MakeMyTrip service est bien,.. Revue de l'hôtel ... Pros ... Les chambres sont propres et entretenues. L'attitude du garçon de chambre et du gestionnaire est bonne. La bonne chose est au milieu de la capitale de Mysore. Palais, zoo, rues de shopping, hôtel de thé sont proches de ces sont spéciales. Le palais est à pied. L'eau chaude est disponible de 6 am à 9.30 am. La sécurité est ok. cons ... Les chambres sont un peu coûteuses, et seulement le premier et le deuxième étage ont des chambres, il n'y a pas de chambres sur le sol, les escaliers à la salle de bain sont élevés, donc il est difficile pour les personnes âgées. Nous avons séjourné pendant deux jours et nous avons reçu seulement un litre d'eau par chambre par jour, c'est tout. Si vous avez besoin d'eau plus, vous pouvez l'acheter des magasins avec précaution. C'est un désavantage énorme, et l'eau potable doit être conservée dans chaque chambre dans les jugs. Il n'y a pas de parking approprié pour les voitures. Seuls deux voitures peuvent être parcées à la porte de l'hôtel et pas de même pendant la journée. Vous devez parquer sur les rues latérales. Il y a des difficultés. Chambres budgétaires, mais coûteuses. Le gestionnaire et le garçon de la chambre étaient en fonction les deux jours de notre séjour.

Overall had a very good experience and they tried to accommodate even our smallest of request. Executive staff lakshmi was very kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant is also good and they even made the food specific to our kids request. Thank you.

The room wasn't worth the price. We booked room for 2 nights. The actual room price and mm t price was different(2. 5k). This price difference did hurt our pocket. The breakfast menu was repetitive. Ac room had cockroaches. There was no balcony and the room had no iron stand as mentioned. Room service is slow and pathetic. Receptionists were good at their job. They had inhouse veg arrangements. Food didn't taste good. Beside there was one more property which had a non-veg option. The ambience was much better there.

Location is top! Easily accessible attractions like Mysore Palace, Devraj Market, Urs road, zoo etc. Hotel manager and reception staffs were quite co-operative to resolve the queries. Breakfast arrangements were quite well and food was really nice. Infinit restaurant offers good option to dine in with 15% discount for checked in customers. Just one thing which i didnt like is laundry charges. It was comparatively very high. Over in all recommended hotel for family with kids.

The rooms and toilet were clean, without any foul smell. Bedsheets washed, toilet sanitized. There is a 24 x 7 hot water supply for the bath. Filtered drinking water is available. A comb, a medimix soap and clik shampoo was given. On demand bath towels, dinner plates are also available. The hotel is at a prime location with mysore palace within walkable distance. Parking space will be provided but needs juggling between multiple tight spots as it is a busy street. Television with limited channels is available. The bed and pillow are comfortable, but not queen size. It's a bit smaller and space is enough for a couple and can't sleep comfortably with a baby. Coming to the negatives, the toilet faucet needs fixing. It has a very low powered water jet and sprays in all directions. There is literally no cupboard, which was a huge let down. There is a very good lift, but the doors are faulty and closed in on me twice, hit me and opened again. There is no door mat, which makes the room quite messy easily(bath mat is provided. No images

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was very well maintained, and the level of hygiene was impressive throughout. The rooms were spotless, and all common areas were kept exceptionally clean. The food was also delicious, offering a great variety of options that were fresh and well-prepared. On top of that, the staff were very courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Was a nice hotel, but is very dated and isn’t clean. Bugs flying around the room, can hear everything outside. For the price, expect a tad better. Overall staff was friendly and would stay again for the convenience.

Comme il est à côté de la route principale, nous pouvons entendre le son des véhicules et c'est le seul service de chambre à problèmes est bon. La chambre était propre, propre et bien entretenue, ce qui a fait une expérience confortable. La salle de bain était aussi propre et fonctionnelle, mais un touche plus moderne en termes d'équipement et de design améliorerait le sentiment général. L'ajout d'une unité de télévision a été appréciée, mais un équipement légèrement amélioré de divertissement et la fourniture de quelques snacks ou refroidissements de base dans la chambre aurait encore amélioré le séjour. Globalement, il s'agit d'une bonne option de valeur-à-money pour un court séjour, avec une marge d'amélioration mineure pour améliorer l'expérience des clients.

The location of the hotel is good. Palace & zoo are just 10 mins drive away. One of a very few hotels which has triple & quadruple rooms which is good for family travellers. The check-in & check-out was smooth. There is a 3rd party restaurant in the ground floor which offers good & tasty food and the price is reasonable. Overall, a good budget hotel for a peaceful stay.

Found the stay comfortable and found the staff very prompt, friendly and responsive. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is about 3km from the railway station and situated right next to kukkarahalli lake which is excellent for morning and evening walks. There's a ton of restaurant options within a km as well and one right on top of the hotel as well.

This is a new property, well maintained, decent staff, away from city (peaceful, not crowded. Rooms & collider have good ambience. Beddings are neat and clean(which i liked the most, even bathrooms are clean with 24hrs hot water facility. There is no parking facility, but lot of space outside the hotel. Haven’t tried their rooftop restaurant but there are few nearby good restaurants too.

Accommodation was just alright. The location of the hotel was good. The staff at the reception were well behaved and there were no issues from the side of other personnel as well. The food was also good. The issues were: (1) smaller than expected room size- just enough to fit a king sized bed with little more than two feet on either side with a walking space on the third side. I had booked a room for two adults+13 year old.I paid for an extra bed/cot and expected a room size to fit in the extra bed. But still they provided me a room which had no adequate space to lay the extra bed; (2) water logging in the bathroom. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water to drain out each time. It entailed two solutions- either get it repaired or ask for a room change. Since the time spent in the hotel was short- just for a night and considering privacy, I chose to ignore this. If the hotel management can take a little more care, I think the stay would be very good.
