Déception pour presque 1’000.- le week end ! Et une promesse 4 étoiles…. Accueil : personne ne parle français (contrairement à ce que le site et Tripadvisor affiche) Arrivée à la réception, heureusement on comprend où se situe la chambre, spa et restaurant … Le spa est sympa, propre, bien agencé. Le repas du soir était une expédition ! Heureusement un étudiant originaire du sud de la France d’une amabilité remarquable nous a accompagné toute la soirée et heureusement ! -nos verres à vins ne sont pas les mêmes …. Comptant une note à presque CHF 400.- pour deux …. Limite nous avons demandé à avoir des verres à rouge identique … - entrée froide qui n’était pas détaillé au menu comporte du poisson un de nous y est allergique mais comme le serveur nous « pose » ou plutôt « lance » les assiettes et ne peux pas nous explique le ce que c’est …. On appelle notre francophone qui nous fais changer l’assiette. - veloute comme deuxième entrée… tellement pressé le serveur omet les cuillères …. Le temps de demander à notre serveur …. Et qu’il les amène nous avons dû attendre …. Encore … -plateau de fromage (uniquement écrit en allemand, pas super pratique pour savoir quoi choisir … ) dans une salle où il fait trop chaud pour du fromage car celui-ci suait ! -plats principale et dessert rien à dire ! La table est une très bonne table ! La cuisine y est raffiné ! La chambre est spacieuse, niveau déco dans son jus… la propreté est limite je trouve pour du 4 étoiles (taches sur les murs de la salle de bains, miroir grossissant poussiéreux, miroire de salle de bain tacheté) Et TRÈS mal insonorisé ! On entend chaque porte s’ouvrir, les gens du dessus marcher…. En conclusion le site internet de cet établissement donne l’impression que les personnes parlant français sont les bien venus mais quand aucune personne n’est même pas capable de vous dire «  bonjour » c’est scandaleux pour un séjour qui nous aura coûté 1000.- ! Une déception !

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hotel, tout d'abord accueil chaleureux et en francais par Adriano, on se sent tout de suite bien come une ambiance familiale. Nous avions une chambre double supérieure très confortable avec un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la montagne, literie excellente, fauteuil avec petite table, une bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée et la possibilité de ce faire des café. Isolation parfaite, propreté impeccable, salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle. Nous avons bien profité du SPA qui est très bien agencé et de la piscine surtout en fin de journée. Petit déjeuner très complet avec beaucoup de variétés de pain et céréales. Il ne manque rien le personnel est très attentif et chaleureux. Parking très bien et gratuit. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

L'hôtel était plein, un peu surprix pour 3 étoiles (à mon avis). L'hôtel est un hôtel de type familial et je m'attends à ce qu'une famille d'hôtes soit présente et communique un peu avec les invités.
