was staying a extra night. They helped to bring my bags up with the elevator and showed me to my room. I felt very safe staying here also as a female who was staying alone. The place has nice Moroccan touchs like the detail on the doors / door ways, light fixtures... etc Sorry forgot to take any photos, but here is a screenshot of a video I sent to show someone what my room looked like. I was originally nervous about the cleanliness from the reviews on here, but it was nice and clean and they will clean the room daily if you are gone or if you are there if you would like them to around 2-3 pm It had a small fridge in the room, a vanity / desk, Tv with local channel + the usual.

La situation n'était pas bonne en raison des caractéristiques traditionnelles de la maison marocaine Je pense que c'est un désavantage et une bonne chose pour quelqu'un. Ils ont servi le petit déjeuner de style marocaine. Les travailleurs étaient amis. La piscine intérieure était encore plus éclatante dans le temps chaud. J'ai été impressionné par l'auberge propre et agréable (architecture marocaine).

Sans aucun doute un très très vieil hôtel patrimonial avec beaucoup d’histoire ! Les locaux de l'hôtel sont magnifiques. Le personnel de la réception et du salon était très gentil et serviable. Je pense que l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un peu de rénovation, surtout pour les chambres. Mais je ne peux pas me plaindre ! J'ai eu la meilleure affaire et j'ai passé un très bon moment. Le petit-déjeuner dans le jardin sous les orangers était comme tout droit sorti d'un film ! J'ai adoré !!! Très bien situé, à proximité de nombreux autres hôtels, bars, restaurants et cafés branchés et branchés.

Franchement je suis déçu du service de Sofitel ces derniers mois.  J’ai remarqué que le staff change en permanence du coup comme je suis client depuis 2004, à chaque fois je en chez in je tombe sur des nouvelles personne qui connaissent pas la personne qui savent pas ce que je prend comme chambre du coup ça me déçoit un peu contrairement à avant que à chaque fois je suis en Check in j’ai toujours eu le bon service contrairement à aujourd’hui que le staff se comporte d une manière limite t es client comme les autres. Alors que les raisons pour lesquels je viens à Sofitel et non pas aux autres hôtels c st surtout par rapport au service . Je pense il est temps de changer le Sofitel et aller au Fairmont ou à mamounia puisque les prix sont identique

En ce qui concerne la chambre, un début de séjour et une première soirée mitigé, étant très maniaque et regardant sur la propreté, ma première chambre était très poussiéreuse et mal isolée, dès le lendemain, l’équipe de l’accueil m’a changé de chambre, beaucoup moins de poussière mais pas à la hauteur de mes attentes, je pense que les chambres nécessitent un peu plus d’entretien et de rafraîchissement. En ce qui concerne les parties communes, la propreté est aux rendez-vous et le gel hydroalcoolique est mis à disposition. Quant à la salle de sport et à la piscine , au top je n’ai rien à dire, très bien entretenues. La restauration est correcte dommage que certains restaurants de l’hôtel soient fermés à cause du Covid. Les agents de la réception, de la restauration, du SPA et de la piscine sont à l’écoute et sont très réactifs. Dommage qu’il n’y a pas de possibilité de transfert en provenance de l’aéroport ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu’on atterrit à 23h50. Pour finir, le séjour s’est bien déroulé malgré quelques améliorations à apporter et un sens du détail à développer. Merci pour ce séjour.

Très super hôtel, à l'arrivée am de l'extérieur vous pensez bien ce que c'est mais derrière la porte avant il est vraiment super beau. Sélectionnez personnel amical et tout proprement propre. La piscine n'est pas aussi grande que pour refroidir bien. Il est super central juste en dehors de l'héctique mais la grande place vous êtes à pied dans 10 minutes. Un vrai conseiller.

La petite suite réservée, la lumière du salon n'est pas vive, il fait sombre, la chambre n'a pas d'armoire, seuls quelques petits treillis sont bloqués par une armoire, les vêtements ne peuvent être empilés que sur le canapé, il n'y a pas de place de parking , la voiture ne peut être garée que les frais de stationnement sont payés séparément sur le côté de la route, et le petit déjeuner est moyen. L'hôtel a facturé un taxi pour l'aéroport et facturé 250 dirhams. Nous avons pris un taxi pour l'aéroport pour seulement 80 dirhams. L'hôtel n'est qu'à trois ou quatre kilomètres de l'aéroport.

Je l'ai utilisé pour la lune de miel ! Il est proche d'une route, donc même si j'ai un sac lourd, je peux bouger. La position est facile à prendre. Riyad est en bonne santé, je m'en fous le son des autres chambres. Je vois aussi très spécialement les meubles dans l'espace de partage, j'aime marcher. Le jour où je me suis retiré, je me suis retiré avant le petit déjeuner, mais l'intention de l'hôtel m'a fait préparer le repas avant le temps de travail. Le personnel m'a parlé, couleur 々, tout le monde est très aimable, c'est un bon moment. Recommandé pour le Maraguash !

I stay in this hotel five days with my wife we like customer service hotel location is very good near madina red square about five minute walk . breakfast is very good every day they give you something different I like their breakfast . Mohammed little boy very helpful if you need anything, ask him he will help you owner of this hotel he good as well when first time I arrive in hotel by accidentally they charge me £100 extra but when I speak to owner is sort out very quickly he give me refund in cash very next day he is very good person . but let you know something I like something I don’t like but pricewise is very good. Some people leave in luxury life when they arrive in Riad they think is not up to standard but let you know one thing Morocco is tourist country and little bit poor country so don’t expect too much but is very good according to price and service I like it. I highly recommend riad lakhdar.

Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes enchantés par l'environnement seren et la belle décoration de ce riad traditionnel, enfouie dans le cœur de la médina. Le séjour est réellement exceptionnel, c'est l'hospitalité remarquable que nous avons reçue. Sa personnalité heureuse et son sourire étaient une source constante de chaleur tout au long de notre séjour. Si elle nous proposait des recommandations utiles, des logistiques, ou simplement nous acheminais pour nous assurer que nous appréciions notre temps, l'attention de Simo nous a fait sentir à la maison. Les chambres étaient propres, confortables et bien équipées, avec des touches réfléchies au charme de la conception marocaine. Le jardin pacifique de la Riad et la terrasse sur le toit ont fourni les endroits parfaits pour se calmer après avoir explorer les rues de Marrakech. Si vous cherchez un endroit qui combine l'hospitalité marocaine authentique avec un service impeccable, Riad Janate est une option parfaite. The service was faultless, staff only too happy to help with anything. Mint tea on arrival set the tone well, and home-made breakfast every morning was a great start to the day (they even made us up a takeaway bag when we had to leave at 6.30am to get to the airport, as well as insisting on escorting us to the taxi with our bags). Gorgeous room with daily housekeeping. The riad is tucked away at the end of a winding path to the south of the Medina, but only a few minutes walk away from a street of stores, and very close to Badi palace. Would heartily recommend a stay here, you'll be well looked after.
