Le service client a également été très utile pour résoudre le problème lorsque j'ai remarqué le jour avant de réserver une date erronée et que la réservation devait être modifiée.

Ceci est notre deuxième séjour que nous avons apprécié très bien les deux fois était vraiment propre et le personnel était extrêmement bienvenu et amical. Le service client a également été très utile pour résoudre le problème lorsque j'ai remarqué le jour avant de réserver une date erronée et que la réservation devait être modifiée.

I think there could be better amenities In all room specifically a microwave and mini fridge. There was some barriers with communication with the staff but it all evened out and my stay was very comfortable and they respected my request to not bang on my door so early and skip for housekeeping. I just did not like how they communicated it at first with me even telling me they would go to the lengths of making me leave the property. It was too much chaos but I think the guy up front understood after a day or two that I have health problems and that it wasn't just extra with my request. It was the one thing I didn't need to go through but he started being nicer and respectful which in glad because I would have left. Iwas undergoing surgery and recovering on my stay and my health is important to me. And the stress was not good for my heart. Hopefully nobody else experiences this.

Aller au musée naval local, alors réservez là-bas, l'aéroport sort autour du couteau uber20. Lors de la rénovation, notre chambre était un peu de bon goût mais acceptable. La chambre était très grande, le lit était très confortable, le petit déjeuner était simple mais chaud et c'était bon. La vieille dame était très enthousiaste à l'idée de nous préparer deux gâteaux à manger sur la route, les fruits sont des bananes et des pommes. la satisfaction! Il y a un centre commercial dans les environs pour sortir, mais ne vous attendez pas à de grands centres commerciaux dans de petits endroits.

Les femmes de ménage étaient si gentilles que la femme de ménage de notre étage était si gentille qu'elle était très attentionnée et m'a même aidé à ouvrir la porte pour pousser le chariot par la porte à l'extérieur, elle avait la tête rasée et portait des lunettes. Elle a vérifié sur moi tous les jours, elle est allée au-delà

L'expérience de cet hébergement est très bonne. La position de l'hôtel est confortable, à proximité de la station de métro et des attractions principales. La chambre est propre et propre, les installations sont complètes, le lit est confortable et le soir dorme bien. L'attitude du service du personnel est amicale et communique avec lui. Excellent rapport coût-efficacité, je vais également envisager ici la prochaine fois.

Je reste toujours ici quand je prends l'avion pour Pensacola. L'aéroport est proche et il y a une navette. Il y a aussi un restaurant mexicain à distance de marche. L'hôtel est propre.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel chaque fois que je séjourne, je reste toujours chez moi et cela en vaut la peine! mais j'ai trouvé ça frustrant parce que je ne voulais pas qu'elle les réveille. Et aussi il y avait une certaine confusion entre l'hôtel et trip.com et nous avons été traités de manière méchante jusqu'à ce que tout soit réglé pendant tout ce temps nous n'avions pas accès à notre chambre nos affaires mes enfants étaient agités mon mari était fatigué il a travaillé toute la matinée c'était joli traitement par le froid, puis tout s'est arrangé, ce qui était génial et j'ai apprécié qu'elle s'excuse auprès de moi le lendemain matin.

Il y avait des choses qui étaient laissées par les clients précédents, (je suppose). résidu adhésif sur le commutateur de lumière, et sur le compteur dans la chambre de repos. Nous avons arrêté de nous reposer mais avec ces conditions nous n'avons pas beaucoup de repos.

Even though I was in the back the room did not disappoint very clean and the shower works great everything was perfect and it had a smart TV despite its low price and let me tell you for $80 that is really nice because the rest of $80 hotels are crappy and barely has a shower that’s fictional ahem red roof inn in Miami, and the front desk people are very nice

La meilleure caractéristique est la proximité de l'aéroport lui-même. Les chambres sont raisonnablement précitées, surtout dans l'économie actuelle, propres et largement fournies avec des incidents. Il y a un restaurant et un bar 24 heures sur les locaux et le café Starbuck est disponible.

Le personnel était superbe ! Le petit déjeuner était très varié et très délicieux. J'avais un problème avec la télévision dans la chambre, mais ils sont arrivés et la réparèrent immédiatement. Il resterait certainement à nouveau.
